Very pleasant eating experience, with the food being very much as described. Thoroughly tasty and enjoyable meal had by all our family.

I'm usually quite positive about cafes, but this is an exception. I would say that out of the three in Elliott's Field this is the worst with no contest. As with all Starbucks, drinks and food are ridiculously overpriced and tend to not be cooked well if they are hot foods. The staff take little care in you and, while I haven't seen or experienced any of the more jarring things in this review section, drinks are made a bit shoddily. The atmosphere is one of the worst parts of this store. It is often cold and uncomfortable and the metallic ceiling does it no favours. Overall, don't go to this place, it's not worth trying your luck. Go to Caffe Nero or Costa.

Just ordered hazelnut oat cappuccino and a bacon roll. The cappuccino doesn’t have any hazelnut and the coffe is made with cows milk and im allergic!!!! And let’s not even talk about the bacon roll that is not even cooked absolutely vile!! Do not recommend ….

Possibly the worst starbucks store I have ever visited, the food was stale, the drinks were supposed to be dairy free and therefore made in the non dairy blender jug, but it wasn't. The coffee was watery, the cafe was a mess, food debris and trash everywhere, the staff were clearly rushing to close despite the fact there was a whole hour to go until closing, the restrooms were out of order. Literally the second time we've had substandard service here months apart which suggests that this store just isn't being managed correctly. Leaves me wondering if this is a franchised store, because it's really letting down the starbucks brand, home made signs and non standard elements all over the place. I'll be avoiding this branch going forwards.

Coffee good as always but the sausage sandwich was that hard you could class it as an offensive weapon.

Visited the store at Elliott Fields today and had a good experience. Store was clean and service quick and friendly. Plenty of staff serving so order processed quickly and plenty going around cleaning up tables quickly. Really like this store and in good location for a break from shopping.

The worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. I don’t understand how you can make coffee taste that bad and they regularly cream. it seems like they don’t know how to actually follow the guidelines and make a decent coffee and I will NEVER go there again for that burnt, overpriced rubbish. (I’ve created a trip adviser account just so I can l leave this comment and save some other people some money).

I use Starbucks a lot (not here i must admit) as Im self employed i use them to work from and i find this place not a good place to work at all.. the music is way too loud and staff members dragging and banging chairs around.. the toilets have wet floors and the smell isnt great.. not great

Coffee a bit overpriced, staff not overly friendly, no real atmosphere

£4.50 for a sausage sandwich which was microwave rubbish, the bread was really chewy and thats not an exageration, coffee didn't taste nice, baffles me why people are being ripped off for this absolute rubbish, sure you can meet up with friends but I won't be visiting and eating or drinking this garbage any more absolute tripe !!!

I ordered a hazelnut white mocha, and a matcha tea latte, but the matcha tea latte was literally just a regular english tea. The drink was printed correctly so this seems to have just been a mix up at the drinks station at starbucks. Still a little disappointed as i wouldn't order out for just a regular english tea. Hazelnut white mocha was okay though

We were the first customers of the day and the cafe hadn't been cleaned from the day before. Crumbs all over the seats, tables not wiped, bins full, dried wee all over the toilet seat. Someone wiped down the sugar area and a leather seat while we were there then used the same wet tissue to wipe the tops of the sugar / cinnamon shakers.

Very best coffee and friendly staff. Asked for name and it will appear on your cup. Clean and very large space for sitting. Very huge free parking outside untill midnight so you can stop for best coffee and enjoy shopping near retail park.

ANAPHYLACTIC ALLERGY WARNING - I bought a 'soy' babyccino from the Elliott's Field Branch and 15 minutes later, after 1 SIP, my 2 year old went into full anaphylactic shock, had to have her epipen administered and was rushed in on blue lights to children's a&e. A whole WEEK later and Starbucks STILL haven't contacted me, after head office promised to check CCTV and get back to me within 3 hours. I am still awaiting a response. If any press would like to get in contact about this I would love to pursue this further.

When you go at the end of the day it is not very welcoming when the chairs are on the tables and when you order two flat whites and there is a long wait between drink. You have come to have a drink together.

Very friendly, welcoming, patient staff. You will be very pleased with the opening hours until 20:00 on weekdays. After the shopping centers close, you will always have time to relax and discuss purchases in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere.

I ordered a a tea a mocha and sandwiches for brunch. The sandwich was flattened and very poor the tea was unbelievable. I asked for milk and sugar and it was made so milky the tea would not brew. I can't believe an international chain are totally unable to brew a cup of tea. Any fool knows that tea needs temperature to brew. If milk is needed it should be hot or provide separately

None of the buns I ordered came, instead, they have alternative items that we don't eat, but had to have them otherwise husband's birthday breakfast would have been ruined

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to. The staff don’t bother talking to you or to even ask if you’d like to have take out cups or normal cups. Don’t offer the receipt. I was waiting on one of my coffees that I think the staff forgot about and didn’t even receive an apology for the delay when all my other drinks were ready. The food and drink is good but the staff and the atmosphere because of the staff is appalling.

When Indian manager at till don’t expect a reusable cup discount it’s his little way of sticking it to people he doesn’t fancy apparently. Make sure to check and to ask, as a former Starbucks barista it’s these people who made the rest of us look bad. Good luck 👍🏽

When I come in at 4.30pm to the Elliot’s field Starbucks all the chairs are up and they are mopping the floor and look as if they are about to close. I asked one of the employees that work here what time they shut and he said 5.30 I checked online and it say 6.30 so I was confused about that. furthermore, I am extremely unhappy with the employees as last time I went in one of the employees started mopping near where me and my friend were sitting whilst trying to have a conversation which is very difficult when you can feel a wet mop running over your shoes! Staff need way more training their customer service is appalling! Wouldn’t recommend.

Awful! Dirty and massively overpriced. Considering the price you charge, you keep a unhygienic, over hyped outrageous and frankly not worth a second visit ever!

When the drink arrived the bag was soaked and the drink was only half full. It had spilt everywhere, gone all over my floor and desk and im left with less than half of a drink. I would post the videos and photos I have if I could

Visited Starbucks at Elliot’s field today to have the warmest welcome by the friendly staff, I was served by the most loveliest barista Shannon! Who customised my drink just to my taste and took time to ask about my day! I would highly recommend as this was by far the best experience and drink I have had from any Starbucks not to mention how clean and well presented the stock and store was.

First time ever been to Starbucks, won't be the last though. The coffee were great, facilities were good, helpful staff and friendly.

Visited today , the shop was quiet and no queue. I ordered 2 cappuccino s which were more like half a takeaway cup full of frothy milk and tasteless . Everywhere else I order the same drink it comes with the option of powdered chocolate on the top, this was never asked by the server whom his customer service skills clearly need to be worked on . This experience was made a whole lot worse when before leaving I went to use the stores toilet , when I entered it was very clear the 3 members of staff working had not checked or even cleaned them for a considerably long time , I was appalled and disgusted to find evidence of urine and faeces covering the seat and all up the back of the cistern . In my opinion this is not just a health hazard but total laziness on the staffs behalf, will I return , definitely not . There are a variety of places at the retail park that are more deserving of my custom , where customer experience and satisfaction is there priority

⭐⭐ Disappointed with Starbucks Rugby I recently had two disappointing visits to this Starbucks location. On a Sunday morning, we arrived before 10:00 am, excited to try the cold brew advertised outside, only to be told it wasn’t available. On a Saturday afternoon, at 4:57 pm, the staff began closing procedures, making it feel like an early finish. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer, but these experiences left me unsatisfied. I hope these issues are addressed soon. Sadly I’m hesitant to return unless there are improvements.

Once the froth had gone off my cappuccino I had half a cup.

Dirty tables & strong smell of off milk! Staff are obviously busy, got the order wrong, but corrected it efficiently and easily, tables were filthy. Not a pleasant atmosphere, ended up taking drink back to car to drink to get out of the smell.

Had to have my third choice of drink, no stock! Staff were very unfriendly and unapologetic, service was rubbish, drinks we did get weren't very pleasant either

Uber eats I ordered from so long to bring me just one coffee passed delivery time and last time I ordered a white choc iced mocha they never put the extra sauce or caramel and even put the wrong milk so I couldn’t drink it

Asked for delivery to be to my front door due to not being able to go outside with my 12 week old baby. Driver decided to enter my private back garden instead of walking round to the front door.

Visited Starbucks on Eliot retail park in rugby, was greeted by a rude assistant, asked for a drink told the ice machine was broken and they were only doing hot drinks. This is a fairly new store and could but better. The assistant could do with some people skills, I know it was a Sunday and it felt like she didn’t want to be there. Done better Starbucks

Must be the worst run Starbucks franchise in the country! I travel frequently and o do like Starbucks. We keep visiting this one as it is in the shopping centre we frequently use. However, I don’t think we’ve ever had a smooth experience. Their stock control is horrendous, always more out of stock menu items than in stock. Quite frequently the seating area is closed (no idea why) and recently, they’re not able to do cold drinks as they keep running out of ice. When you do order a drink, hope for the best it’s correct and if not, prepare for looks of disapproval for asking them to correct it! More fool us for keep going back, but we’ll definitely be using Nero’s across the car park from now on.

Sorry to be so negative but nothing was enjoyable here and if I had checked the toilets before I ordered I would of walked out! Drink was served in a lipstick stained cup place had no warmth or atmosphere and the chairs were really stained and uncomfortable

I have been going here every Wednesday lunch time for 9 months. Have walked out last 2 vists. Hardly any food in fridge and staff (male) just don't care. Seems to have had a change of management/staff. Shan't go there anymore.

They started locking doors, moving chairs and tables, and then sweeping up. Baring in mind this is a hour before they close. It felt like they were hinting at an early finish. Which would be fine if I hadn't paid so much for my coffee. Also, when I arrived they looked at me and carried on working... there was no queue and I wasn't exactly being impatient. I used to love going here, its a shame.

Maybe stop delivering if you don't fancy delivering the actual order. Hey, it's only lunch.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 30 mins from walking in door to getting our drinks. Dirty tables. Queues to the door. I love Starbucks but this is defo not one of the better ones.

This place is filthy. There were few seating options available for a breastfeeding Mum, most chairs are at low tables so need to lean down for everything which is not comfortable. I opted for a table in the corner with a sofa and comfier looking chair only to find both table and sofa and chair absolutely disgustingly filthy. I sat on a stool instead and opted to eat and drink quickly to avoid needing to feed my baby there. The floor also looks dirty and in need of s thorough scrub. Service was ok but food lacking flavour. Will not visit again.

Wouldn't allow me and 3 elderly relatives sit down to drink as they weren't allowing customers to stay in after 15.00 ! They close at 17.00 on Sundays. Claimed to be shirt staffed- there were at least 4 people on shift.

I visited early morning on a school day so it was quiet and relatively peaceful. The cinnamon bun was huge and very tasty and the coffee was hot. A good breakfast at a reasonable price.

Like many Starbucks but the seats are a but grubby. This makes the place feel a little unclean even though I'm sure that isn't the case. Coffee is always good and I'm told the cakes are always yummy.

Ridiculous Service!!! I have tried twice at this store and both time the taste of Mocha Frappe was very very bitter and had to throw away.

Service always comes with a friendly hello and a smile and always enquires to how my day is going. This is the classic old style barrista service that you expect from your local coffee shop. There was 1 Extremely rude staff member unfortunately I did not get her name but she had jet black hair, Caucasian young lady and wore a black apron with a serious attitude problem. She made our drinks wrong, then refused to correct her mistake, shouted in our faces, laughed and pointed and continued to mock, humiliate and belittle us whilst waiting for our drinks. She shouldnt be allowed to speak to customers like that, I'm shocked they have someone like her representing there company. My poor mom was shaken up. We had no compensation, although the manager apologised on his behalf, the lady should have made the apology to us. We will never return to this starbucks again.

Standard Starbucks, you know what you'll get, it's the same as all the others! Only single toilet cubicles not lots of stalls.

I visited this Starbucks today after a busy day shopping on the retail park. Was greeted by lovely girls behind the counter and speedy service. Not to mention my flat white was absolutely delicious and the hit I needed after a cold busy day shopping. Tables were clean and condiment bar was stocked adequately. Will definitely be returning! It’s sad to see such bad reviews! Keep up the hard work guys - and ignore the negative comments! Cut these guys some slack !! Especially during this time of year !

Three friends visiting, all ordered at once, said we were sitting in, some of our drinks and cakes came in to-go packaging, some didn’t. Sat down at the cleanest table we could find (wasn’t easy as the place was filthy!) realised I had been given the wrong drink, took it back to the counter and the woman I gave it to saw that the label on the drink was correct but the drink inside was different, she proceeded to laugh at the fact it was wrong, sling the drink down the sink and make a new one all the while somehow acting like it was my fault then gave a half arsed apology under her breath. Lots of other customers around me having to repeat their orders multiple times then others still coming back as it was wrong! Not the experience you expect for what they charge!

I don't intend on wasting too much time on writing a bad review. It's not worth my time. The staff were very miserable on the off. When I asked about the lack of snacks on display, the staff was dismissive, as if to say what you see is what you get which was nothing. I asked about how to get outside (pointing at the door to the outside seating) the staff very patronisingly pointed to the front door at the other direction to say that was the way to get out!?! Where did they get these people from? Rubbish staff.

Lovely staff/baristas, fast service and yummy drinks! Cafe was clean and drinks have lovely latte art! I’ll definitely be coming back here again!
