Pizza Hut Delivery in Rugby

Pizza was wetter than a nun at a chippendales concert. Seriously gross and dripping in grease, box was soaked though. Literally a pepperoni and cheese pizza which is easiest pizza in world, base though seemed uncooked. Never ordering again

This is my favourite pizza place in Rugby. Fajita Chicken is the best. Value for money! Staff was quite friendly and helpful.

I’m from South Africa, always wanted to try Pizza Hut. I must say it did NOT DISAPPOINT! Service was outstanding, the quality of food was excellent and fresh. Would highly recommend. My favourite pizza spot to go to at the moment.

I placed an order this evening when out for delivery got a call from driver saying couldn’t find house postcode directed him down the road, I asked him to drive up the road he told me to watch for white bmw he then started saying it was too far and it would cost more money or something, then he drove past me I asked him to stop then he stopped a bit further up the road I assume he had seen me as we was turning round and drove back towards me. I was still on the phone at this point to him he drove past me I asked him to stop the car several times but he decided to ignore me and drove back to where he originally tried to deliver the food to my disbelief as he literally was in front of me! I said I would walk down to him he was attempting to deliver to food to 17 vicaridge hill which is 5 min walk, I was still on the phone at the time by this point I had become incredibly frustrated that he had driven past me 2 times and not stopped he then started trying to deliver the order to random houses whilst on the phone to him, I lost my temper with him at this point and he hung up the phone. I arrived where his car was parked having seen it twice already I knew which one it was I called him and he walked back to me, at this point he started ranting about the address etc I literally couldn’t care less at this point I just wanted the food, 3 times I told him to give me the pizza and he kept ranting I nearly completely lost my temper at this point and demanded he gave the pizza and then I walked away , by the time I got home and walked all the way back down the road in my slippers, the pizza and sides where freezing cold I’ve had to warm it in the oven, I am completely lost for words to be honest

Best takeaway pizza place in Rugby. In store special discounts available for Large pizza. Very friendly and polite staff. The quality of their pizza is next level. Street parking available.

order online food did not arrive called then they said they had not recieved my order and I would not be getting the food I ordered. I asked for a refund no call back tomorrow to try and get a refund. Pizza hut had the audacity to send a feedback firm how did we do. Waiting for them to open to get my money back.

Food ordered over 2 hours ago, had an update saying out for delivery and message asking for feedback but the food hasn't reached us. No one answers the phone. Avoid!

The worst pizza, second time same. The dough is so overcooked it's like a biscuit!! No taste not enough cheese. Absolutely the worst pizza I had! Do yourself a favour order somewhere else.

When ording online I've had the food delivered wrong and cold and I and when trying to sort it out they are not very polite at times

Couldn't order online due to a technical issue their end, arrived onsite and was told card machine wasn't working and they didn't take cash. Not particularly helpful behind the counter and nor was their demeanour. Customer isn't always right but heck these guys didn't even want the business. Would not recommend.

Only delivered 1 of the 2 pizzas. Promised a free drink as compensation which didn't arrive. Late pizza was cold. Feedback site doesn't accept receipt number. Total shambles!

Was disappointed. Ordered myself a large cheese stuff crust pizza and some chicken wings. The wings were cooked through, however I'm not sure how my pizza was placed in the car with the deluvery driver, but when I opened it the cheese was already coming out of the box off the pizza and it was so greasy! My worktop was full of grease from the box and I couldn't stomach more than 2 slices that looked a bit decent. Was very disappointed and was going to recommend to my partner to have one this week as a treat but now I will be avoiding it.

Order from here fairly regularly, always turns up within 30-40 minutes and is what you expect with Pizza Hut. On occasion the driver has forgotten a few of the items but it’s always sorted out quickly so can’t complain.

Absolutely disgusting place. By the mistake I’ve order for collection. Went to collect and I’m glad I made that mistake upon placing an order because I’ve seen the state of that Pizza Hut. Person on the till was having jeans with wholes so you could see his blue boxers - not sexy. Dirty hands with black dirt under nails. No hygiene at all. Smell of burned oil and fat all over the place. I’ve been there for 3 minutes and I had to take shower and change my clothes due to smell. Pizza quality- below 0!! I put pizza to bin straight away and went to buy elsewhere as I was worried that my kids will have food poison. Floor full of left overs. I don’t think this place was cleaned for last 3 weeks at least at all. I love Pizza Hut but this one definitely is below any food and hygiene standards. Be careful

Pizza is always soggy and greasy. Base tastes like wet bread and barely cooked. If at all. Like cooked in grill not oven. Gross

Nice bunch of lads I saw there, although smoking of the doorstep of your own business is a definite no no. Pizza was a little overdone but tasted good.

They ignored the phone when I try change my address and no refund

Can't say that the pizza is very good, but if you know what a "magic bag" is, then this is a great place for it. Got £17 worth of sides for £5. And got to choose the sides. Awesome.

Amazing pizza hut delivery location - staff were so friendly. I ordered just before they shut and arrived a few mins before closure to collect and was still welcomed with a big smile and friendly service! Food tasted fresh and was well cooked! Thank you for making my night, I was very hungry!! 😁

Average at best, we haven't ordered from here in a long time due to getting put off by upset stomachs the day after on 2 occasions but thought we would give it another go. Kinda wish we hadn't. The delivery tracker said it would take 35 to 45 minutes to arrive, It actually took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, thats on a Monday as well. The pizza arrived lukewarm and doesn't taste like it used to. The cheesy garlic bread was good still and the deliver driver was a very cheerful chap, think there the only two positives. Won't be ordering from here again

Booked for 6 people. Had to order from a confusing website . No help from staff, Gave up in the end. Almost nothing left of what used to make eating at Pizza Hut an enjoyable experience. Real shame.

Pizza it's very tasty not comment about that....but to forget one item from 3 on the order that's a bit weird and careless about their job... don't get me wrong I would not say nothing if it was the first time but now is the second time in a matter of a few weeks..and always the same item lol.I would have not wrote this but it seems in their logical mind it's okay to deliver late and then to say they will bring the missing item but they would do all the drops offs first and you have to wait another 30 min maybe....if you're not lucky to say to you they will shut ....and make you to wait at work while your shift is over lol. The best advice was to email to be refunded. What a shame ..as some of the drivers are good and deliver all in time and accurate but you don't know how to be a team.

Terrible service. We where a group of 4 and there was only maybe two other couples in the restaurant. Service was so poor we had to keep ringing the restaurant to get someone over due to covid rules in the restaurant, and not being allowed to get up. Our chips where burnt and no apologies, just taken off our bill. We didnt get served till after half hour of sitting there. Even when trying to get the attention of staff they would ignore and carry on doing their own thing. Terrible service would not go back. Manager was persistent on social distancing yet when he came to take our order, due to the app not working, he came right next to our table. Would not go back to this one at all!

Will never use these robbing ba###ds again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Never had a good experience here. Whether its hour and half late, constantly, missing food and never refunded or are redelivered. Late arrival guarantee offer never honoured. Phone never answered. Formal complaints never responded to. Avoid like the plague. Worst Pizza Hut in the country!

Just had a pizza delivered an it was warmish to cold. Ended up having to.put it in the oven again to heat it. Not ideal

I wish I could leave no stars. Don't order from here. They take 1-2 hours to deliver, when it arrives it's either freezing cold or completely burned, they forget to put orders in, one time the delivery guy didn't even bring any change and refused to leave... we'll be here forever if I go on. This delivery service is pathetic. I'm really surprised it's still in business.

Ordered via Uber Eats. They forgot a part of my order. (Not the uber drivers fault) called the branch to advise and they told me that they forgot to read it off the uber order. Said they would send a replacement with one of their drivers that same night. Never showed up. Very disappointing

17th November Decided to order a pizza for lunch before work, I ordered online at 11.00 a.m. for delivery at 12.30 p.m at 12.40 p.m. Rang the store it took 10 minutes to answer. I explained imy pizza was late,the girl said the driver tried to deliver your food I stated he most certainly had not I had been in all morning. She then said it will be another 10 - 15 minutes. I said I don't want it now I want my money refunded , I was asked would you like a free pizza with your next order I said no I just want my money back. The driver arrived around 1.00 p.m. I said I don't want it it's around 30 minutes late he said why it's hot. I finally managed to ring customer service for some reason I can't ring it from my mobile may or may not be their fault. The representative I spoke to was lovely although a refund can apparently take over 2 weeks. I normally like pizza hut but after this fiasco I will never use them again, if I could give 0 I would

Time after time, if it’s not a 2 hour wait it’s wrong orders turning up. It’s a shame because when the food does turn up and is the right order, it is good. However incorrect items and items missing and not corrected, or having to wait for 2 hours is appalling. Pizza Hut really need to look into this franchise owner. Many times the delivery has exceeded the guaranteed time slot yet £10 reimbursement has never been received?

Pizza was good but arrived a hour late. Was ordered online on a Friday at 17:30pm for 7pm delivery. The online system should not take orders if they can't deliver. Branch not answering phone when tried calling multiple to find out where it was.

Extremely disappointed with my latest experience here. I placed an order at 18:10, it arrived at 19:40 and was completely inedible and burnt almost beyond recognition. After ten minutes on the phone and being told that they'll collect the burnt offerings and replace it "with a nice pizza" despite my assertion that I did not want a replacement, that a 90 minute wait was completely unacceptable and that I wanted a refund. The delivery driver returned 25 minutes later to collect my burnt pizza and underdone sides and I am as yet to receive any refund. What used to be a very swift and decent service is now one I don't think that I, or my friends and family, will be using again. Huge shame. Quick update, after chasing the manager for 3 days and being told that I would receive my refund within 3 days, I have just spoken with their customer service and found that the manager had requested that I be sent a gift voucher for pizza hut despite my repeated requests for a refund and advising him that I would not be using their store, or any pizza hut, again. After a 15 minute call with customer service, 4 days after the botched order and 1 day after I was supposed to receive my refund, I am finally advised that I will get my refund. In 16 days. Absolutely disgusted by the the entire experience, the final kick in the teeth being that I will finally be refunded 3 weeks after receiving completely unacceptable service. Poor service, dishonest manager and ridiculously slow in the resolution of issues.

The pizza is delicious and a lot of choices for toppings. The staff is very polite and welcoming, delivering exactly what you want. Will definitely order again soon!

Really good pizza and friendly services

I have ordered online from them quite a few times, and every time the service was great and fast. However, every time I had a really bad stomach after eating from them, so not sure whats going on there...

What a shambles and shameful place to visit! Dannii Hussain the manager of Pizza Hut said we could all have free pizza when we arrived we had to pay it was £108.40! When asked where he was he was no where to be seen! Management sit out the back playing black jack smoking cigars and drinking Asda basic whiskey idiots the lot of them

Placed an order at 9.05 and didn't receive pizza until 10.45 after having to ring up. When pizza finally arrived it was cold and driver said we were hard to find. Would have been nice to get a phone call to ask for directions maybe!!!

Only half the order turned at second attempt one pizza was not cooked properly and the box was greasy and food was uneadable they are refusing to give us a refund would not recomend as this is not the first time the orders have been incorrect

Last few orders have been completely wrong - must be to do with different management or something because orders previously had been fine; plus it’s hit and miss whether the food is hot. Only giving one star for 20-30 minute wait, but would rather wait longer for the right order.

Ordered at 17:00 for 19:00. Phoned up at 19:15. They hadn't sent it out for delivery why? they forgot. Terrible service. Cold pizza and bad pizza. Papa John's is Rugby's best

If I could give less than one star, I would! Pre ordered at 1715 for a 1900 delivery, low and behold it arrived at 1945 and was cold (after being assured that they had made a fresh order for it being late) as I had ordered online, the manager in store would not authorise a refund and I now have to wait upto a week to receive the money that I managed to pay them instantly! If you have no other option than to order from here, make sure you pay by cash... At least that way, you can decide if it is worth paying for if and when it arrives.

Delivery driver was clueless. Couodnt speak a word of English. Supposedly your are suppose to get a voucher for £10 off if your delivery is late. Phoned up as ours was just under 30 mins late. Got informed it would be emailed. Didn't receive email. Phoned back. Just got ignored. Not good

They sent me raw food and refused the refund for over a month. Had to contact customer service once a week for over a month in order to get the money back

Never ordering from again, we ordered at 18:30 for delivery and it’s now 21:15 and still no pizzas almost three hours later. Having called several times they keep saying ‘20 minutes’ but we’ve given up now. Had to cancel and Demand a refund - terrible customer service over the telephone, refused to do a refund or pass us onto the manager because he himself was out running deliveries. Insane.

Its was my 1st time ordering online from pizza hut. It was showing me its on the way. But after waiting for 1 hr, i rang them and they told me its in oven and will take another 20 mins!! I am not happy about that.

Brought a pizza and side for £16. The pizza was so bad I had a single bit and couldn't finish it. It dripped with oil the cheese was rubbery, the base was plastic almost! the side was good but only 5 pieces of chicken. Though ordering was difficult and the cook time was ok

Things are going steadily downhill in the past few month. My last ever order from Domino's was yesterday when they were late for more than an hour while the online tracker showed the order is delivered already. the guys on the phone lies to your face and say the driver already left 2 mins ago (I live 2 mins away) then the driver only arrives 20 mins later with a cold order

Worst pizza we have had. Stale base cold Sauce. Just a horrible meal.

They have some good deals here, but their pizzas didn't taste as good as their main branch in Elliott Field Park. The dough was stodgy, and the ingredients didn't appear to be fresh, and the pizzas were overcooked.
