Felt like I was getting the sub on ration. The quantity of meat in the footlong sub was too little. Unfriendly staff.

The most horrible place. As a customer, they didn't let me use the bathroom for my 3 year old daughter. It's the second time they do this. Disgusting how they don't let a child go to the toilet.

Stale…literally had to take dry bits off to eat it…not exactly fresh, salad looked like it was screaming for help it had been in there so long, in hindsight I should have done a u-turn and got out of there but it was lunchtime and I was hungry…lesson learnt, won’t be going back!!

Ordered through Uber Eats and received delicious food from this Subway! Their sandwiches never disappoint, always tasting great. Plus, the whole store is halal, which is fantastic. Highly recommended !

Sub way is just to expensive to what you get for yr money.we brought 2 x half subs with a drink ndmit cost up over £12 i won't be in a rush to go there in hurry in he future

Everytime I go here there is a new worker and they are slow.

Ordered on uber eats they always try and get away with missing items off your order, I was missing side salad and crisps that I ordered, if I pay for stuff I expect the order to be accurate

I went to subway to get 3 subs. The lady was not ready to put any thing in it. She literally put ONE bit of pepper/capsicum in a 6 inch sub. After continuous insisting she added vegetables. No sauce no veg. Worst experience ever. Also I was supposed to get double points on this order. She told me she added the card and I got no points. She lied to me. And I got nothing on a £25 purchase. Subway please train your staff.

I’m really disappointed about the service received today, the 2 girls witch has served me, did not understand what I was talking, I try to make a costume sandwich like I always did and they said no to me, £8,30 for a sandwich and I can’t choose what to have in it, very unlikely service!

Very quiet but with helpful and attentive staff!

The cheesy bites were not well done. The toilet didn't have soap.

The member of staff serving was more interested in her colleagues than serving the customer. When asked for extra sweetcorn it was as if I had asked for gold. You could count how much kernels she had put on on your fingers. If I ask for salad I expect to be able to taste it.

Stale bread ,inedible, will never use again. Man was very rude when I told him it was stale ,basically terrible food and non existent customer service

Treated terrible wife phoned to complain of a missing item instead of rectifying the mistake was spoken to rudely and told nothing they could do and told to take it up with just eat never ordering from them again

Absolutely disgusted, missed items off our order, when I called up about it I could hardly understand the man who wasn't even listening to what I was saying, then proceeded to talk over me to other staff members, after repeating my order to me multiple times and each time missing off different items then said to request a refund to just eat and not offering to deliver our missed items because they are too lazy to check the bag and order before it leaves the store. He admitted to not reading the order correctly. Im disgusted.

Me and my partner ordered from this restaurant on uber eats. First order comes in completely wrong order. That might be on the uber drivers half. The second order wrong. My partners came wrong and mine came with extras I didnt ask for. Finally got our meals.we ordered an hour later. All cause they were rushing to close. Also there pricing is over rated. Ordered a 500ml Pepsi for £1.69 Its honestly ridiculous. Worker service going would never eat from hear again.

Ordered on app using PayPal. Didn’t have the ordered subs available and then proceeded to offer me meat-based fillings when I ordered a vegan filling. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do it and hung up on me. 5 weeks later and no refund. I would advise to avoid this store and anyone who treats customers like this and essentially steals their money.

Went to order my normal turkey ham footlong sub and they said they had no turkey so said I’d have chicken instead. It was £9. I wouldn’t of had it if it was nearly £3 more because they didn’t have the right ingredients. Totally out of order and wouldn’t give me a refund. Wish I hadn’t of paid and just walked out. Ordered online. Two sandwiches with steak and cheese. Got them cold and without cheese at all. Dissapointed on that way. 1 star.

They usually have been very good with my delivery when I order food. Today they got my order wrong. I asked for tuna, cheese and salad in a hearty italian foot long but they sent it as a herbs and cheese which is not what I asked for. I'm very disappointed with this mistake today

Staff at this subway are actually very nice and spirited despite the job being mind-numbingly monotonous, so good for them. I got my usual footlong vegan on Italian, not toasted with all the veggies and sweet onion sauce. Sub was great, service was great. In and out quick just the way I like it!

We order delivery and EVERY TIME it is amazing. Subs are so well made, fresh and has everything we ordered. Delivery usually means less quality than being served Face 2 Face but this Subway is the exception. Highly recommend.

A small Subway but usually pretty fast service (outside of school break times). As this Subway is across the road from Lawrence Sherif School, during lunch hours and immediately after school, this Subway can get very cramped and busy - outside of these times it’s usually pretty quick. There are always a lot of people coming and going though so I wouldn’t recommend this place for eating in, unless you like the outside air being blown onto you every minute or so.

I ordered a FT long Italian BMT and I ordered a 6-inch steak and cheese meal deal which came with crisps and a drink. I also ordered cookies, 3.I set my order to arrive for 3:35, the restaurant changed my time to 4:05 so I had to wait even longer for my order. - The food finally arrived at 4:05 - I had a 6-inch steak and cheese without the cheese. I received the crisps as part of the meal deal and I received the drink. I had a 6-inch Italian BMT when I asked for a FT long Italian BMT.I rang the place up saying how my order had been messed up, the women on the phone contacted the driver to go back to the place and re-sort my order. The women told me an hour, I'd be waiting.I waited an hour, I rang up again wondering where my order is - A different women on the phone answered, bare in mind this women was very well mannered so I don't give any stick to this women. She said "Okay we will get this sorted for you". She rings me back within 5 minutes and tells me "The manager is refusing to send out a 6-inch Italian BMT or give me my cash back". The reason I wanted a 6-inch sent out is because I already had been given half of my sandwich. I were missing the other half.So now I've lost out on cash and I didn't even get what I had paid for. Absolutely disgusting because "the manager was so certain he sent the right food out". well, you didn't send the right order out. Double check your orders before you send them out so your customers don't loose out, or be annoyed. I thought it was about keeping the customers happy, clearly not. Right pissed me off and I won't be ordering again!!

Visited rugby subway for first time and never again ,,worst meal ever ,,big beef melt soggy mess and just warm due to slow service ,,worst cappuccino I've ever had the machine produced utterly tasteless non froth bland burnt tasting drink ,,left it all and left the shop ,disgusting don't waste your money ,went to kfc afterwards

Asked for cheese and toasted on two sandwiches, also paid for extra cheese on one of them, Both turned up not toasted without cheese. My cookies were also missing. I rang the store and explained my isssue to the man who kept telling me to ring another number, I asked him to wait while I got a pen and he hung up on me, So I got a pen, phoned back, he gave me the number, as I asked him who's number it was he hung up on me, So I phoned the number and explained that I'd rang the shop and been given that number and the cheese and toasted was missing off my sandwich, and cookies were missing, He apologised and said he would go back to the shop, make my sandwich get my cookies and bring them back to me, so I thanked him and waited About ten minutes later I got a call from him on his mobile number still but he was at the shop double checking my order, and I specifically said to him 'they forgot the cheese and toasted on this one and the extra cheese so please can you make sure it's cheese and toasted please, to which he said yes, I thanked him and the phone call ended. Then 15-20 minutes later he's back at the door with my sandwich and cookies and proceeds to tell me my sandwich order was okay? And next time not to select that option? I was like...no I wanted cheese and toasted? He got in his car and drove off, I opened my sandwich YET AGAIN NO CHEESE AND NOT TOASTED!!! i rang the store back, HE TOLD ME TO RING THE DELIVERY DRIVER AGAIN AS THE STORE IS VERY BUSY' so I did, I rang th delivery driver, I explained that there was still no cheese and that they still weren't toasted, To which he tells me 'no you had the extra cheese in your first sandwich, I am just the delivery driver I do not want to talk to you, ring the store' and he hung up. ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED FROM YOU!? so so so so so so gutted, the whole experience put me off subway for life.

Recientemente visité el metro Clifton Road, Rugby. Hay dos asistentes, uno chico joven y una señora asiática. Ambos no tenían ni idea sobre las ofertas que tienen Metro sobre cómo poner la oferta a través de la hasta y. Había en el lugar, y el director cuando la dama llamó el llamado gerente por teléfono, para preguntar sobre la oferta familiar (9 libras. 99 4 4 recibe paquete de patatas fritas de nazis o 4 galletas y 4 bebidas), que no tenía ni idea. Que no tenía ni idea sobre servicio al cliente y no tenía ni idea sobre la buena voluntad. Nos sentimos estafados, no recomendaría este lugar incluso a mis enemigos

Called in for a quick bite to eat whilst heading to next appointment. Unfortunately the guy serving had a cold. Sniffing and coughing whilst making my sandwich. All the meat was in one lump down the middle so wasn't the best experience.

This Subway has some seating inside has about 6 tables. The staff are fast and friendly. The venue is kept clean. Can get busy but ideal to visit after visiting the shops

I love a ham and cheese salad sandwich from subway. The staff were pleasant and fast. No hanging around as in some subways. They had a good system going, one cutting bread and adding base another adding salad and another taking cash. Good flow

We frequently pop in when get peckish during shopping. The Cleanliness, food, portion size, staff and price are all excellent. Always look at their deals that change often.

primera vez que tuve un metro ya que yo estaba en los Estados Unidos, hace unos 11 años. Todo lo que puedo decir es que en los Estados Unidos no se puede cerrar el pan, es tan llena de carne y verduras ... no es lo mismo en el Reino Unido por desgracia.De todos modos, lo que teníamos aquí estaba bien, aunque el pollo estaba apenas mediocre, había un mínimo una cantidad de relleno, a diferencia de algunos amigos subterráneos que he visto en otros lugares, donde te preguntarás si sólo lo pedimos un bollo. café era bastante era normalito y me pareció extraño que no había (visible) inodoros en un "comer" comida vendedor.¿comería allí? Dada la elección de la basura de McDonalds al otro lado de la calle o el caníbal pollos de KFC al otro lado del road.....probably sí.
