I had a pizza for home delivery, the food arrived fresh and hot but pizza and garlic bread were just terrible. The dough was oily and dense, the pizza flavour wasn’t very nice either. I wouldn’t recommend.

I've always really enjoyed their pizzas, but they had a delivery driver shouting for directions down the phone at 3 am today, which woke both my partner and I up(was a little amazed anyone would want pizza at that time). I rang to complain but they didn't really acknowledge or apologise for what happened. He was very very loud

Appalling service from them last week. Pizza arrived on time, however pizza was warm (didn’t come out the bag), and pizza was flat and no depth on the crust. Rang them to describe how unhappy I was, they offered me a full credit for two large pizzas and would hit my account. After two further phone calls later, they said they’d get the manager to call me and never did. Won’t be returning even after they’ve done great pizzas over the years.

Best pizza with on time delivery.

Called with a collection order. I did this as I wanted to make changes to the order. They took my order and told me 10 minutes on the phone as a collection time. I am now stood in the shop, nearly 1 hour after I made the phone call. When I arrived for collections they hadn’t even started making my pizza!!! The whole point of my phone all And their collection time was so I would not be wasting my time stood around in a pizza shop. Sort it out and be honest/truthful! Staff were all stood around chatting when I arrived too- it wasn’t as if they were busy! Won’t be coming here again for a pizza treat.

Ordered two vegan pizzas which were amazing and delicious. Also, ordered two potato tots, one with jalapeño - they were fine, just would have liked them to have more cheese and jalapeños on them. The cheese was also only on the top part, and the bottom part of the tots were a bit soggy then crispy. All in all great and will order again, not the potato tots, though. lol

My order has not been delivered at all it’s the first time that I’ve been let down and I will not order from you again

Ordered 2 vegan pizzas and they were very delicious. The delivery was on time and the delivery man was very nice and pleasant. Will benordering again, definitely.

(Edit/note: I called back as per the request below and the guy that answered just said "OK" when I explained the situation. Didnt really care 🤣). Ordered buffalo wings but there's no buffalo sauce on my wings! Was really looking forward to devouring them as well! Store was closed by the time I received so couldn't get the order corrected.

The 'supposed' deal is not a deal at all. All around Rugby the advertising says £9.99 delivered - but beware, this is untrue. Have referred to Trading Standards.

Awesome pizza but the good old days of 2 for 1 seem gone . The price has shorted up that’s for sure. How has it gone up sooo much like 20 pounds for a pizza.

Order at the shop and you get a nice fresh pizza in 10-15 minutes.

Rude staff, took card details then hung up. When called again declined call. When called from another number they said they won’t take order over the phone and to try online. They didn’t pick up once.

I tried calling the restaurant nine times repeatedly, to ask where my food order was, and had my calls cut off. Apart from the last two calls that I made. The first time I actually got a response, I was told my order, was just leaving the restaurant, with the delivery driver, and would be with me in ten minutes. Half an hour later I called back, as still no sign of my order. To be told it was only just being cooked (so I’d been clearly lied too) and it would be with me within ten minutes. The food eventually arrived at 4.48am, and it’s stone cold like it’s been left, to have became so cold. Considering it was being “cooked” and delivered afterwards. The app said my food would arrive at my property between 3.05am - 3.25am, if they were that busy, why take on so many orders?! Why even take on my order in the first place?! I definitely won’t be a returning customer here again. I didn’t even receive an apology, just told they were busy. I appreciate they were busy, but what I don’t appreciate. Is being lied too, and delivered stone cold food that I paid £41.01, as soon as I opened the boxes, and saw how cold my order was, and the state of my food, it went straight in the bin. AVOID!!!!

Ordered one pizza and one drink on Uber eats… Needed food after I had finished work late only to still be waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes later! Tried to call the store 14 times and no answer! Wouldn’t mind but I’m only here for one night! It’s now 3.30am you close at 4am… Spent £24 and this is the service you receive! Absolutely shocking! So I am now sat here with no food and I am starving! Cheers! :(

Ordered an hour ago. Accidentally put wrong address in. Tried to rectify. Driver walked away from me on ring doorbell, he then called me and hung up on me when I was trying to talk. Management called me and asked for address and I told them. Driver then called me again saying he was on a completely different road ages away. Tried to tell him the address again and he kept interrupting. I then called shop to cancel order for refund and was interrupted then too, while trying to explain issue. Not impressed.

Ordered a bottle of water for £1.79 and didn’t arrive. Asked the delivery driver where the water was and he just shrugged his shoulders and got in the car and drive off.

Disappointed no cheese on pizza which is really poor for the price and not acceptable. Also very little topping.

Very disappointed with Papa johns. The billboard 1 mile away clearly states large pizza for £5.99. When I called I was told the offer had ended. The billboard states until 26th which was the day I was calling. Customer service is shocking. Use dominos or a local pizzeria as they should advertise something that is untrue

First and last time using Papa Johns. The delivery was 35 mins late and I think it must have been left on the side for as long. It was stone cold. Don’t risk it!

Absolutely ridiculous experience after waiting 2 hours 30 mins for a £40 order of pizza, called the restaurant to be told it was out for delivery and driver would be here soon and call me, still received no call and called again, to be told pizza was on its way, then after another 10 mins pizza still hasn’t arrived and called them back for them to ignore my phone call 4 times! I am expediting a refund on my food that was never delivered. Appalling service and will not be returning.

I have been a regular customer, and even when they’ve regularly mixed up my order and sent me dairy cheese on my vegan pizza, I’ve accepted an apology and a replacement pizza. Today I made the mistake and ordered wrong. I was hoping they could be helpful I. Some way, but what I actually got was a rude staff member on the phone , telling me it’s not their problem. And went to hang up the phone. I accept it was my mistake, but I expect not to have someone be rude to me on the phone. I expected the same politeness I’d offered when they’d made a mistake (many times!) I will not be ordering from them again.

Purchased 2 medium pizzas for £21 only to turn up to collect and see a sign for a large pizza for £7.99, asked for the better deal only to be laughed at by the staff. Ok won’t be back here again , and to top it off the pizza with not great, very greasy.

Papa John's used to be my favorite vegan pizza when I was living in Daventry. Now I've tried it in Rugby and it's completely disgrace for the company. Before I thought that the pizza is expensive but it's all because it's so tasty. The pizza ordered from Rugby had a lot less toppings and very little vegetables even tho i ordered garden party and I've added also jalapeno which wasn't even noticeable at all. The pizza was very greasy and full of oil. It was hard to even eat and it had no taste at all. Tasted like a one week old pizza which was reheated with a bucket of oil. The frozen pizza from tesco taste better than this with at least 1/3 of the price.

Pizzas full. Garlic sauce nasty. Domino's every time for me from now on.....

They get the order wrong EVERY single time we get food there. You literally have 1 job - make the pizza the customer ordered. Apparently, it's too difficult to read the order properly.
