Absolutely superb- food and service second to none couldn't ask for better highly recommend the restaurant.

Pre ordered for delivery at 7.30pm, arrived at 8.05pm. The bottom of the paper bag was falling apart from the grease. We had to spoon off the grease from the curries as it was swimming in it. The chicken was stringy. Normally quality but not tonight.

First time at the restaurant, the service was excellent from the time we entered. We didn’t wait for our drinks or main meal. I would say the food was the best I have tasted and will definitely be coming back with my wider family. Mush who was looking after us was fabulous.

A warm close evening and we had all been on the go the whole day. What shall we eat or where shall we go? Decision, decisions? Eat in, watch the football and have a Panshi take away. What a great idea, and that is what we did. We ordered and collected it in the restaurant. Yes, you can make phone orders and have it delivered, but it is always nice to go in, order, have a chat and a drink whilst you wait. That is what we did. They were busy, but it was all ready in about 20 minutes. Two mild lamb curries a medium lamb curry, a Bangra Lamb Special and a Shorisha Chicken for my son-in-law. With all the normal sides, we had a great evening together. The food really was tremendous. It really was perfect and that is a word I rarely use. Panshi has never once failed us. It is our go to restaurant of choice, for that very reason. First class, well prepared and presented food, at a fair price for excellent quality. Thank you Haich and all of your staff for making it a very special Saturday evening. The football wasn’t much cop.

Asked it they could put cheese in one of the keema naans as it doesn't give the option anymore and they sent a cheese naan with no keema in it.

Another good night at the Panshi. Mosh and H make you feel as valued customers. It's a difficult period for local businesses so give them your support, book a table .

Haven't tried this place before, thoroughly impressed. Softest lamb I've seen in years, delivery guy also really nice.

Fantastic. Staff are really friendly and accomodating. The food is absolutely gorgeous, I've had butter chicken with pilau rice which was so sweet and creamy. The fresh baked keema naan was so so good. Can't recommend this place enough.

Meat was dry and tough. Starters were bland and tasteless. Curry sauce bordering on water and hardly any meat in it. Very poor.

I’ve been struggling with Baltic’s down to them not being very flavoursome and was going to give up until I got recommendations from my cousin for this one, so thank you for restoring my faith haha.

I have a delivery on average once a week. I live on a narrowboat which is extremely hard to find but these guys are exception.. They know who I am when I call. They change things up for me when I can't choose.. They go above and beyond for me. Tonight the food is exceptional.. Im a chef and I cook from morning till night.. So I can be a little picky... However, credit where credit is due.. The gentlemen at the panshi are absolutely brilliant... Melanie.. The one on the boat.....

Absolutely swimming with grease. Had even drained some out before I dished up... Used to be good here but now seems to have gone downhill

Korma was incredibly spicy and Naan was inedible (one half really crispy other half soggy)

We always enjoy the food here, we have visited often (that speaks volumes 👍). The staff are attentive, professional and friendly. The atmosphere is lovely, the tables are nicely spaced (I hate being 'packed in'). There are lots of returning customers & I can see why !!

Lovely varied menu. Lovely modern interior to the restaurant with well lit surroundings. Service staff very friendly and helpful. Meal well cooked and didn't take ages to come even for the 15 strong group I visited with. Lots of parking, including accessible parking, nearby.

so disappointed. chicken was precooked sliced checked in the sauce. mint sauce was really runny too. we also had biryani and it was really spicy :( going to have to go somewhere else I think in future, a shame.

Food was really nice - only issue was 3 prawns in a King Prawn Biryani which is a bit poor especially for £12

It's been about 8 months since I last ordered from there. Awful. Manky, cheap and tough chicken with horrible brown hole in the middle.. Tikka Masala sauce only tasted of sugar. Won't be eating from there again. What a pity. it started off so well when it first opened.

THE WORST INDIAN TAKEAWAY IVE EVER HAD! Arrived one hour late, missing 1/2 of my order, the food that did arrive came cold, called the so called restaurant and they were just rude and didn’t want to help, avoid this place, wouldn’t order from here again if it was the only takeaway left on the planet, dump of a place

Tandoori mix grill was bad tonight. Piece of tandoori chicken was just small hardly any meat on it.

Used this restaurant for years, I would even say we are regulars. We used their connecting restraint in burntwood as a vegan they served me chicken so we complained and left there and have never returned. Tonight we went back to the panshi as they have always been great, explained to them what happened when we visited the other restaurant then low and behind they did the same thing as if it was funny. Bought me a chicken dish then laughed when we told them it was wrong. Attitude and atmosphere from staff tonight, what a shame. Lost a good customer here guys, sort it out.

Warm welcome entering the establishment. Professional and personal customer service. And overall the best tasting curry house in the area. (Posh toilets too).

Recently had a family birthday celebration here. The restaurant is nice and welcoming and very comfortable. The food was really nice and the friendly service was great. We were all happy and will definately return to the Panshi.

Food was good, service was good although a little too attentive at times. Atmosphere wasn't the best due to bright lighting and was a little cold.

Avoid, never been to an Indian restaurant which charges you £6 more for a Madras Hot curry then a regular one! When we queried it they said it was a mistake and would only charge us a couple of quid more!! Didn't mention that the curry would be more expensive when we ordered it! Very crafty thinking that we wouldn't notice. Especially when we paid more than £300 for the meal, don't mind paying expensive if all the prices are stated as in the menu but we felt we were being ripped off. Food was okay though but atmosphere was dead, far too big a room , it was like being on the moon.

Food was cold and looked as if it had been reheated, not been well since eating there on New Year’s Eve, too many people being rushed in and out, they never charged me for mine which tells you everything, terrible will never eat there again.

Ordered a takeaway. When eating the curry we found a yellow piece of plastic in the curry. Tried calling the restaurant and there was no answer to complain.

RUDE STAFF! COLD FOOD! WRONG ORDER! My partner and I order from Panshi every weekend as we’re loyal customers. The food is usually descent but quite overpriced compared to other Indians however we order the same thing every time and they WE’RE consistent. Today our order arrived late as the delivery driver said she could not find the property and I was also notified by JustEat that the order was on the way 40 minutes before it arrived. The food arrived and the chips and Naan bread we’re COLD! I then noticed they sent me the WRONG CURRY! I called the restaurant and the staff member was incredibly rude and was not willing to correct this considering we’re loyal customers. He argued and said the food was not cold. Tell my why I’ve had to warm up my Naan bread in the microwave and my chips in the air fryer if it was not cold!? He then did not want to refund me but sent me out a Lamb Bhuna what I had originally ordered. I made him aware the rest of the food was cold and he did not compensate for this. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! A WASTE OF MONEY! Curry was watery, my partners vindaloo was not flavourful and the papadams were smashed to pieces. Chips are VILE! Absolutely furious. Ruined my Friday night. Do not order from this restaurant as the fact they have poor customer service skills has put me off never mind the poor rate food.
