Just recently found this gem of a place, amazing food and super friendly service! We’ll be back!

Best restaurant in the area with excellent service. Owner is a very humble person and have huge experience in this industry. Will definitely recommend this place if you want quality food in a very good environment. Good luck team Panshi

Currently our favourite restaurant for a beautiful curry! Perfect if you don’t fancy the hustle and bustle of neighbouring cities. The food, the service, the staff - amazing. My partner and I have travelled back from Birmingham just to have a quiet meal here. The team recently also hosted my fathers birthday meal, 16 guests and everything was seamless, the staff were so attentive as usual and the food was beautiful - there was no diminish in any area, despite the party size. The same service we always receive as a couple or small group is the same quality of service and food we received as a large group. All of our guests loved the restaurant choice and couldn’t comment enough on the food and service - they’ve definitely gained some new patrons. Everyone couldn’t stop saying how lovely their dishes were and how great the recommendations were from the waiting staff. I genuinely cannot praise this restaurant and the staff enough. Thank you so much to Saj and the team for being so accommodating. Of course we’ll be back again shortly!

20 of us went for a meal on Friday 24th January and we couldn't have been looked after as good as we were anywhere, the food was just wow and the service fantastic 👏 I would recommend the Panshi in Cannock to all who love Indian Cuisine. Thanks Colin

Unfortunately when items are missing it ruins the whole experience. This is the second time this has happened at this restaurant I won’t be ordering from their again.

Had to ring up several times said foof had been delivered and hadnt been unless to the wrong address

Ordered on the phone from our regular place picked the food up brought it home and they put the wrong rice on the order instead of plain egg fried rice we had some spicy rice of sorts and a greasy balti, rang them up and told them they got our order wrong just letting them know off the problem and got argued with saying it’s what we ordered even though my wife clearly said egg fried rice over 4 times, the level of disrespect given was appalling considering we go there often for an Indian.

I recently ordered a variety of curries, we had no idea which was which. It would have been really helpful if the store had recorded this information for us. It made it a bit challenging to fully enjoy the meal since we couldn't identify our favorites. Overall, the food was tasty, but better labeling would definitely enhance the experience!

Arrived this evening to be told our table we had booked on line was not valid although we had received confirmation of reservation. We were very disappointed to say the least. Apparently you have to book over the telephone, don’t know how we were supposed to know that!!

My go to curry house. The staff give the weakest of handshakes but make up with their humour. They're good to my kids and always make us feel welcome. The madri/cobra go down nicely with the food. Only had 1 curry which didn't meet the normal standard I'm used to (been about 150 times over 8 years).

We went for Christmas Day lunch and had a wonderful time. The food was amazing and the service was brilliant. The staff did a great job at making sure we had a good time.

Wow. Just wow. I had a bad experience at the burntwood restrant they have. I had food poising and so did my girlfriend but when we tried here 100% better

Awful. Cold and overcooked. Not a great meal at all. We used a voucher to pay for this and it was a complete waste of money.

Staff are always very welcoming and friendly with adequate banter for the customers they know. The food is, in my opinion, the best Bangladeshi cuisine in the area and I have several favourites on the menu. Family-friendly (with highchairs and space to park a pushchair if you need to), great service at a fair price. Vegan alternatives are always catered-to, too!

Second time using panshi, sadly won’t be returning. Bland food and saggy naans, the hard cold chips wasn’t edible either. One to tick off the tried list

Absolutely beautiful food, never been disappointed

Food was so greasy that my partner and kids have thrown it all back up i couldnt even eat it as it was 2 greasy for me. All i got off just eat was its normal as places have different ways of doing food etc. Will not be ordering again!!

Absolutely superb- food and service second to none couldn't ask for better highly recommend the restaurant.

Pre ordered for delivery at 7.30pm, arrived at 8.05pm. The bottom of the paper bag was falling apart from the grease. We had to spoon off the grease from the curries as it was swimming in it. The chicken was stringy. Normally quality but not tonight.

First time at the restaurant, the service was excellent from the time we entered. We didn’t wait for our drinks or main meal. I would say the food was the best I have tasted and will definitely be coming back with my wider family. Mush who was looking after us was fabulous.

A warm close evening and we had all been on the go the whole day. What shall we eat or where shall we go? Decision, decisions? Eat in, watch the football and have a Panshi take away. What a great idea, and that is what we did. We ordered and collected it in the restaurant. Yes, you can make phone orders and have it delivered, but it is always nice to go in, order, have a chat and a drink whilst you wait. That is what we did. They were busy, but it was all ready in about 20 minutes. Two mild lamb curries a medium lamb curry, a Bangra Lamb Special and a Shorisha Chicken for my son-in-law. With all the normal sides, we had a great evening together. The food really was tremendous. It really was perfect and that is a word I rarely use. Panshi has never once failed us. It is our go to restaurant of choice, for that very reason. First class, well prepared and presented food, at a fair price for excellent quality. Thank you Haich and all of your staff for making it a very special Saturday evening. The football wasn’t much cop.

Asked it they could put cheese in one of the keema naans as it doesn't give the option anymore and they sent a cheese naan with no keema in it.

Another good night at the Panshi. Mosh and H make you feel as valued customers. It's a difficult period for local businesses so give them your support, book a table .

Haven't tried this place before, thoroughly impressed. Softest lamb I've seen in years, delivery guy also really nice.

Fantastic. Staff are really friendly and accomodating. The food is absolutely gorgeous, I've had butter chicken with pilau rice which was so sweet and creamy. The fresh baked keema naan was so so good. Can't recommend this place enough.

Meat was dry and tough. Starters were bland and tasteless. Curry sauce bordering on water and hardly any meat in it. Very poor.

Food was lovely, the naan bread was done just how I like it. The curry had a lot of flavour. Will definitely order again. I’ve been struggling with Baltic’s down to them not being very flavoursome and was going to give up until I got recommendations from my cousin for this one, so thank you for restoring my faith haha.

I have a delivery on average once a week. I live on a narrowboat which is extremely hard to find but these guys are exception.. They know who I am when I call. They change things up for me when I can't choose.. They go above and beyond for me. Tonight the food is exceptional.. Im a chef and I cook from morning till night.. So I can be a little picky... However, credit where credit is due.. The gentlemen at the panshi are absolutely brilliant... Melanie.. The one on the boat.....

Absolutely swimming with grease. Had even drained some out before I dished up... Used to be good here but now seems to have gone downhill

Korma was incredibly spicy and Naan was inedible (one half really crispy other half soggy)

We always enjoy the food here, we have visited often (that speaks volumes 👍). The staff are attentive, professional and friendly. The atmosphere is lovely, the tables are nicely spaced (I hate being 'packed in'). There are lots of returning customers & I can see why !!

Lovely varied menu. Lovely modern interior to the restaurant with well lit surroundings. Service staff very friendly and helpful. Meal well cooked and didn't take ages to come even for the 15 strong group I visited with. Lots of parking, including accessible parking, nearby.

Food outstanding...as we're the staff who looked after us ...

so disappointed. chicken was precooked sliced checked in the sauce. mint sauce was really runny too. we also had biryani and it was really spicy :( going to have to go somewhere else I think in future, a shame.

It's been about 8 months since I last ordered from there. Awful. Manky, cheap and tough chicken with horrible brown hole in the middle.. Tikka Masala sauce only tasted of sugar. Won't be eating from there again. What a pity. it started off so well when it first opened.

THE WORST INDIAN TAKEAWAY IVE EVER HAD! Arrived one hour late, missing 1/2 of my order, the food that did arrive came cold, called the so called restaurant and they were just rude and didn’t want to help, avoid this place, wouldn’t order from here again if it was the only takeaway left on the planet, dump of a place

Used this restaurant for years, I would even say we are regulars. We used their connecting restraint in burntwood as a vegan they served me chicken so we complained and left there and have never returned. Tonight we went back to the panshi as they have always been great, explained to them what happened when we visited the other restaurant then low and behind they did the same thing as if it was funny. Bought me a chicken dish then laughed when we told them it was wrong. Attitude and atmosphere from staff tonight, what a shame. Lost a good customer here guys, sort it out.

Tandoori mix grill was bad tonight. Piece of tandoori chicken was just small hardly any meat on it.

Warm welcome entering the establishment. Professional and personal customer service. And overall the best tasting curry house in the area. (Posh toilets too).
