Sunday 23rd march me and a family member went to dine. Food was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would happily come in again

I was served by Megan who was very kind and friendly the food was hot and tasty

Ellie was amazing on front, speed was good and food was amazing

on monday, this girl named Alessia served me she was really nice and made sure me and my family were happy with the service. i will definitely be coming in more often as i was very impressed with the customer service.

Can't fault the service at all. Ordered zinger stacker burger meal for the other half. I had a 4 piece colonel's meal and BBQ bites. Bites were lovely however the 4 piece was all dry and bland. Such a shame

I came in yesterday evening and was served by two lovely girls named Geordina and Kenzia. They both seemed very easy to get along with and made me smile after a tough day. They delivered very fast and enjoyable table service to me soon after ordering with smiles all round. The restaurant (and toilets) were very clean with an easy to follow organisation system for disposing of my rubbish. Great experience, the girls really gave me a satisfactory time. Thanks!!

Wrekin Retail Park, Wellington, Telford TF1 2DE I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your KFC branch located at Wrekin Retail Park, Wellington, Telford TF1 2DE, on 17th November at approximately 4:06 pm. Upon arriving at the drive-through, I waited at the speaker to place my order. Despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, I received no acknowledgment that the speaker was functioning or that my presence was noted. Unsure if the system was operational, I proceeded to the first window, where a staff member simply waved me on without any communication. I then drove to what appeared to be the second window, where I noticed three staff members laughing and joking as I approached. This made me feel quite uneasy, especially as I was already frustrated by the lack of communication earlier. When I attempted to place my order, I was rudely informed that I would have to drive around again. Given the time I had already spent waiting, I was understandably dismayed and refused, as this would have meant joining the queue once more. To my further disappointment, the young lady at the window refused to take my order. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or be provided with contact details to escalate my complaint, I was dismissively told to “Google it.” This level of customer service is, quite frankly, unacceptable. Ultimately, I decided to leave without placing an order and instead chose to take my business to McDonald’s, where I received proper service. This experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing, particularly given KFC's reputation for customer service. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and provide a response. I am keen to understand what measures will be taken to address the apparent lack of professionalism and customer care displayed by your staff on this occasion. I look forward to your prompt response.

So severely short staffed, had everyone waiting so long for any food, saw 3 people reverse out of the drive-thru and go inside just to wait even longer. Avoid!

Filthy restaurant, dirty tables and overflowing bin. Was waiting for 20 mins for food, tasted fine when it arrived but the atmosphere was horrendous with how dirty it was. I had to clean the table myself.

Horrible service, was waiting for around 30 minutes to be served by the desk despite no one were busy, no people in the restaurant. Went away, didn't buy anything because of rude staff. Do not recommend.

Good staff good food tidy restaurant

Went through drive through, and as the place not being busy if the staff is standing around you wouldn't expect part of your food missing. You pay for something and get less. Well if this was the first time I would move forward as I did in the past. Unfortunately this place seems to be not changing at all

Slow service at drive through, seemed as though there was only one person working that day and doing everything! They had no bottles of water available, only fizzy or sugary drinks which didn't suit our Grandson. Food was fairly OK, but the chicken portions and hot wings seemed small compared to previous visits. It was a fairly quiet Monday afternoon, so the extra waitcould be excused a little, but still expect better, especially since the price has risen significantly in the last year or so. We gave our Grandson the choice of KFC or McDonald's, and may have got it wrong on this occasion.

Took 25 minutes from ordering at the drive thru to receiving my food, there weren't even that many cars. No apology when I finally got to the window. They forgot to add the dip so my meal was dry. It also gave me diarrhea. I made a complaint to them asking for a refund but it's been a week now and I've had no reply. I would not recommend this restaurant at all, to have that many things go wrong is appalling.

Food was a bit overcooked, there were a few customers whose orders had been mixed up and others that had been forgotten, would not visit this branch again.

Very poor the very smallest pieces of chicken over cooked and dry, use to really enjoy a treat of a kfc but my last few orders have left me thinking I won’t bother again

Much better than it's Shrewsbury based counterpart. Cleanliness is good, food tastes better (maybe down to the oil being changed more regularly?). Staff are friendlier and the service you receive throughout, absolutely trumps their other site.

Missed out kids drink and chips which devastated my little one. They even got my burger wrong by giving me a kids one. Bad service and rip off!

Fantastic service. The staff are very friendly. And to be honest probably the cleanest and probably one of the best run food KFC restaurant's in Telford. The new KFC Chip's All I can say is They've Cracked it fresh potato chips not fries and the savoury herbs WOW Probably the best Chip's I have Ever Had and I mean that.

Dry chicken and a 13 minute wait for food during a very quiet visiting period. The store however was clean and tidy with friendly service.

It is close to my place, easy access good food

On walking in it was virtually empty with only a few people in front of Me. Ordered via the screen and waited over half an hour for the food to be ready. When I did get it it was luke warm at best. The restaurant smelled of toilets and when my partner took her daughter into the toilets she was disgusted, along with other customers to see communal/unisex toilets that isn't the safest idea with kids using them alone sometimes. The toilets were all blocked with toilet water and effluent all over the floor. No staff members cleaning the tables and not one of them went in to check the toilets in the 1.5hrs we were in the restaurant due to slow service and my partner and her daughter having to walk across the retail park to use the spotlessly clean toilets in ASDA Home. The staff member behind the counter was more interested in making sure her own food was ordered on her screen ready for when she clocked off and in her words "to save her waiting 20 mins for food". Its ok for us customers to have to wait silly times for our orders but she could chuck her order in on shift and jump the queue ahead of us that had already been there for half an hour or more. Dreadful place, unhygienic with disinterested staff that won't be getting any more of my hard earned cash in future. I won't be using this branch again and urge others not to either.

Is anyone managing this site? No hot drinks apparently because the machine had broke previously and it was not replaced…..order your food but no number cards so everyone confused and looking around and no idea why no number cards even now…no recipt so no idea what order number was….we reported spilt liquid on the floor immediately by entrance, girl came out looked at it and then nothing. We left 30 minutes later and people slipping on it. What is going on?!!! Comical.

Feeling ripped off. Ordered a 6 piece bucket and ended up with 4 legs and two thighs in the bucket plus a £1.40 increase in price in the last month or so. KFC cutting corners and raising prices.

My partner ordered kfc at 9pm last night- within 3 hours I’m throwing up- and had severe v&d. I know the food act 1998 as I have done cheffing. Make sure the food is actually cooked before trying to kill people with salmonella poisoning. Sadly will never revisit this restaurant. I’ve been awake throwing up since 12-9am this morning. I feel very unwell. Now I was fine up until I had your chicken, and that is what I threw up. I am not posting photos because that would be degrading to myself and disgusting for others to see. And why would I take photos of my puke. Thanks for the food poisoning.

I want to leave a positive review as I had a great experience at the drive-thru recently. I was pleasantly surprised because there are usually mistakes during the ordering process, but this time, the staff member taking my order paid attention to the smallest details. Plus, I received my order very quickly. Highly appreciated!

Fast food...we've been in here for 35mins...they are all trainees, 4 peoples orders have been wrong so far, one person's order has been duplicated, wonder what order I'll get at this point. Also told they don't do bbq sauce anymore although I had it 2 weeks ago and there are piles of it behind her..awful service

After a long break, my wife and I decided to eat at KFC again. But unfortunately this will be our last time there. Mess on the floor literally everywhere. Every table was dirty with leftover chicken bones. Very dirty. The crew sits and plays on their phones instead of cleaning up as it should be. The menu is not worth the price. Managers, you should be ashamed that you are losing more customers because of the dirt around you. Someone should answer for all this

1 hour to prepare a chicken wrap…. ⏰😬

This week was our first time at kfc. McDonald's has lost two customers now. Beautiful chicken fillets. Love it! We tried the wrap and the chicken dinner meal 😋

Staff member who served us was lovely but it was very difficult to hear her. Her colleagues could see the difficulties we were having but didn't provide any support. The meals we ordered were incomplete. The wrap I had was lukewarm and the chicken was chewy. Definitely not up to the standard we are use to. Even though there are plenty of staff in the restaurant part, none of the tables had been wiped. It was all left to the lady who served us and she seemed to be very busy doing everything!!

Seriously?! I just started my wrap (take away), wich is almost empty. For this price, really? If you have no ingredients better to say sorry we run out of something than sell so poor meal.

Quick service, friendly staff. My personal favourite KFC in the area.

Dined in 15th April place was disgusting, took over 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Got a £100 parking ticket for being 13 minutes over the allowed time in thier own car park. KFC don't care and refuse to waive the fine. Dont ever use this resturant.

Absolutely shocking service- Would give 0 stars if I could! Me and my family went here for my sisters 16th, and were not only met with the server consistently getting our order completely wrong, but him then insulting us. Will not be going again!
