9 minutes of waiting for your order! The girls work very slowly and, what's worse, they have no manners. You can forget about the words please, thank you, sorry. I paid attention but it didn't help!

Went to collect my order, smiled and said thank you and just got stared at blankly with a miserable expression. Rarely have an interaction with any human that negative. Smile a say thank you, it’s as easy as that! Maybe add a “Have a nice afternoon” if you really want to push the boat out. Useless 😅

Absolute shambles. My order was simple, gravy mega box and portion of hot wing (3) The guy barely understood. Took 3 mins to find Gravy box, asked me what drink I wanted with the meal! Then say you get two wings not three in the box. I explained several times that I know I wanted three wings as well! This went on through 2 more members of staff before a guy came to sort this! When the food finally came it was barely warm and the “hot” wings tepid at best! All the chicken was dryer than and Franky Boyle joke! Disastrous! It’s bad enough that we truck drivers only have a choice of fast food if we want anything hot when we stop here but to have it so poorly cooked and serviced just takes the piss

Came in for some food halfway through a very long drive. KFC is always a fan favourite so we opted for two Trilogy Boxes and additional hot wings. The food was tasty, if a little dry. The main issue we had was the gravy was dangerously hot. It was literally bubbling and was so hot that it immediately blistered my tongue, even after having had the lid off for over five minutes.

Will served me, made my experience so much better with excellent customer service, talking me through the menu. I hope he gets rewarded for the extra lengths he goes to looking after customers.

Please investigate your employees attitude as I talked to your employee for ask some catch up. They acted like they were deaf. Sorry if I didn’t realise your some of employees are disability. I apologise but could you ask your employee do their work with a good attitude towards customers thank you

After a long day on the road I called in to order food. 15 minute wait. Food arrived, chips Luke warm and floppy, Chicken Burger was also Luke warm, potions small. Staff uninterested. Think I’ll just give KFC a big miss.

Stopped here to recharge the EV. Chargers had a queue marshall so had to wait a bit and the charger we had only gave 17kw. However, the service station is well laid out with good clean toilets, big choice of eating and shopping outlets. So much better than your usual motorway service station.

No idea what on earth happened today, but I gave up and asked for a refund after 20 minutes. Leaves you in a very sour mood.

Worst kfc I have ever visited. Ordered 2 flaming wraps and some hot wings for speed. Took 20 minutes. Flaming wraps were all over the place when I opened the packet aswell. Hot wings had been sat in the bag from the start of the order so were barely even warm when I got them.

Opening at 10. Still closed at 10:20. Given these opinions, I'm surprised that no one has replaced the crew with a new one yet. Tragedy

Must be the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. 35 mins wait for food. Shocking. Time of visit 2pm on a Saturday so not even at peak time. Review time 2.38pm and still not been served.

Waited 40 minutes and had to go and ask how long it would be. So many people waiting and complaining staff standing around Waiting for the food to cook (fast food 🤷) made me very late for an appointment as would have been so much quicker to go to Greg's next door. When people and myself complaining we were given whatever food was available which was probably someone else's orders making the problems worse apparently a fryer was out of order but still happy to take more people's money without telling them about the looooong wait. Worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Super slow, the food was cold, my order was wrong and when I went to ask for my missing items the man working completely blanked me and was extremely rude. Would honestly never come back and would advise you get food literally anywhere else while visiting this service station.

I've been here twice now. First time the service was slow, this last time it was so slow that I had to ask for a refund after spending 30 minutes waiting and still no sign of any food.

They have changed the chips totally awful unfit for consumption cover in spice and pepper even the tomato sauce can't hide it

Awful. Big back log of orders. No urgency from staff. Moaning at each other. One screen out of order. No screens with receipts. No ome on the till. Long long wait for food.

went here sunday night and the staff were extremely polite and helpful towards me and my mum we had a lot of food that we had ordered and a manager on shift with glasses offered to take food over to our table as we had a lot of it this was extremely kind of him to do best experience at a kfc i’ve ever had!

Pay £9 for the 3 peace meal and all 3 peaces are legs. I know u cant pick and choose but this is just unfair 😂 Brand new place but really poor service

The staff at KFC are polite, service was very good and quick. Looked very tidy which says alot about a services compared to most its one of the best. Thanks to the guys at KFC.

Outstanding service, fresh food

One slimy piece of pineapple, beans in a pot as a side, one strip of chicken and a small (mostly ice) coke. Children's meal £4.99. Absolute rip off. Who ever came up with that combination needs sacking.

I had an amazing visit at KFC moto Rugby. Staff so unbelievably friendly, food fresh and tasty. Ginger manager was very helpful

It's terrible what they spend, french fries, baked portions of chicken, just coal, you can't eat it, look at the products you ordered because they don't spend everything. I do not recommend.

No chicken pieces available as it takes too long to cook 9nly burgers. Jo corn on the cube. New buffalo wrap advertised but no way to order it. 15 mins from order to food. Just not good enough

Stopped here for lunch yesterday. The young kid on had a bit of an attitude and wasn't very attentive, but it was busy, so I'll let him off on this occasion! The food was good once I received it, even if it was a little slow. I look forward to my next visit and hopefully quicker service!

Advertising krushems milkshakes but can't actually order them on the machines which are bugging out. Not enough staff to be able to order at the counter or get your order quick. It's not even fast food anymore.

Try to avoid this KFC if you can because the chicken is terrible Super dry and obviously leftovers from the nights before

Today I ordered what I always order in any KFC, but the price this time was too high, to what I usually pay, so I said that that’s not what I want. This thin young fella serving me called in a big-ish guy with glasses, wearing a manager’s badge to help him out. I repeated what I always order and he confirmed the same high price again. I said this isn’t what I always get, he should help me figuring out which meal or deal or combo my request falls under, so that we can come to my usual price. He probably thought I’m trying to haggle the price down and went absolutely negative: “I can’t change the price”. I tried to give this one more chance in case of he would listen and understand that I don’t want the price to be lowered by him, but to help me finding the ‘combo’ which accommodates my food for the ‘combo’ price, but he was only insisting upon putting my fries and fillets and coleslaw individually into the machine, so then coming to the high price again, saying again: “I can’t change the price”, to which I answered, “no, I see that you can’t but I can, and I will, just give me a moment to let me run through the deals on the board again.” This was too much for him, called me rude and refused to serve me. Terrible experience. At the end when he calmed down and agreed to serve me (I had to do a lot of calm-talks and nearly beg him to serve me) he put the lid on my drink only half-way, so when I lifted it, it slid off and ran everywhere on their desk. At this point I didn’t even want to wait for a refill or anything, just to get out of there. “I’m here for 14 hours today” he said to me earlier, reassuring himself, “and I still do a good customer service”. Well, I doubt that. By the way I found the whatever-called bargain bucket or something providing all what I needed + a coleslaw for ‘my normal’ price, which is cheaper than the individually ordered items. He never bothered to apologise. :-/

First of all, I waited to place an order and they were just ignoring. Very unprofessional. Touching their mouth and then touch the customer's food. Unhygienic .Food was awful. Cold and uncooked. Spend £12 didn't enjoy it at all. Now I'm going to buy burger king because the food at KFC did not go well.

Food was rubbish, boxes were black and looked reused, chicken was just about cooked, drink had three bits of hair in it, I asked for a new one and didn't get any sort of apology not even a look of worry, service was slow and atrocious and the staff looked very unhappy.

Wish I could give 0 stars seeing as they gave me and my partner food poisoning and completely ruined our week away 🙃

You should draw a line between Orders and Pick Up because some douches are exploiting that.

Very over priced, under cooked (raw) chips with cooked chips let's hope the chicken was cooked properly totally ruined my dinner. Very unhappy. Went back to see see the staff and they couldn't explaine why the chips where so cold (maybe because they are raw). How can they let cross contamination happen . The girl did explain the chips had seen the fryer because they had colour to them. (Order number 098070104231153) also a member of staff was almost laying on the counter where cooked food is put very unprofessional

Food was cold the lady told me it was shut 15 minutes befor was meant to be and was really mardy coster serious was terrible

Honestly the slowest staff, complete lack of training, the food just piles up and gets cold in the holding area. No clear leader so the two people serving were a mess, one was making endless drinks that would go flat and the other was either taking till orders really slowly or in the back flirting with the fries girl. Stone cold food after the 16 minute wait.

Awful. Paid for 20 wings but they only put 17 wings. Then only put 3 wings extra. DO NOT GO HERE

Burger was OK , chips were rubbish and I started thowing up 2 hours later. Would not recommend to anyone.

Self order machine was off line, and the queue was massive. When I ordered it took 15 min for food to be ready. Zinger tower burger was missing cheese and salsa, I got coleslaw instead of corn. And everything was cold. Wish I’d have gone to BK.

Visited today. Slow, staff couldn’t be bothered and one young lad with a shaved eyebrow who literally stood looking at customers mocking them whilst the ‘chip girl’ next to him was on her phone constantly. Terrible

Place is a bit chaotic at times, saw others whose orders were incorrect and some came back with tops of burgers missing. Waiting times for food can also be long during busy periods. Kiosks are available to order in addition to counter service. This location does not accept the guest experience survey receipts.

Worst hot wings you can ever have

Waited 10 minutes with my disabled brother and they still weren't ready to take my order. Staff didn't seem to care about customer service, too busy having fun with each other. I'd leave no stars if possible.

Waited 20 minutes for two meals. Really really slow service, it wasn't even that busy!!

22 minutes queueing to get the order taken as all the self serve machines were out of order. Another 17 minutes to actually get the food. Horrific experience from the worst ever KFC Staff that don’t care and there were certainly not enough of them. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Went there tonight and the speed of service was dismal. Yes it was busy but I’ve never had to wait half an hour for a “fast” food order before. The staff were completely disorganised, moving with no urgency at all (Usually the guys serving and packing food are like lidl check out workers, that was certainly not the case at this KFC). To top it off the self order machines weren’t printing out receipts and there was no in person ordering so no one knew what order number they were waiting for, this caused constant confusion at the counter.

I thought fast food was supposed to be fast? Over 20 minutes wait with 8 members of staff standing around doing very little. Extremely poor!

Greasy, unprofessional staff, rude, dont care!! Never would i eat in this dump again. They give me wrong order and said it was my mistake. Not even tried to ammend it

Fast food?? I don't think so. So slow with staff chatting and laughing with not a care in the world. Food sat there getting cold while the staff slowly pack it into bags while chatting away. Other staff just standing around when they have been alerted to a spilt drink that is a slip hazard. Staff oblivious to the numerous customers getting frustrated with the delay. Someone needs to take charge here. This is a total embarrassment for the chain who I've never had an issue with before.

Service was poor, staff were taking, didn't know what they were doing and couldn't of cared.

No one wants to write a negative KFC review, but wish we had waited until Corley services. Poor customer service taking over 10 minutes to plce order at till as adament must use kiosk. However when it did arrive the order was correct unlike others, but no forks or trays (we were with the kids and had a boneless bucket with beans and coleslaw) the 2 stars was for the fact we got 2 extra fillets in the bag. Tasty KFC but need to sort out service more than anything

I don't recommend it, you wait about 30 minutes to order. Dirty, the seller doesn't care about serving the food neatly. Before serving, he placed the cookie and the spoon on a dirty counter. The worst place I've ever been....

Is this restaurant ever open? It was written from 10am, but it’s already 11am and it’s still closed. This is my fifth time visiting this service and I have never seen it work. Thank you Burger King for not leaving me hungry.

whatever you buy, you never get sauce, you never get ketcup, anywhere in this world if you go to a kfc, you get free sauce, here you always have to buy, whether you buy family feast, bonless feast, you never get free sauce. , almost always something is missing from the order. I will never come here again, zero services.

Chips without salt and thet taste like my father's socks... No ketchup, that waiting time- 25 minute for 10pcs hot wings which are not hot hahaha. Only one lady behind the till was working, lads looks like they don't know where they are and what they doing, it was my last visit, ridiculous

Should open at 12:00. Keyword is should. At least 30 groups were waiting and left by 12:10 for Burger King next door. Did I dine in or take away is pointless question if it did not open on time. Note, this is outlet in M'Way service station where customers do not have too much time to spend

Always 50% chance that half your order would be missing. Never gonna touch this place again. Would be nice to know if the drivers are snatching it or there is no brain capacity among the workers in the restaurant. Just don't touch it is my advice

Visited today just before lunch, wasn’t busy at all, but waited a good 20 minutes for our order. Got food home and we had been given the wrong order and absolutely not to the value we paid. Not the friendliest service either, so won’t be returning.

At 11:50 the restaurant is closed. We wait politely at the table for the opening, and at that time a man in a KFC hat comes out of the restaurant in dirty clothes and orders food from the Burger King next door, then sits next to us and eats carelessly while the restaurant is still closed. I advise you to think twice before ordering something here.

Ok but didn't have every thing I want

Restaurant was filthy, toilets were very unhygienic, 20 min wait to order food as none of the self service machines working. Then when you get to the till there are no hot drinks and the weather is freezing outside. Will never go to this restaurant again, in covid times they should be cleaning even more now. Disgusting for a large chain.

Perhaps the slowest ever restaurant in the world. Actually, definitely the slowest. I saw some trees and dinosaurs which were then liquified to make petrol quicker than it took for them to fulfill an order. Wow.

Terrible service. 2 out of 4 order kiosks not working and after being ignored at the counter for 10 minutes assume they are not taking orders their either... Looonnng wait for food, staff look like deer in the headlights. TBH KFC needs to take few lessons from Macdonalds on efficiency!
