We ordered to the table via the app after 40 mins I had to go th the bar and ask for pur drinks while we waited for the food. The seats in the booth we were sat in were all ripped and very uncomfortable. The sharer feast was good and the burger was also good. We ordered 3 rump streaks medium to well done 1 was fine but the other 2 were very dry and after we had cut around all the fat and gristle there was barely any steak left

My son took myself and my husband for a birthday meal. The food was lovely very polite staff .what we like about is the food is as we call good home cooked food and a large variety menu.The pub has a nice atmosphere for all ages.I like it to be able to book a table on line.Will certainly eat there again.

Please don't waste your money on a Sunday roast! Absolutely disgusting, tasteless, microwaved within an inch of it's like! Pigs in blankets cremated! Worst we have ever had! We have had other meals here and they are lovely however, never again for a Sunday roast!!!!!

**Completely Satisfied** we was celebrating my wifes birthday yesterday and i did not book a table. We was greeted by a polite young lady by the name of Katie who got a table ready for the 4 of us. a very efficient member of the team and nothing was a problem. The hospitality industry need more 'Katies'

Been a few times over the last six months and recommend it - it's traditional pub food at very reasonable prices and it is very enjoyable with good portions.

We had a large booking for 25 so had pre ordered our meals at the venues request. The food came out pretty much all at once and was very nice apart from one of the children's burgers which was overcooked but it was sent straight back to the kitchen and a fresh one brought out 5 minutes later. The bar staff were busy, however they remained jovial and polite.

The staff went above and beyond. They were very professional, polite and on the ball. It was my sons birthday and they helped bring his cake out. A staff member helped us with our order as one person didn't want cheese on a burger and there is no choice to remove on the app, we put the order through and he sorted it out with the kitchen. The food was delicious and hot and excellent value for money, will definitely be visiting again very soon

Amazing experience as it was my 1st time out in 4yrs.Wasn't sure I would make it, so didn't tell anyone . The staff was kind and caring, the food was amazing.. And whole night was perfect it was my sons 40th birthday and I went to surprise him we was both very emotional. The staff dealt very well with so many of us in the party full marks to them. Seated us early, food well priced, didn’t take a long time for it to come. Very nice food all round. Clean pub and tables. Apparently the ladies was a bit of a mess.

Turkey was round dark slices no taste. (Never seen turkey like that) roast potatoes very dark brown. No flavour to the meal at all. My granddaughters beef was black. She didn't eat it.

When It’s my first time to go to Priorslee, It looks little rubbish but There’s no kids when I was in there and When If I was Waiting, Someone’s kid started crying for no reason but after a lot of minutes, the food arrived in the restaurant but My Son named Frankie Ate some beans first because The Beans Aren’t hot but he’s eating some chips because the chip are started to cool-down like The Cold fire but When He tried the burger, It was very good when he take the first bite but He didn’t like it because you made the worst burger like why would you give my son lettuce in his Double patty cheeseburger?, Maybe you making him strong but He’s NOT impressed about the burger cause when the patty was still in his mouth, It taste horrible like I wish you make better burgers and don’t give my son some lettuce because My son hates your restaurant because you didn’t make things better!, If you make it worse, I’ll give you one star but if I give one star, I WOULD!

10 of us came here Monday to celebrate a 70th birthday, everyone was totally happy with their meal how quickly it came out it also all came out together 🥧🍽staff were really friendly nothing was too much trouble, carried our drinks to the table has most of us hsve mobility issues the only trouble was we were seated on a higher level with 2 steps which is not suitable for wheelchair users. But that was our fault for not requesting dissability friendly seating I'm sure if it was mentioned they would of accommodated us. I would highly reccomend, the quality & prices are very good thankyou x telfords fibro group

On a two day family trip to Telford was recommended by a local,Great food ,very reasonably priced with good menu and offers ,all staff very helpful ,manager was amazing stood out to be very conscientious .was very impressed as had a child with with numerous food allergies, nothing was to much trouble,was that impressed with the great customer service, booked again for following evening,

Truly bad The priorslee is very much an estate pub with frequented by people who don't care about quality. The pub is often packed and this occasion was no different. The staff are poorly trained or not trained at all. They decided to stop serving people at the bar and ordered everyone to queue at one of the 3 tills!!! I politely pointed out I wasn't ordering food, just more drinks and was informed I had to go to the back of the 9 deep queue with everyone who was ordering food. Needless to say we left. If you can't run a pub, please don't get a job where you practice doing so. Btw the food is bland and expensive for the quality

Been popping in recently and the food is really nice, table service can be a bit slow but that's not the staffs fault, they have a printer and it doesn't seem to let out a beep when people order via the app. Great 15 per cent off food with AA membership too. Staff seem very lovely.

Great to be able to sit outside for a drink due to good weather, shame we couldn't sit out for the meal - not told why. I was looking forward to scampi but they didnt have any, in fact no fish at all. I had the chicken strips with chilli sauce and chips. For the price - 2 for less than £14 - good value and tasty. The lower scores are for the lack of fish and not being able to eat outside.

i had my 18th birthday meal here with 24 people and it was perfect. it was run very smoothly and everyone felt relaxed, vicky was amazing, she helped us with every question and made everyone feel comfortable and made sure straight away what the plan was she completely took the stress away, thank you so much !

Been coming here for 2 years now, staff are always helpful and friendly. Although more of a drinker the food I see wizzing around the place has always looked superb. Tony and Alex on the bar always give great recommendations on drinks and there plenty of big screens to play a game or a fight

Went to watch the England warm up game ( which we won ) and ended up staying for food. Lamb Koftas were tasty ( could have eaten double though), and the mixed grill was huge, foolishly ordered a side order or onion rings which wasn't the smartest , but just about finished them. The onions hidden under all the various meat were divine Atmosphere was great in there. Ended up playing 'Rock n Roll' bingo ( you play on your smartphone). Got one full house l! Was fun. If the weather was nice the beer garden looks awesome.

I always have a great time here. Staff are polite and courteous, always remember my go-to orders and do their best to accommodate my family’s needs. Whenever I need a booking it is taken care of immediately. Plus, the quiz night is always on point! Nothing but love for everyone here 😀

8 ounce steak was more like a thin sandwich steak and full of hard fat, chips were barely cooked, and soggy onion rings, my daughters burger looked better but was full of gristle, at least her fry's were cooked. My daughter had a children's ice cream sundae but her ice cream had hard lunps of ice inside. Sad really because we hadn't been for a long time I read a few dodgy reviews but thought it used to be ok, let's give it a go it used to be ok not anymore. The staff were lovely though friendly and polite, The decor, well mainly the broken window pane in the main dining area is not on especially where kids are allowed to sit. We won't be visiting again sorry.

My wife and I visited the Priorslee on 4th May and we were very impressed it had a friendly atmosphere and the staff were very attentive. The food was first class and the ales spot on.. We will definitely go again.

bank holiday monday.. hot day.. dry.. cant serve food outside.. forced to sit inside where its overpopulated and told to bring our dogs inside which clearly arent comfortable with that many people in this stuffy environment when its a nice day.. you probably lost out on many customers that day refusing service discusting

Standard pub fare but tasty. Some of the staff looked tired and disinterested , but weren't rude. It would have been good to see more smiles. Decor rather gloomy, but clean.

Found this gem of a pub last year and have gone back every week since. The food is superb, the atmosphere is great and all the staff are simply lovely. Shout out to Katey & Stevie who are fabulous. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Sundays quiz. Good laugh with mates. Still a bit empty but then it's January. Should pick up. Food is meh. Not awful but far from gourmet. But it's as expected so can't really complain.

Great value for the weekday feed a family deal for £15. coffee machine is still broken (that's been a good few months now).

This really is a lovely pub, great atmosphere and a good selection of nice drinks. I find the food let's it down, always a good selection on the menu but it's poor quality really, but it's cheap enough and good deals on so I suppose you get what you pay for.
