Domino's Pizza - Rugby - Hillmorton in Rugby

When ordering in the past from the store in the town centre we never had an issue. But since this one has opened we've had nothing but issues. Missing toppings, something being forgotten, long delivery times etc. Recently we decided to order from them again and it was by far the worst experience I've had with a takeaway. The order took so long to arrive they emailed the next day to apologise. When it did finally arrive both pizza boxes were completely crushed and most of the toppings were stuck to the lid. To top it all off they also sent the wrong cookies, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to send the right ones. So safe to say I won't ever be ordering from this one ever again.

Ordered an hour ago? Still hasn’t even got here and I can bet it’s going to be cold/not fresh & stale. It’s happened before. It’s absolutely gone down hill, it’s so baffling. It’s like they don’t even care if their customers even get the pizza, let alone when they do get it that it’s piping hot. Driver went in the complete opposite direction too and went back to the store. Still waiting. Don’t waste your money, was good at first. Always think each time it’s just a bad day for them but always let down each time, my mistake, won’t be doing that again.

Nothing wrong with a good dominos now and again and this one is excellent.

I've seen memes where people take a slice out of your pizza and tried it, never thought it would happen to me. Also, the pizza was missing a lot of toppings and was overcooked.

we ordered a meal and then cancelled the meal. the people told us they would send us a refund as we will not be receiving our food anymore. six months later, still no refund. tried everything. dominoes helpline, calling them directly multiple times (they were rude and unhelpful). this has left me shocked and untrusting of dominoes. i will hold a grudge for life. keep your eyes peeled for the cheeky devils on the phone.

Over an hour late called the store asked the store for refund and they got very loud and angry

Food quality has gotten worse , I don't know how ???? We have ordered two pizzas and there was hardly any cheese on it and very thin layer of tomato sauce !!!! Very disappointed with it , we have paid full price for this kind of pizza I will not order from it again

Waited outside for 30 minutes and made a mistake.

They actually except money! For a high street food outlet this is really poor, I definitely won’t be back. Except cash or get off the high street.

Bought the vegan vegetable supreme pizza for dinner and was very disappointed at the lack of topping, very few veggies (no jalapenos at all) and it was spread so thinly you could see the pizza base underneath.

Terrible customer service. Called the branch to see what offers were available and were given a few with prices, which the person on the phone checked with the manager. We said we’d call back to place the order but only half an hour deals we were offered were no longer available and the prices had gone up! Conveniently the person we had originally spoken to had gone home and the manager had no recollection of the conversation.

Been coming here for a while, many repeat orders. Mot sure what's just changed, but half my pizza is missing toppings.. 1 was meteaor apparently *see image* 2nd pizza was half pepperoni with extra pepperoni AND cheese, the other half hawaian. Definitely not extra anything. You'd think £30 for only 2 pizzas and 2 sides, the pizza would actually have a decent amount of toppings. That's me done with this place now. Advice for everyone, use Caprinos Pizza in future, for £2.99 more, you can get 2 large pizzas & sudes, AND 2 desserts & a bottle of drink... along with actual pizza toppings.

Rude man not greated, ignored for over 5 minutes then when he did come over. You ordered? No I reply. 25 minutes you go was hos response. Only 3 orders displayed on the screen one ready other 2 4 minutes till ready.

Nice small place suitable for takeaway and deliveries. Small place so might not be suitable for large groups for dine in. Very fast and good service. Pizzas tasted good.

I entered in the shop after 1 minute a member of the staff took my order, made my pizza served me and disappeared, I wanted make another order but I couldn't, no one to serve.

The online ordering was very easy and the speed was very good then when we went to pick it up it lovely and hot and the customer service very amazing! The food tasted very nice but the only problem was that their were no problems! Definitely coming again!

Ordered several pizzas for collection. First time from this branch. All were great. Tasty and hot.

This is not the quality that I had come to expect from dominos. In fact I now feel like never ordering another domino’s ever again. The service in store was pretty poor. Bad communication because of course no one really spoke fluent English. When I got the pizza home I struggled to eat even one slice. Ingredients were bland / cheap. And the meats on the pizza were just oozing with fat and grease. Chicken kickers did not taste of chicken… more like the kind of reconstituted chicken that you’ll get in cheap chicken nuggets from a supermarket. So the food is bad, but the price has rocketed. I doubt this place will last long if they don’t up their game.

Got my order wrong initially, but went over and above to rectify it

We used to be linked to different domino’s and since it’s opened we cannot chose our usual store due to proximity to this. All last few times we have ordered from here was extremely late!!! We live 6 min drive away and pizza was delivered in time I could actually walk to the store!!!!! Very disappointed even though domino’s always have been our go to for pizza we shall reconsider going to our usual one at J1 and collect!

Pizza arrived 45 minutes after I received text saying it was on its was we live maybe 8 minutes away

App is rubbish, notification said its been delivered but fekking pizza nowhere to be found.Called the woman hang me for almost 30 min The phone until i give up , she told to call the driver, but i can hear in the background she is busy raking order???

Untill now I thought this Domino's was great,I ordered my usual hot & spicy with extra pineapple & pepperoni,when I got it home I had a pizza with just pineapple & pepperoni on there must be an error on the online ordering system,.

I ordered myself a large pizza and some chicken KICKERS. what arrived was chicken wings, but the box still said kickers. Instead of sending out the correct order I was told to keep them and take a refund of the chicken. I struggle to understand that if they get my order wrong they are not willing to rectify it, just offer a refund. I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered. So now I have a refund but food going to waste 😂 And the pizza base is flat and dried out, not like Dominos used to be. Guys get a grip, you're losing touch of what you're good at!

Good service, but the taste of the pizza was poor. Even my kids asked me whether I went to my usual domino's in North St or Junction 2 retail park when they were eating the pizzas. They both said the pizza had a weird taste. I'm not sure why this is. I didn't try it myself so can't comment.

Redefined Pizza in the worst possible way. I was curious and extremely disappointed by the pizza I received. No clear pizza lines, the pepperoni was all of over the place. Looked more like Mac and Cheese than Pizza. Took it back to them and they said it was because the pizza was hot. But I've received pipping hot pizza loads of times and it's never that messy. Just don't do it to yourself. Order from somewhere (anywhere) else

Awful store. Waited almost two hours for pizza and still not here. Store keep making excuses and blaming the delivery driver. If you like food, choose somewhere else.....
