Little Dessert Shop Telford in Telford and Wrekin

Ordered a cookies dough, waffle and two milkshakes. I collected my order for 8pm, although it wasn't ready at 8pm, I was giving a free ice cream for my 5 min extra wait as an apology. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and saved myself £4.50 on delivery (bonus) I asked the staff about parking and was informed to input my reg into their data to get 30mins free, leaving with no fine! Again another bonus I'd say! Very pleased with food, milkshakes and staff.

Ordered for delivery the food was half and hour late. When is arrived it was freezing cold and most of the desserts we ordered had something missing. I tried calling the restaurant for 45 minutes and they had turned there phone off when I spoke to the delivery driver he just said this is normal for this dessert shop you just need to call and complain. How can you call and complain if the phone is off I will never order from here again

Amazing desserts - it's always an indulgent and lovely experience.

Had the worst service I think I have ever received. My food said it had already been delivered for about 15 minutes so I called the shop to see what was happening with my £35 order. The woman I spoke to on the phone was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS and I wouldn’t hire her to save my life. My food said it would be delivered between 22:25-22:45 when I called I said it must just be an issue with Just Eat, as that was where I put the order through and I said I would just put in a claim with them. The lady (I say lady very loosely) then told me the order had been delivered already at 18:30…? And that there was no use putting in a claim as it has photo evidence of being dropped off. I then said I thought I saw my driver pulling up which she proceeded to tell me there was no chance as it has already been delivered and then hung up on me. Turns out, it was my driver who was WONDERFUL. Absolutely would never order from here again, terrible horrific service and don’t understand why a company I previously boasted about would hire someone who clearly hates their job, or just plain isn’t good at it.

Delicious dessert, had Reece's pieces and m and m's on our pancakes with a white kiss and moonwalker milkshake Friendly service and when we went it was fairly quiet but a nice atmosphere

Not really been here before, but I had taken my family here for a treat. And I was not disappointed. Slightly pricey, however I had the best milkshake I have ever had .My family were also very Impressed on what they had orded

Disgusting. Called the shop they put the phone down on me twice. No apologies. Called them again. They Asked what was wrong with the food I said I have not received any notification about my order plus money was deducted from my bank. They Asked me the same question again. I said wasn't going to repeat myself, I asked what happened to my order. They put the phone down on me again. Order was at 9 pm. Finally got a notification that they got my order and would arrive 11.10 to 11.30pm. What a joke. Did not get my order till after midnight. Will never order again. Terrible customer service

The staff didn’t seem to have much information about the food & took a really long time to give us our simple order.

ordered for delivery with uber waited 2 hours and rang they said it was still bein delivered but nothing.had to get help from uber to cancel.what a joke.

Ordered delivery and it missed 1 item. Ringed up and they offered a new one delivered back in around 25 minutes. Waited and they gave the item plus freebies for the mess up. Great customer service! Will get again.

Stay clear scammers Ordered food from here and nothing arrived they lied about calling me and the driver ! Only need to check just eat apps reviews on this place to see they clearly have some sort of scam going on with the drivers, lots of people not receiving their food.

My daughter has recently been advised to go GF due to health issues. This has been so difficult on her due to her love of sweet things. She regularly goes to the little dessert shop or orders on line. She checked on the website before going today to see what GF items they offered, there were a few things on there including apple pie. When she asked the waitress what GF items they had she was so rude and said none. So my daughter's friend checked the website again, they asked one more time, she then threw the allergy book at them and said check that. I can't believe in the times we live in with so many people with allergies that this sort of rude behaviour is allowed. I hs eva catering business myself and I'm in shock with this.

Ordered a dessert box, took 3 hours to arrive. Never again.

Great service and great hosts at the little dessert shop Telford, polite respectful staff very helpful. Great experience will return again. Desserts are very very tasty. Every part as tasty as the pics suggest. Wonderful textures and tastes combined in this rose cheesecake are well balanced for a pleasurable experience. The added scoope of ice-cream was nice compliment to the sweetness of the cheesecake making it well balanced.

I have given this place chance after chance to get my order right and they always disapont. They also won't ever bring the correct order after waiting 2.5 hours for a delivery. This place has the worst customer service in the West Midlands and should be avoided at all costs. You would think after spending nearly £100 everytime I order that they would make an effort but they are hopelesss.

Took my order through uber eats after 2 hours i phoned up they promised me a free pudding for the long wait only to cancel my order after waiting over 2 hrs will go to creams from now on.

Very poor service, ignored at table for 20 minutes plus. Walked out without ordering. Staff member was rude when questioned as to what was the delay in taking our order.

Just ordered the limited edition wonkas secret fudge cup and toffee apple latte. Both were terrible and forgot the ice cream. I have ordered before and never had any problems. The wonkas secret fudge cup looks like they just broke up a cake and stuffed it in. The coffee tasted like cheap coffee. I could of made this at home better. Ordered it as a treat very disappointed.

We had 3 individual desserts delivered on a Friday evening. The order was delivered in a good time. The food was very good quality. The milkshake was esp good!

Stella's energy and beautiful smile made the trip here a whole lot better, deserts were perfect. 10/10.

Nice little place, enjoyed our dessert

We had all our desserts from the vegan menu. There were a few options to choose from, rather than 1 so that was the positive. The biscoff milkshake was quite good. The cookie dough was okay, I've had better cookie doughs and sadly the vanilla ice cream texture and taste wasn't good. I could eat it but I didn't enjoy it as it wasn't creamy more icey and didn't taste like vanilla. There are good options for vanilla ice cream available commercially to buy but I'm not sure if this was bought or made in house but it was nothing like I have ever tasted. The brownie and vanilla ice cream was ordered for my children and they enjoyed it. Would I go again? I'm not sure, I'd be inclined to try somewhere else. We went there for a group outing.

Arrived 4pm and waited by “wait here” sign. Minutes pass and the five staff on duty were all too busy chatting to see us to a table - only one other table was occupied. Eventually walked up and sat at a table. Went to order some deserts to be told Spanish coffee “we’ve got none” (not, “I’m sorry, it’s not available”). Girl who served me seemed amused by this. Ordered something else but in the time I had gone back to check with my wife what else she would like to drink, the girl had gone. Had to shout over to other Staff to complete my order and was looked at like I had done them a disservice by asking for service. Desert was okay, but not brilliant. Prices medium to high (60 quid for a alcohol free Prosecco sandwich and chocolate lunch for two) !! Other young couple there playing music on their iPhone rounded off a forgettable experience. We won’t be back.

I genuinely believe this is the cleanest LDS we have been to. The female waitress on 16 9 23 around 3pm was extremely friendly. I have never known someone do a table check at a LDS but she did and we appreciated it. Only downside is in other shops we’ve been too the music was calming and more relaxing, we didn’t enjoy the soundtrack this time and thought it was too upbeat and more r’n’b type music. However, as I say- very clean restaurant, gorgeous desserts and fab waitress.

cold dessert, and inattentive staff!

Poor food handling the driver placed food on the floor at the front door didn’t even wait for 20secs. Just unhygienic really no need just be patience for customers to answer their door.

Had two crepes and two scoops of strawberry ice-cream earlier this evening. Young madam was very polite and helpful on the till. Very clean premises too. Had to pay 50p to park there though but that's nothing to do with the dessert shop. Portion sizes were good. Would definitely recommend

Its a good place to get a dessert but it does take about 10 minutes to arrive however the desserts are good

The litlle desert shop never fails to dissapoint great customer service from the staff all friendly and love to help my delivery came straight away really polite driver and fast service.

Went out for a nice desert, started off with great service sat down, great smiles at first from the staff… but it all changed, when my youngest child had a episode, as normal 1-2yr olds do, all the staff then started getting funny giving dirty looks, complaining about their noise creations and making sarcastic comments behind the counter, I am one very unhappy customer, I felt uncomfortable and disheartened will not be returning anytime soon!!

I can't complain about not liking the taste of something because I chose it, But I very much doubt the pistachio milk cake has ever had a repeat order. Maybe I could complain about the tiny amount of cookie dough they provided was so thin it was a 1mm burnt crust stuck to the foil tray it came in? What I can complain about is how rude the staff were, not entirely sure why they are acting so self entitled working in a desert shop but hey, you do you. On the bright side the vanilla ice cream was decent, all I know is - Never again!

Cookie dough was burnt and freezing cold when it was delivered all the toppings had fallen off as if it had been thrown around , was more like a biscuit rather than cookie dough, delivery was also over an hours wait.

Great visit, we ordered 4 items. Crepe, waffle, fruit platter and ice cream sundae. All high quality and arrived at the table quickly. Of all the dessert shops we've visited over the years, this is by far the cleanest, and the customer service was excellent.

Terrible costumer service. I have not received and order and was extremely difficult to speak to someone to issue a refund. Have been waiting for said refund for weeks, and I have had no response to emails or phone calls!

The desserts are really good can't fault the quality I've eaten there a few times but only as a real treat because the prices are high

Food was nice but customer service was terrible, gave us our food but no questioning on if we wanted anything else, no warning as well that the plate was going to be hot to the point I’ve gone to hospital for 2nd degree burns on my fingers, would not recommend this place for family

Awful service. Order placed at 4.46pm and the order did not arrive until 6.20pm when we live 10 minutes away. I called at 6pm to chase the order and was told the food had just left the kitchen and be with me within 10 minutes. I find this delay totally unreasonable, I spent £38 and expected the order to be with me within an hour (as stated at the time of ordering). I received no communication that the order would be delayed either. With 2 young children waiting for their order, to be able to eat at a reasonable time I am extremely disappointed with this service. I have emailed the restaurant three times and received no communication back. Awful customer service, and very expensive for average food.

Ordered a crepe and a waffle. The waffle was okish however the crepe looked like it was days old and reheated. It was dry and hard like cardboard, couldn't cut into it had to throw it away, absolutely disgusting. Ordered through Just Eat, sent a refund request with the reason and a photo. Refund refused. Will not be using again. Terrible service.

3rd time ordering from here tonight. I had the strawberry and chocolate crepe. While the partner had the Strawberry and banana crepe. Once again can't fault it! It's just so bloody good! Ordered at 8:03pm this evening to be told at 9:03 still waiting on a delivery driver absolutely appalling. Delivery driver was really nice though.

Ordered a collection direct from the website but it doesn’t warn you that they do not actually start making your order until you arrive at your given collection time, therefore be prepared to pay for parking and to wait around. Was advised by a team member that you can park for free down the ramp but please do not do this as you will get a ticket.

Whenever we order from here the desserts are never that good in all honesty. Cookie dough is never dough is more like a pie. Brownie is just a square of sponge cake nothing brownie like about it. Their are other better dessert shops

JJ was very friendly as well as professional she helped make my 6 year olds birthday special, by setting up a space for her an her family in the restaurant, very accomodating, we will be visiting again thank you

So after trying to treat myself to some takeaway and a chill evening I’m disgusted to find hairs mixed within the waffle I was eating. Such a disgrace from a company who should have top priority within a shop that serves food! What a joke

So disappointed again. 3rd time that I’ve ordered from the little dessert shop- each time the same item ‘paradiso sundae’ but only once has it been correct. It’s listed to be one thing but never is. This time it was missing all of the hazelnut sauce (which literally was the best bit and reason that I had chosen it) and the time before it was missing all the toppings! I just think for price that they charge it is unbelievable to scrimp on what they are meant to offer! Will 100% not be ordering again. Neither myself or my partner.

Massive desserts if anything to big.

I ordered via Uber eats, at the first order arrived very quick and on time which was amazing, I was happy about that, and they found my house alright which was a bonus as usually when I get deliveries I have to go outside to search for them, a nice gentleman was delivering my food, and when I answered the door, he told me he was going to go back to because the coffee spilt on the food box, then he phoned me to update me that he spoke to a manager about what happened and they was going to replace my whole order, and he was very apologetic, and my 2nd order of the replacement came very quick, I was so happy with the way it was dealt with and which is rare these days I feel, so a big fat 10 stars from me, the issue wasn’t a massive issue to me as how well it was handled and how polite the driver was and credit to the manager also for getting me a replacement :-)

Crepe wasn't fresh... was hard . Latta was 2 strong . Over All . I won't be returning . Which was a shame as it looks lovely amd the one member of staff that saw to me was lovely

Staff seemed friendly, although quite young there wasn't any problems with the service so well done all! The food was also nice and served promptly and the dishes - although one hot and one cold were bought out at roughly the same time so we could eat together which was great.

Do not order food from Uber eats. Food came cold and the worker on the phone was rude. Advised that there is a shortage of drivers, so please make customers aware. If you want to eat the desserts from this shop, then eat them in store, do not get them delivered. You will be disappointed.

Unfortunately one of the desserts was wrong on the order and also abit of a deference in times that they were all served, the food was lovely tho and would recommend going.

Food late on delivery and one box open,food cold,spoke to the so called manager, who tells me he can look into the delivery drivers dash cam footage and the box was unopened,wow these students are pathetic.i ordered candy crush cookie dough and received this,when it's advertised as this.

No good for vegans - unless you like black coffee and the one vegan option which is some flavourless sorbet that hasn’t been taken out of the freezer in a while and is served like a pile of lumpy snow. To be clear, it’s not even vanilla flavour, it’s just sweetened ice! The vegan revolution is happening all over the world - but this place is apparently frozen in time.

Best halal dessert shop in Telford. A bit pricey compared to other dessert places but quality and taste is assured. Portion sizes were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I must mention that you have to pay for parking so be mindful of that. If this review was helpful then a like would be much appreciated

Lovely dessert we bring our kids here for treat days and they love it. I love that I can half a waffle as sometimes a full one is to much. It nice and bright in there with a toilet.

Ordered a delivery from shop in Telford costing £30 firstly it arrived late. I ordered the date night pancakes which is a favourite of mine so have had it a few times, supposed to have 5 pancakes only had 3, had hardly any sauce on it and the pot of chocolate gelato that's supposed to come with it wasn't in the bag. I rang the shop the same night multiple times and kept trying until they shut at 11pm no one answered the phone, tried again the next day again multiple times still the same recorded message. For the prices they charge you expect a lot better quality. Don't want to leave any stars on this review but have to to submit it. Obviously making too much money to care about their customers, sadly won't be using them again

what can i say? we ordered a pudding to share for my sons 16th birthday, it was amazing! the best dessert i have ever tasted, may be a bit on the expensive side, but worth every penny, jo

ordered from here last night spent 25 pound.. my delivery took nearly 2 hours. by time the food reached me it was ice cold and my tango ice blast was awful. defiantly won’t be ordering again. not happy at all. now i can’t get in contact with the shop for a refund!

Ordered a Sundae for takeaway but when getting back home to have it, it was rock solid - you could tell it was ready made and straight from the freezer as the profiterole on top was frozen and all the cream inside was solid as well.

Good food and can tell by how busy it was. Wait was just too long.

We were looking forward to a birthday treat. On arrival we were asked to put hand sanitiser on, staff member was wearing a mask, showed us to a table, and gave us a menu. The menu was dirty, the table sticky, staff members had no masks behind counter. We were told we had to go to counter to order, it felt very uncomfortable, and if it had been left to me then i would have left without ordering. However, we just had a drink. Despite signs saying contactless only, we had to pay cash. I did not see any tables being cleaned during our visit

Way over priced for what you get and cheep ice cream took an hour to be dilivered could have probably got the same thing from a supermarket for more than half what we paid

Never received order, chased after an hour to be told it had just been dispatched. Waited 35 minutes to which it still had not arrived. To be told the driver has marked it as delivered. To which I have CCTV to prove it hasn’t. Guy on the phone said he cannot process a refund and head office need to do this. Shocking service!

Great time out, picnlc space, clean, ducks and swans

I had a classic birthday cake with red and white icing, the Victoria sponge base was beautifully done. The white icing was buttery and delicious, the issue I have is with the coloured icing... it tasted like pure food dye. I don't usually get sick from dyes but this red had me throwing up. Great cake, I just won't get anything dyed red. The presentation was beautifully executed and perfectly done.

An absolutely incredible dessert shop. I wanted to order from creams in all honesty, however they were closed for delivery and i was left twiddling my thumbs... And then i saw the little dessert shop. And my goodness am I glad!! For such a great price I was able to buy a delicious shake along with a huge waffle. I dont think im gonna be ordering dessert from anywhere else anytime soon!
