had a takeaway sunday lunch,staff friendly,but food has gone back to packet, homemade yorkies spot on, but realy packet mash, packet gravy, frozen broc/cauli.deep fried roastie. gravy costs pennies to make. i gave a extra star for week day food

This is a very pleasant Subway, very calming atmosphere and always served with a smile. Very friendly and helpful staff, a nice welcome on arrival. Incredibly clean and tidy. Great choices of foods/drinks. Wheelchair friendly. Great parking. Thank you to Lisa and Simran - always polite, smiling and chatty.

We stayed at the hotel and decided to have our evening meal there too. The staff were really polite and helpful. The food was exceptional. We had a three course meal and the food was beautiful. Thanks to all the chef team for beautifully displayed food which tasted even better.

We do not usually do reviews BUT... This place is amazing, we buy 4-5 times a week and we always get what we ask for as our order is very specific. I personally don't like burgers BUT THEM SMASH BURGERS ARE SOMETHING ELSE 👌 😋 TOP QUALITY BEST BURGERS IN TELFORD!!! PLZ PLZ TRY YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Thank you for your service From 39 ;-)

Ordered calzone with jalapeño and cheese with bbq sauce what I got was a garlic pizza folded in half ordered burger and chips burger burnt chips freeing cold very poor rang up and was spoken to very rude I'd avoid at all costs

Been living in Telford for 9 years now and this is so far best kebab I ever had.

If you like good food this is the place.

What has happened to this place. Ive been visiting here with work whilst stopping at the hotel on a regular basis over the past 3 years. The last few visits has been awful. The staff as a whole just seem miserable and make you feel like you are in the way. You have to chase them down for anything like another drink they just seem to stand around chatting. It used to be such a nice pub to eat at. Only given a 1 star as the lady on breakfast called Liz is a really nice person.

Decent beers. Some good food. Nice environment and the staff were good too. Nice decoration and would recommend a visit

Chips were like mush and extremely sloppy, I ended up chucking it all, worth a shot i suppose! Unfortunately i won't be going there again.

Came in for a meal with my family to celebrate my sons birthday, service was quick and polite, our waitress Jordan was very professional and always making sure our drinks were stocked up and we were okay, food was delicious, desserts were also good, they even gave my son a birthday cake and a song for his birthday, will definitely be coming again! Thank you TGI’s and thank you Jordan!

Food and service were good, I just wanted to bring to your attention that your chicken tikka masala on your main menu and your daily promotion leaflet show different spice ratings the main menu said it had 1 spice level but the promo leaflet labelled it a 2 spice level, I found this to be very misleading and put me off ordering it as i couldnt make an accurate call on the spice level of the dish, it showed the same calories so I assume it's the same dish. Thank you

Popped in here tonight for a quick pint and some food. Curry night. Long story cut short.... Her masalla was like water and the bread harder than granite. My naga chilli... Bread was the same and the chicken even harder than granite. Lesson learned eventually.... Had a refund and will never eat there again. Dreadful to say the least
