Only had a small selection of menu choices due to not having all the ingredients in,

Food is great, staff are abit moody 😂

Lady on the counter taking order needs to sort her attitude out she needs to know I am the one paying for my food I am not getting it for free very rude no manners needs training in some customer service asap

What you'd expect from a Domino's

Made the mistake of trying out the lasagne guest pizza. I don't know how the hell that thing got approval from the higher ups to put on the menu. Absolutely goppin!

The food is nice but the service is terrible they yelled at us and they threw are pizza in the bin after asking for more cheese

Absolutely disgusting! Minimum poor quality toppings, toppings missing & dirty metal oven trays left on the bottom of the pizzas in the box - NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Kept me waiting 10 minutes before serving me, then tried to over charge me and to make things worse the guy making my pizza used his phone never washed his hands and continued making pizza ,nobody wore gloves , absolutely disgraceful, never ever will I eat from here again , I also have a bad stomach from eating this , really need to up your game

Two pizzas cooked to perfection and ready within 15 minutes of ordering. Lovely.

Went in today to order and take home (because my app based order had items that we're not able to be delivered - 2 large pizzas, garlic bread, chicken combo box: go figure?) but after standing at the counter in an empty shop for 10 minutes noone had taken our order despite us making eye contact so we left. It wasn't busy as there were only 2 orders on their screen and at least 6 members of staff. Won't bother in future - there are other, cheaper pizza places in Wellington.

It is located in a nice building.

My pizza came like warm, same for my wings, driver was late. Pizza wasn’t even cut correctly and had to cut each slice again. Wouldn’t recommend, people there are useless

Ordered a vegetarian pizza , it has a piece of pepperoni on it ! This is horrible , almost like they do it on purpose ! Dominos wellington has been going downhill !!!

Domino's is ok. The foods is good but the service is slow and the deals are lacking. Customer service is not a reason you'd go here, but it's fine for a fast food restaurant. Used to be able to grab a small pizza for 2 quid but they removed it which made getting after college meals more expensive. For an occasion though it's really good 👍

My son ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides the app says delivered it turned up nearly 1 hour late cold and missing 1 pizza and 1 side phoned up and basically called a liar about his order even though he was reading off the receipt when they finally admitted their mistake they said they would sort it and just hung up on him not happy will never order from them again. 😡 would like to give them zero stars but unfortunately don’t have the option😡

What a waste of time. Not the first time they got my order wrong but this time i couldn't accept it. The delivery was missing a pizza and the second one was wrong. They sent another 2 pizzas on two separate deliveries for some reason but to my surprise they were wrong too. Gave them all back to the driver and asked for a full refund. The manager wouldn't give it to me as one box of cookies was delivered to me on the first attemp. Got the refund after 3 more phone calls. Not impressed at all

Clean tidy store but need to sort the system out for the app as I ordered and had to attend the store to reorder my food as it didn't go through but went out of the bank. But overall good tidy store

Easy to order online and track for store collection. Even got a notification to say it was ready for collection. Good value medium pizza with 2 toppings for £5.99..... tasty too ! Expensive for delivery items though

I order a pizza with toppings of my choice and I was given a wrong pizza with a different toppings

Brought a pizza for collection and unfortunately the order got mistook and taken by a delivery driver. The staff were brilliant, polite and soon sorted out the error cannot rate the place enough! Excellent service and Shuki (sorry if misspelt was very professional and helpful ).

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! Had a pizza last night as I had to be up early today for an important university practical. Long story short I'm sat in the tub with it coming out of both ends this has given me the worst food poisoning I've ever had. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Just like 2 weeks previously and the times before that. Very tasty.

Food arrived warm (not hot) was still nice.... Skimped on the cheese and sauce....

Very bad communications. Driver was slack left pizza on door step with out knocking door. So didn't know it was there. Phoned them was told it was delivered but not told it was left on door step. Found 2 hrs later. Sort your service out ffs.

Spent over £35 on home delivery. One pizza burned, chicken wings soggy and dripping in fat, chick n mix box soggy, Everything was terrible and not edible. Very expensive bird food. I will never order anything from here again.

Food is okay but the service is awful, a girl working there swore at least 6 times at the top of her lungs and I was only in for 2 minutes

They delivered us to the wrong house !! And didn’t receive another pizza till 3h later

Had to wait a long time for pizza I ordered over phone walked there which took 20mins and still had to wait another 15 mins for pizza to be done

It took 45 mins for pizza to arrive (I live a maximum of 7 minutes away from the store), and this was 10 mins after its phoned the store to find out where on earth it was). My pizza was stone cold and greasy. My daughter's was warm, hence the 2 stars. Not impressed at all.

Low quantity of wgies and chicken

The last three times we have ordered from here something has been wrong. Missing sides, wrong pizzas, requests via the app for no sauce etc ignored. Everything is always replaced but it must be so expensive for them to keep sorting out simple mistakes that could be avoided. Never mind the waiting time for the correct food to be eventually sent out. Will not be ordering from here again. Rubbish!

Very good service and decent pizza.

Be prepared to be consistenly let down by this store. This is a local store less than 2 miles away from where we live but their delivery always takes long enough for the food to be cold. Hard to beat this record. We since go to the store to pick-up instead of delivery and they still manage to disappoint. The pizza will be ready but the garlic bread will take longer, so the pizza is out getting cold. Avoid this store if you can.

Pizza arrived within allotted time but was so very salty.

Expensive and long wait for product toppings wrong and nota lot off cheese on there find better value at Asda I go there now

We ordered food and rang the number online for the wellington store and when we arrived the call had gone to another store and the food was made at a different dominos. Mike(member of staff) kindly made our order ASAP and cancelled the order at the other that was already made (not that other places would do that) overall food good and happy with service.

Nice if not the best pizza around. Try them. Expect delays though

Food 25 mins late even though specified delivery time. Poor communication from store. Food arrived lukewarm even though 1 mile down the road. Garlic dippers didn't taste of any garlic, just basically a pizza base. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Worst dominos ever! Cooke over an hour forgot an item and don't pick up their phone. Go to another pizza place! Hobestly

Really bad customer service, some stupid little girl who seemed to have a hearing problem and an attitude, walked out without my order.

It's a good one friendly staff mostly quick service and usual quality you'd expect from this franchise

Pizzas took almost an hour and a half to get to us even though we live a 5 minute walk from there and the pizza's were cold, try to call serveral times to complain but no one answered and actually hung up on me

Got my order wrong, delivery driver was rude both times and the staff on the phone mumbled and didn't care and hung up on my the first time I called I could hear the staff talking in the background. There pizza is generic , you can get better pizza elsewhere for cheaper with better service

You guys are a joke! Ordered a big order tonight & over an hour later it’s not here despite being told 30/40 mins. The driver then rings up & says he’s by the church which is no where near our house! He hung up so we called him back 4 times then he eventually answered, he’s now saying hang on I’ll use my satnav? Oh my god, why wouldn’t you use it in the first place?! Anyway that was 15 minutes ago now he’s still not here & guessing our pizza will be cold & soggy by now. Won’t be ordering again dominoes. Waste of time!

Am fed up of this place. Ordered pizza for years from dominoes. We moved house and ended up having to be served by the wellington branch and it's just aweful. Even if by some. Miracle it arrives and it's still warm every one I've had has been so soggy the toppings fall off the box is dripping with grease. The slices look like they've been cut by a child. They are miles behind what they used to be and not even in the same league as other local dominoes stores. 0/10. Am also contacting dominoes HQ to report them.

Messed up my easy walk-in order by sending my pizza out with a delivery driver! 30 minute wait as they had to cook my pizza again. Pizza was standard Domino's fare.

Cooked to order in 15mins , good quality, reasonable prices. Take out only!

Ordered twice and both times I wasn't charged the advertised prices on promotions, was charged full price.

Fast and u get what u pay for. Not high end but good nevertheless.

Drove up to 30mins to collect my order to return home to find out it was the wrong side and pizza. Seems this a regular location for letting down its customers.

Ordered online at 19:30, order was placed at 18:10. Its currently 20:05 and it still hasnt been delivered. I’ve phoned up and basically got told to wait. No customer service what so ever. Definitely reconsider going to another Dominos, or even another pizza place in general. If I could give less that 1 star I would.

Good food, quick service, better quality pizzas

Almost 2 hours now and still waiting for our delivery!! Tried calling the branch (Wellington in Telford) and it keeps ringing out, no one is answering the phone and I find it hard to believe that they are that busy !! This is absolutely appalling and will never be ordering from here again!! Dominos have lost a customer that is for sure and I demand an answer for the shocking customer service

Ordered online from these guys, food was here within the hour and tbh it was the dogs bollux! =) I see theyve had some bad reviews on here but they must have changed management cause these guys were on time, very polite, food was hot and several of us really enjoyed our order! Will deffo be ordering again. Cheers

10/11/16 Update: I've tried this Dominoes again despite my last review hoping that this second chance would change my mind, this time food arrived, despite a item missing from my order. So i called Domino's and the customer service definitely has improved somewhat and the item arrived shortly after. Pizza is definitely better than last times as well I'm thinking they may have had a change in management so im willing to give them another shot. 19/09/16 Issue with my order being sent to wrong address, the manager was rude and not helpful at all, she kept making promises to contact me but never did , she also lied to me several times to get me to go away. Finally got a refund with help from Paypal. Pizza there isnt worth the money, safe to say i won't be buying from there again.

Terrible service awful food 2 hours to get a cold horrid pizza never again . And no facebook page so you can share how great they arnt what a surprise.

Typical Domino's Pizza really.. nothing new or exciting but it gets the job done !
