The customer service for visitors to counter or drive through is extremely poor. The branch obviously can not cope with the volume of delivery orders and have decided to #uck over their face to face customers as a result. There were only two vehicles in the queue and it still took 15 minutes from paying to serving. Very poor!

It's too small downstairs where you pay for your food unfortunately but I love a maccies I might go today now aha...

Husband said twice the chicken is not spicy, bit into mouth on fire .all I say some ones not doing the job properly. If I'd been illergic I be in hopital.

The facilities were awed up, there was no room to sit and staff refused to open up more seating area. The toilets were a disgrace and when staff were told the were extremely rude and walked off. Then the manager who was spoken to about all this dismissed all of our concerns and decided that she would not help and walked out of the restaurant . Overall the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had.

Second time in a row items are missing from the delivery. No way of getting it redelivered and not a driver fault as the bags are sealed in store! I rang the store only to be told there was nothing they could do before hanging up the phone...paid for items not delivered, no matter how expensive should be honoured. Pointless walking down to complain now as by the time I'd get there the meal items correctly delivered would be stone cold, and so an entire new order would need to be cooked, not just the items missing. This is the least I will expect the next time I'm in store, that or a refund on the last two orders. Won't be ordering delivery from this store again for a while...

Once again missing items on the delivery order. Call customer services who take zero responsibility and offer a refund on missing items which could take up to 15 days… Avoid at all costs.

Been to this McDonald’s twice using the drive thru. On both occasions they told me to wait at the end window as my food wasn’t ready. On both occasions they have forgotten that I was waiting and I’ve had to reverse and ask where my food is after a 10 minute wait. Won’t be using this place again

Too tight to give just one sauce for a burger meal disgraceful. Gonna give this one a miss in future if that's the attitude to paying customers.

Terrible service, dont order online! You will then have to walk to mcdonalds and fix they're screw up, completely missing double and sausage mcmuffin from the meal! they cant seem to do the job they are paid to do! Avoid, they also blame the drivers when the drivers do NOT sort the food! Shame on them for not taking responsibilty!

I've put my delivery orders on pause from this McDonald's because it's like playing a missing-items lottery, and I always seem to win! My boyfriend's burger? Always present and correct, though. But hey, they've got burgers with that classic McDonald's flavor, and the speed? Well, it's on par with a sloth on a leisurely stroll. But when the kitchen feels like a distant planet, you can't fault them for saving you from cooking calamities!

Portion control at this site is awful compared to junction one. Especially through the app for delivery.

Decent food though quality varies depending on the time of day and how busy they are. Most staff are friendly and helpful though some more than others. Usually large crowds of high school children who will throw things and sometimes swear which employees seem to just allow despite other young children being in the building.

They send me food home, always missing something! Now the last time they sent me the food and they stuck the Monopoly label on it! It is the worst McDonalds I know!They take a long time to prepare the food and there is always something missing in the order! sometimes in a hurry we don't check it and when we get home something is always missing!

I wish all McDonald understand the concept of making a burger with a melted cheese! 😓

6/6 orders online incomplete from whole meals not there to missing items they never fail to fail. My family now call it the MCD food lottery what you ordered vs what you get when it turns up and you open the bag. I am sure i speak for all when i say refunding one of the meals you forgot to put in the bag makes NO difference when only 3/4 people at the table get fed... Just checked with mother in law to be sure and she is unable to eat £3.50 refund

Twice in a row not recieving full order ! All I wanted was the wrap but obviously was to hard to make and pack, what's the saying once bitten twice shy! Feel sorry for Uber eats partnering up with this store.

I only went to charge my car (as an experiment), so I bought a toffee coffee thing and a skinny latte for the missis. Service was fairly swift (as you would expect). Coffee was immediately drinkable - which, in real terms, means it was not hot enough in the first place. I onyl bought it to pass the time whilst waiting for the car to charge. Meanwhile, the place was full of school kids hanging about, screaming, shouting, but not eating or drinking, which was unusual in a restaurant. Clearly, it's just a pick-up point for the rich kids waiting for parents. Just not a pleasant experience. I'll probably go to Rugby Services, pay more for charging and sit outside and listen to the traffic passing by on the M6, it'd be quieter 😂

Visit this Maccies often as I live reasonably close by. Its a great layout as it is a pretty new build. Service has been quite slow on my last few visits hence just 3 stars for service. The atmosphere is always good, sometimes a little crowded and loud but those busy times can be avoided.

Just ordered breakfast wrap meal, hash brown missing and the lady on the call sounded bore and like she couldn’t care less, despite clearly stating my order. I know it seems petty, but at this particular store this is the THIRD time in a row my order has been messed up. You need to get your act together and actually do your job, it’s not hard, and at least pretend to care, not answering the call without saying “thanks” and sounding completely disinterested. Terrible, terrible store which should just be closed.

Worst McDonald’s ever been to. This McDonald’s let’s the company down. No standards what so ever. Each and every time. Always missing items. More importantly the items are never up to specification, in fact it seems like it’s done intentionally which is weird. The state the food arrives in, after passing so many crews hands, show there’s no respect or standards. Such a shame

I normally would go out to this place if i was hungry. The food is pretty good. I'd honestly say this place is better but the dirty tables and messed up BBQ and Ketchup dispensers are awful. Though i know this isn't the restaurant fault. 4/5 improvements can be made. The parking is also a mess sometimes yet it is quite kid-friendly.

I planted uranium in the bathroom. I am tyler hoppitt who lives at 57 warren road. I use £600 Daily for the beatiful burgers!! I am above the weight. I cannot weight myself as im so big.

Had to wait 20 minutes for food

I ordered £25 worth of breakfast meals for my family and half of the order was missing. I called McDonalds and the shocking manager on the phone said she packed her order herself and there was nothing wrong with it, pretty much called me a liar down the phone. Once I said I'd come back to the McDonald's to get my money back she proceeded to laugh and put the phone down. Definitely won't be ordering from here again and I will proceed to tell everyone of the awful service that I have received from McDonalds.

Fast, friendly service, not much else to say, good food too.

One of the newest McDonald's that has recently opened. Still new and clean and just your usual McDonald's. However, too many kids and teenagers that hang out here.

The staff are very rude, They do not know how to speak to the people, I had a bad experience with one member of staff and he was running the shift ( 30/12/2023). I don't know whether he is a manager or team leader, He was not wearing the visible name badge, and he is big and tall with a bigger tummy. He is always in an angry mood and doesn't know how to respect the people. He is not suitable for world-class brand name like Mcdonald services.

The building is amazing, featuring a food elevator for upstairs.

Food is always fresh! Restaurant is always clean and bathrooms are always clean. Staff are always friendly and cheerful. No other McDonald's in the UK is as top notch as this.

You need to sort your orders out. Everytime I get an order from this place, something is either missing, completely wrong or is cold.

Main negative gripe was the out of date Galaxy pie. According to the sticker on it, it should have been binned the DAY BEFORE at 2:28PM! This is the second time I had bought a pie from McDonald's and had this experience. I took it to one of the team who appeared in charge, the team member took it and questioned me, saying it was made fresh. The team member then checked other such pies, and noted ALL the stickers were out of date. Another team member than started to frantically remove all the date stickers. Fortunately I was given another pie, as the team member had kept hold of it throughout. My original pie then joined the others and sat waiting for another customer. The team member flagged the settings in the machine must have been changed or tampered with. Either way sounded like a worry in a fast food restaurant, as who knows what else could have been tampered with... it also seemed an odd thing to say, as the clocks had already been changed several weeks ago? The team member then reassured me all unsold food is discarded each night. Check the dates on your food everyone, and flag any issues up to a member of staff 🙈.

Yet again p*** poor service with a dummy that cant read off a list while he/she packs the delivery bag. 9 out of 10 times from this macdonalds your order arrives with missing items . Please get the brains on the order packing not the office .

They demolished Gala Bingo to erect this soulless husk in its place. There's no decoration or character, it's a brown box that low tier food comes from so don't expect much apart from kids vaping, litter in the car park and possible stomach cramp from the food.

The service is very bad. Today they forgot to add two cheeseburgers when ordering for takeout, I only noticed this problem at home. The staff is poorly trained, because they constantly confuse orders, bring something else, or even forget to bring it if you ordered by table number. This approach to service really spoils the impression of the restaurant.

Told me to park anywhere in the car park, 3 different people failed to find me, turns out they got my number plate wrong, burger was cold by the time I webt inside and got it.

As with all Mcdonalds a wholly underwhelming experience. With the exception of this one being extremely poorly laid out and very dirty. Tables placed right next to ordering screens makes for a particularly uncomfortable experience

Ordered on Uber. Large fries was half full, cold and had a small black hair in them. The fries are cold and half full every time I order to be fair and I always have to request a refund. I’m stupid for repeatedly using them to be honest but I won’t again. Have reported the ‘Pube’. Service is one star because they didn’t answer the phone

Ordered tea..too much water no room for milk..had to go to the counter and asked for milk. This is the UK not Russia where they drink black tea.

2nd time we have ordered from here . Both times food arrived stone cold . Wrong items and no straw for milkshake . Won't be going there again .

Had a delivery…. Bloody useless, the McFlurry was melted, the delivery was late, the chips were cold. We ordered all chicken nuggets and chicken selecta and 0 sauces were delivered AGAIN. I won’t be using this restaurant ever again, second delivery, same problems.

One of the cleanest and friendliest Macdonalds I have visited ..never had a problem with orders..

Our meal was late and when spoke to the lady about it she was very sorry and we got 2 vouchers for a free meal each which was so very nice of her and it just goes to show that they are human and these things happen and a little kindness goes a long way

Used for fast charge on car , quick service

I personally don't like Mc Ds I think the food is like cardboard and overpriced. However, my daughters and grandchildren do like Mc D's food. It's great to pick up a happy meal for the kids as a treat and their lattes are good. It always seems clean inside most of the time the staff are lovely and friendly. It's like everywhere you go, there is always one grumpy person. If you like fast food It's good.

Just come back from festival. Everyone wanted food so we went through drive through. 3 big mac meals with toffee lattes... How hard is that. Waited and people serving apologised as traffic started to queue behind. Got home, only half mile.. Lattes like warm, burgers were not the best... Stick your food were the sun doesn't shine.

Very slow service! I ordered a table service and after waiting for a while I enquired about it. It seems that my order was ready but nobody bothered to bring it. Even for a coffee at an earlier visit that day, I had to wait for 10 minutes.

This place is never ready... never have breakfast menu food ready for breakfast and always ask you to go to a waiting space at the drive thru. Come here if you want to routinely waste ten minutes of your life, or if not, go to one of the two others in Rugby. UPDATE - I decided to pay another visit today, nearly a year later, to see if things have improved since the fiasco described in the first review above. Sadly things are no better and actually worse.... there are two drive thru ordering lanes here, so this time I sat in the right hand lane listening to a silent speaker waiting to order and counted three cars that arrived in the left hand lane after me having their orders taken & passing through in front of me. Again, my only recommendation for this McDonald's is to go there if you want to waste a few minutes of your life while they bumble through their chaotic disorganised process that simply falls way short of the McDonald's brand standards, and actually the fast food market service level in general found everywhere now.

My husband and I ordered our dinner from Evreux way, Rugby; after starting to eat my food, I saw that my double quarter pounder meal had blue plastic in between the patties; I pulled it out and saw there was even more between there. I contacted Evreux way, and they were no help, no apologies, and couldn’t give me any way to report this issue. Quite disappointed as this could be a good safety issue

Truly awful drive thru. Slow service. More interested in home delivery. Food bag was thrust into my hand and then the window slammed shut before I could ask for a serviette. Muffin wasn't wrapped properly. Fell on the floor of the car when I tried to open it. Shocking place.

The 1st floor is very pleasant but it's always closed after 8pm, even on Saturdays. On the ground floor there's only 3 or 4 tables to be used and are usually taken by the drivers that deliver the food.

twice in a row now we havent got all of our food delivered when ordering from everux way. the first time (despite being promised a refund THREE SEPARATE TIMES on half our order that just never turned up, and finding a short curly black hair in the food that actually did show up 🤢) we never got our £20 back, so had to give up after 2 months of calling. the second, we recieved a 3 piece chicken instead of a five, and NONE of the vegetarian food we ordered which means i cannot eat, especially since the uber customer service has been on hold for about 20 minutes (“we’re sorry for the unusually long wait time, please stay on the line” blah blah blah). not to be a karen but with all the other times everux way havent got our orders right, they are just taking money and not delivering the orders at this point, we’ve probably lost about £50-£60 in total, which with nowadays prices is a whole 4 person order 🙄🙄🙄 so much for quick and reliable service 👎 edit: we finally gave up calling uber and tried calling the restaurant itself, we called 5 times on two different phones and every time they hung up on us immediately after the call went through. appalling customer service

Forever getting just eat orders wrong

I have ordered breakfast and only got the cold coffee I did called them and they said they can’t do anything about it… just waste 11 pounds!!! Hope just eat will give me back my money!!

The Rugby McDonald's has never let me down. They're my go-to for cheap Friday night meals, and whether I order as a takeaway or walk in, there is never a long wait and the food is always hot. Bonus points to them for ALWAYS getting my customized Big Mac correct (extra pickles and replace sauce with ketchup and mustard).

I go out for breakfast every Sunday with my father we decided to give this mcdonald's a try, to find out they don't open the upstairs restaurant for breakfast... as the few seats downstairs were taken we decided to eat in the car... by the time the staff had finished messing around with the drinks the food was cold and thrown together as usual for mcdonald's

Fries were good and actually hot, burger was luke warm , but was OK, fresh salad on it was good.

I used the drive through, all is good, however, note that mc Donald's now charge for sauces like ketchup for your fries and you have to order that separately. I don't go to McDonald's every day to know that, would be nice to have a sign or some information that you won't be getting any sauces at the end like it's been for so many years. Apart from that all is good. They've got some pretty good fries :)

Ok. So it's a McDonald's so you know what you're going to get! And for the expected McDonald's experience this place is great. My 4 year old was a little disappointed that her happy meal toy turned out to be a Christmas book! Particularly as we are currently in June! I know there's no ' best before' date on a book but 6 months late (or early if you're an optimist!) is not great!!

Not good I went around 8 o’clock it was not busy, but somehow took over 10 minutes for my food to come out. While I was waiting the people were stud around talking and not bothering to put together the orders together. When I did get my food it was cold.

I have been going to this McDonald's for a while never pay attention. They are incompetent. I order a rap with bacon, lettuce and ketchup fail to add the bacon and lettuce each time. Rediculuous never fail to disappoint.

When ordering, this real peice of work was atrociously rude and quite frankly really disgusting when speaking to us over the telecom. This is just simply not acceptable from a global branch… I really am dissatisfied. What makes it worse is there was saliva on my FRIES! I have a saliva phobia which actually could’ve of resulted in my being hospitalised because I could have fit. I also didn’t even get all my large fries Secondly, mid order she decided she didn’t understand simple English, I was literally ordering a bottle of h20 and she was just refusing. Be warned when ordering from here..

Food was absolutely stone cold! Staff standing around talking to each other not bothered about the people waiting to have an order taken. Also didn’t give me the sauces which I payed for. Drinks were missing and so was a WHOLE meal. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The person who did take our order couldn’t have made it more obvious they didn’t want to be there. Miserable.
