Creams Cafe Telford in Telford and Wrekin

Terrible customer service staff rude and refused to open the toilet after asking them multiple times and saying they will in a minute. Mugged us right off couldn’t care one bit.

Ordered a Banana & strawberry waffle that comes with vanilla ice cream plus ordered extra vanilla. Disappointed as all I got was waffle with strawberries. No banana. No ice cream. Why charge people if you're not gonna make it. Do not recommend.Rip off.

Good products but after 5 visits service is consistently poor.

Tried ordering on just eat several times every time they cancel the order. Whenever you call the number it doesn’t go through order more then an hour before closing time and yet they cancel do the order even though it’s all in stock in just eat. Abit of a disgrace to be honest

Absolutely delicious crepes and very good value for money. The choice is huge. Waffles, pancakes, cookie dough, milkshakes and ice cream, there's something for everyone. There's even a few savoury choices too. The service was excellent and Leah and Millie were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning very soon.

Here. Sunday to park your car but can you park a motor bike. So, my first time here. All shops are part of a chain these days. I did finish and drank my coffee before my partner got hers.

Hear me out Creams. You guys are great. You’re my go to place. Amazing food, ambience, everything. You need to work on some of your employees tho. Specially who were employed today at 12 noon. Extremely rude and bare minimum costumer service. This is the first time this has happened. My soft serve icecream was late for more than 5 mins, the guy scooped it out when I specifically told him I want the one from machine as it taste better somehow. And he started arguing . Anyways.

I ordered a banoffee and coconut ice cream. Nephew and niece had cookie dough and strawberry waffle. Ice cream was delicious and way better taste and flavour than the Dessert shop (my view). Staff were polite and attentive too. Clean tables

Lloyd and milly is great with customer service

The staff were great but you need to do something about the trouble the travelling community cause. I was in there on a Sunday afternoon and there were approx young adults and teenagers causing havoc and intimidating the staff. They were behind the counter and helping themselves to stuff. They were openly vaping in the restaurant and making a mess. I came in with my wife, 9 year old and 3 year old. We felt unsafe - the food was nice but it wasn’t worth it I’m afraid. Management need to support the young staff - 3 members of staff came upside to check on us. They are a credit to you…but you need to back them up and resolve this issue. I felt so sorry for them.

The very kind nice people food is lovely, desserts spot-on never mess up the order amazing with allergies.

During the ordering process, I was told that the 3 items I wanted to order were not available. When I finally placed the order, it turned out that I had paid a completely different - higher - amount than is on the card and I got the coffee without sugar. After receiving the order, it turned out that the kinder bueno bar was missing from the pancake and the ice cream flavor was mistaken.

Very poor service and staff not interested at all to help with the menu etc. We will never come back.

Really disappointed to have to write this review. After having a meal at a restaurant I took myself and 1 year old brother to creams to get him an ice cream before attending the park. I placed an order for two ice creams to which the staff worker said I’m sorry I’m the only one here today and it may take a while for me to make your order. I completely understood this and we waited 20 mins. By the looks of it his colleague who wasn’t on shift came into the store and was talking to the staff worker whilst he was making orders. The staff member then began to make an ice cream which was a child soft serve which I thought would be for my 1 year old however it wasn’t it was for his colleague. I was extremely disappointed by this as he had time to make a ice cream for his colleague but not for the 1 year old who had waited patiently for over 20mins at that point I asked for a refund and he was extremely apologetic. I don’t believe it is fair to leave one staff member at a time running the restaurant and then doing what I mentioned above.

The food was scattered and mushed all around the box and even the bag.

The amount of cookie dough given was little, it tasted nice but i was able to eat it in under 2 minutes, not very generous with their portions.

Came here for a sweat treat however as we were finished our food a memeber of staff made a very in appropriate comment to one of the customers that were very clearly under 18 very clearly made them feel uncomfortable this behaviour is disgraceful when my partner called him out he simply said “it was a joke” personally don’t believe how making two young girls feel uncomfortable is a joke ? Disgusting behaviour and they were not apologised too the other members of staff simply walked away as to not deal with. Genuinely rancid behaviour

One staff member decided it was funny to say too two minor customers my mate has a crush on you to another employee made everyone in the shop feel uncomfortable and the two young girls leave I decided to say it wasn’t very funny and called him out on his massively inappropriate behaviour didn’t catch his name but should be ashamed of his behaviour as someone in the hospitality industry this was massively inappropriate and all in all just wrong hope this gets sorted and he is disciplined for this atrocious behaviour food was lovely shame the service was so poor and damnn right inappropriate

Having been to Creams a few times over the past year, it's gone from good to great in terms of food quality and customer service. Some personal favourites are the kinder waffles and banoffee hot pockets. If you're in the area and have a sweet tooth, it's 100% worth dropping by for a cake or more.

Literally unprofessional. If anyone wants to eat in make sure come at least 4 hours before they close . Because we just turn up at 8:30pm and they close at 11pm but the staff refuses us to host us in 🤷🏻‍♂️ disgust isn’t. Just because they have 2 staff so we can’t dine in . And it’s not even busy just one couple sitting and eating inside while we are inside .

I used to love creams. They used to do takeaway/delivery sundaes in large round boxes that had great portion sizes. Our latest delivery was in a small Chinese takeaway style tub and was only half filled. The sundae was 2 small scoops of flavored ice cream, and the rest made up with 3/4 soft serve. We've had a few issues with delivery times and incomplete orders in the past. I want this place to be good. But standards/quality is really slipping.

slushy had a huge block of ice in it and wasn't slushy at all and it was supposed to be a mixed one but came with one flavour but pretty much tasted of water

took an hour to give out food all tables were dirty asked twice to have our table cleaned lloyd was a good staff member gave us a full refund as the service was terrible

Been here a few times, kids love the ice cream. Had nachos for the first time and would definitely recommend them. Leah served use this time and was very friendly and helpful.

Ignorant staff; no idea about what dishes contained gluten or if they did, totally unwilling to discuss it. Referred us to a QR code which took ages to download. That was after being told they were only doing takeaways as they were cleaning - despite going to be open for another TWO hours. How to make your customers feel welcome!

The delivery was extended which was slightly annoying. However, it arrived missing both ice creams - for the price, the cookie dough on its own is a rip off!

Creams extended the delivery time 20 minutes after order was placed and forgot the bananas on the strawberry and banana crepe. Both crepes were cold on arrival and needed reheating.

No sauce or ferrero on the x2 waffles freezing cold, when i called up for help, said theres nothing they can do. Very very poor, go to little dessert shop instead. Waste of money

5th time ordering from Creams. absolutely joke. in store it's delicious but for some reason online they can't cook waffles. every time they've been undercooked and missing items. I paid £10.95 for a waffle which had a drizzle of sauce and some nuts on. joke. do not order.

missing one of the waffles we ordered and the waffle that did arrive had hardly any toppings at all. Milkshake was average. Stick with the little dessert shop in the future.

The cookie dough was cold and rock hard it was really disappointing

My order was missing the gelato for both desserts and the crepe was missing the Ferraro Roche off the top and there was barely and chocolate sauce on the crepe.

I was served by milly and I was so pleased with the service she checked if we were happy with our meal and created a fantastic atmosphere. Recommend you get served by her. Will be coming again.

Amazing place! Loved our desserts and the friendly service!

By the time it reached us the banana pocket was a lukewarm sloppy mess and the cookie dough was stuck to the paper and literally had to be scrapped off for each spoon full. Ended up throwing most of it in the bin. Very disappointed and wont buy again

5* review for Leah! Great service. Gave me the last hot chocolate pudding, and found pistachio ice cream for me even. Brought us our soft serve and water to the table. Great experience and will be returning asap. Desserts were delicious as always.

Came to Creams Telford for the first time after being recommended by my colleagues. I’m so glad I did! Wonderful dessert and beautiful decor. Leah served us with such professionalism and made us feel very welcomed. I will definitely be coming back again!

We were served by Saduni, the service was great and the food came so quick. I had the sorbet which was lovely and more than i expected and my partner had the cookie dough, which she was very happy with.
