absolutely awful from the start. the order took 1 hr and 40 mins. we were called 1 hr after the order and they told us they had no jaffa cake ice cream. we had paid for this all by card and we had a child waiting for this order and it was getting close to bed. we changed the ice cream for cookies and cream however when it arrived it was vanilla.we live on the next street to stop waffling which is concerning considering it took 1hr 40 mins. ice cream is £1.50 for what other take aways put sauces in.

Okey food, average service,went for for a birthday meal.what a disappointment.booked a table for 6.when we arrived no table war available.and end up waiting 30 minutes

Quality of food and service here is great for eating in and fair price.

Common sense, if someone orders food please put a few sauce sachets in the bag FFS.

The strangest crispy chilli and salt chicken I’ve ever had the texture and colour was all wrong and had no salt , special chow mien was ok

Went for lunch ordered fish finger sandwich a chips. 6 of us in total, toasted sandwiches that the rest of group ordered looked delicious and also the jacket potato. I waited and waited, eventually my lunch arrived minus the chips I had ordered. The young man who bought my sandwich told me they were still in the oven. Tucked into my sandwich, but was disappointed to only see two fish fingers instead of three? Was it still in the oven? Then 10 minutes later Chips arrived, hot but undercooked, no fish finger, staff seem to have one speed which is SLOW. My advice is go somewhere else for lunch.

The worst McDonalds in the country, food missing and stone cold fries. Only about 3 tables downstairs, upstairs is shut after about 5:00pm, so customers have to sit outside in the cold. Police at the door on one occasion with a walk through metal detector, says it all really.

Even though its changed hands it is not for the better. My husband and myself decided to have breakfast, i had the loaded omelette, my husband had the eggs benedict, which on the menu looked lovely, however it took 40 minutes to arrive and was cold. Wouldn't eat there again. We wasted over £25

Wow. Dripping wet, 7 of us. Manager really friendly found us a big Table - even offered us extra bags to put out belongings in as we were so wet. Let us snack on our own food as it just does drinks Had a well needed cider, tasted very good and the children had hot chocolate. We were so grateful. Lovely cafe dog who out girls lovely. Manager made time to chat. We were impressed. Quirky local cafe. Would happily be back

The food was absolutely fantastic. The owner was pleasant and very friendly. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant and a pleasant location looking out onto the harbour. If you are looking for authentic Indian food this is the restaurant for you, I would highly recommend you pay them a visit.

The worst food I’ve ever eaten, freezing cold, soggy and wet and even worse black hairs in my wrap, we rang to get a refund, the man on the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to, he told me I was a liar, started laughing at me and was shouting abuse down the phone, the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered a takeaway away still waiting an hour later for the whole hour it's been saying out for delivery delivery 10 minutes away. Can not get through to them to find out where my delivery is.

Amazing quality of food , very good workers very lovely and funny, would recommend this to everyone I know the food is amazing

Could not have asked for better service and the food was next level - well worth the money and another visit!

Sitting in the Greggs right now. We had to clear our own table again. Area for used cups is over flowing. Long queue as one coffee machine is out of order. Not sure if its worth coming as no-one seems to bother. Sausage roll and coffee tasted fine
