I’m a regular orders and always come wrong or missing and the app partner never responds to emails and I cannot get hold of the store via phone ,loyal customers treated unfairly
Take Notice.. Burgers were possibly smaller than McDonald's, thin and tasted plain. Handful of chips. Coffee, tried all types and all tasted horrid. Never again. Will return for beer but not food..

Felt intimidated by the persons in the place, and the conversation going on with a staff member and a customer, even though the conversation wasn't in english ....as for the food, fries were not great, limp and soggy :( what's with the seasoning ?, Why put sugar
Very cosy venue. Professional staff. Excellent service. Becky our waitress was so welcoming and attended to our every need. It was obvious from people on tables around us that she was a popular person.
Ordered our takeaway at 2pm to be delivered at 6.45pm. It was 50 mins late and cold.Last time I order from here especially as when I called them, they were most unhelpful, left me on hold and started to argue amongst themselves !
Oh wow, what a fab cafe, I wish there was one near us. We were visiting my best friend and she booked a table for 3 for brunch on Sunday. Lovely friendly greeting and we were shown to our table. The lovely girl that served us was friendly, efficient and polite.
The food, well what a wonderful experience. Everyone is doing brunch these days, half breakfast, full breakfast avocado on toast , eggs Benedict you name it they had it. We all opted for a Half Goo. Generous portion of bacon (2 slices), lovely perfectly cooked poached eggs (not easy to achieve so hats off to the chef), crisp not greasy hash browns, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, good quality sausage, lovely toast and grilled mushrooms. Delicious, very good value for money. Wish you were here in Somerset. Thank you for an amazing brunch experience.
I've been to The Dun Cow on many occasions for work...
Jay has taken over as G.M and has wasted no time putting his personal stamp on this already very popular and beautiful venue...
Each time I've visited Jay and the team have been very hospitable and very welcoming...
There is great camaraderie between the staff here, everyone pulls together to make the guests experience that little more special.

Photos show this building has a lot of characteristic features but the many bedrooms are also very nice.... (Next time I'm there I'll get some photos)
Large free carpark and lots of outside tables ready for the warmer weather
When ordering in the past from the store in the town centre we never had an issue. But since this one has opened we've had nothing but issues. Missing toppings, something being forgotten, long delivery times etc.
Recently we decided to order from them again and it was by far the worst experience I've had with a takeaway. The order took so long to arrive they emailed the next day to apologise. When it did finally arrive both pizza boxes were completely crushed and most of the toppings were stuck to the lid. To top it all off they also sent the wrong cookies, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to send the right ones. So safe to say I won't ever be ordering from this one ever again.
Grolsch was off very cloudy and tasted bad ,not the barmaids fault and she did offer me an alternative just very bad management or useless bar cellarman, management must think people are idiots selling beer that was clearly off thinking people are too stupid to notice, keg beer is so simple to keep so please don't insult my intelligence by telling me you didn't realise, shame nice place just totally useless management
I’d like to highlight the wonderful service we had recently at The Rugby Hotel. I came for lunch with friends and the dining room was really nicely laid out and welcoming. Our lunch was tasty and well presented, and arrived at our table in good time. Liz (Mackay?) our waitress was particularly lovely and a real asset to your hotel. It’s not easy to find staff in hospitality but to have great people like Liz is a rare thing.

I have booked in December
1. The room has inadequate heating.
2. Feces in the washroom.
3. Water blocked in washbasin.
4. Very small shower room. You can't even fit in it.
5. Small room, just enough roof over the head.
Don't recommend at all.

We ordered veg sizzler pizza and French fries with few other dishes. I should say veg sizzler pizza was top notch with the 🔥 taste and it's spiciness .Usually I get tired with 2 pieces but this pizza tasted toooo good , that I had extra 2. After a long time my taste buds at rugby is satisfied. Thanks for the person who prepared this 😊 also I loved french fries too.
Sadly food looked good but came out cold did send back looks like only reheated in microwave had left toast and butter on plate ( all butter melted
Customer service was good
But should have had new cooked breakfast
