Order two pizzas and garlic bread cost over £28.00. Food was substandard tastless rubbish at restaurant prices. Will never order from hear again. Tesco next time or a decent pizza restaurant in Rugby

As Friday was last day of school, staff decided to order pizza and eat lunch together. Order was placed by myself by around 1030 and an online d delivery time of 12:15 was given. Perfect for us. Around 12:05 I checked the status of the Oder and it said packing your order, I though great food will arrive in time. Then at 12:15 it showed a dancing pizza indicating my pizza had arrive. When I reached my school gates , no delivery. Waited 5/10 mins nothing. Tried calling the branch no answer, finally around 12:30 someone answered the phone and said driver is running late etc. I explained to him that as teachers we only have an allocated time for lunch. He was not Interested. Said the drive is about 2/4 mins away. The pizza delivery arrived at 12:45, which gave us 15 mins to eat. This was just not acceptable. Will think twice before ordering with Pizza Hut again.

Bought 3 pizzas for my family as we were staying in the premier inn nearby. We collected them and brought them back to our rooms. The bases were soggy and quite thick which was not nice and the toppings ok but not the best we have had. They were ready to go as soon as we got there, my family said they were ok but they will eat anything. I would say it needed more flavour and the bases cooked more had they been done like that they may have been nicer. Overall they were ok but not one of the best we have ever had from a Pizza Hut but try them and see for yourself as it might change with different chefs.

I asked to deliver a bit quicker as I was in a hurry to leave for work, and not only was the pizza delivered a bit earlier it was also extremely delicious.

Tonight we ordered two pizzas and a drink from pizza hut. There seemed to be an ongoing problem with the delivery driver as when the pizzas arrived they looked as though they had been sat in the car for half an hour. Barely warm, as if the boxes had been thrown. Almost inedible. Barely looked like a pizza when we opened the box (photo attached of how the pizza looked when we opened the box). Our drink was forgotten and the driver handed us an open bottle of diet pepsi he has in his car and said that it will “have to do”. After calling the restaurant about our experience with the driver we explained we know it’s not a problem on their end and we always order from pizza hut and the quality of food is always spot on. We spoke to a lovely man called Ben who was very apologetic (even though it was not his fault) and even offered to redeliver us fresh pizzas. As it was late we said it was fine as long as they were aware of the driver and how he is handing the pizzas and offering us opened drinks and he misplaced the ones we ordered. Ben again apologised and offered us a full refund for the experience we had with the driver. Couldn’t thank him enough for being so polite, apologetic and understanding. The customer service and general reputation of the restaurant is why I am giving 5 stars as it seems as though they have a careless driver which is a shame as above the food is always spot on and the general staff are helpful. Yet another shocking deliver from Rugby pizza hut!!. not cut , burnt, 3" of crust and tiny amount of topping. Don't bother complaining they don't care! I guarantee you will get the same next time. Pizza hut should to take this franchise of the amateurs in this shop and give it some one that know what's expected of pizza hut standards.

Good was fantastic. Great portion size for the price. Online there are some great deals I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. Lovely service. Friendly staff. Very speedy delivery. No complaints :))

I wouldnt leave any star rating if that was possible! Will not be ordering from here again! We ordered our pizza online at 8.15pm and was told it would be delivered between 25-35 minutes. An hour had gone by and we rang Pizza Hut at 9.20pm to enquire how much longer our pizza would take to be delivered. We couldn't get through on the first ring so we rang again and spoke to a rude member of staff called Pavlo who informed us that it would be another 30 minutes which meant we had to wait 90 minutes in total since placing the order before our pizza was arrived! During the phone call I was rudely ignored on the phone as the man stopped speaking to me and didn't inform me I would be on hold while he apparently 'went to speak to his manager, however we could hear them laughing at the other end of the phone!!! The man offered 10 pounds off the next order we placed and when I asked to have that sent over in an email for confirmation he said no it will just happen when you next order online but did NOT apologise for the inconvenience!! He should have taken 10 pounds off my order and put it back into my account instead as I wont be ordering again! When I got off the phone and checked the online tracker, it said page unavailable and no matter how many times we refreshed it, the message was still the same, where as before the phone call we could track the pizza. At 9.50pm, I happened to look out the window when I heard a car outside, the delivery driver went to the wrong house and by the time we got the pizza AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER IT WAS COLD!!!

Arrogant staff. Arrogant manager. Cold food. Told to “sod off” by said manager after asking for a refund.
