Ordered online to collect in store, food was piping hot and ready to collect in 15 minutes. Staff were lovely and friendly.

I am not one for bad reviews but it has been almost a month with no resolution from the company. First off I am a vegetarian, I have always loved dominos, yes it is quite pricey but I have always felt it was worth the money, I ordered cheese and garlic dough balls one night along with my vegetarian pizza. Now you get 6 dough balls and I had already eaten 3 of them with no issues, I took a bite into my 4th dough ball ate it, swallowed it thought nothing of it. Only when I looked down and saw something within the vegetarian doughball. Slices of pepperoni was within this one doughball. Pieces of pepperoni that had been bitten in two by me. I immediately threw up and felt sick all now, I would understand the mistake if they had given me a complete set of pepperoni dough balls but it was just one out of the six I was given. Someone seems wrong. Was it done as a joke? Was it an honest mistake? I work within the food industry myself and can tell you now no mistake like that has ever happened within anywhere I work due to the health and safety, the regulations, keeping vegetarian food completely away from meat. I just do not understand. Makes me question how they deal with cross contamination or even allergies. I was told I would receive a refund and now nearly a month later I still haven’t received it. I have contacted endless times with no resolution. I am appalled by this “customer service” .

I will never buy pizza from Pizza Hut UK. The pizza has arrived late, raw, basically worst pizza I ever ate and the one from supermarket tastes better. They did not respond to my call when I tried to find out why is it 30 minutes late.

The pizza was great. Happy with the pizza. The staff were very quiet, but working flat out.

Our pizza's came in a timely manner, however, both of our pizzas and garlic bread were cold and burnt. We phoned up and asked for a replacement. Which we collected. Our replacement was still in the same condition. Burnt!! Wouldnt order from here again.

Customer service was excellent and helpful. Delivery was on time. My experience was vey good. I was an old customer and had stopped coming. I believe I will start coming back to this particular store. Thank you for a nice day. Pizza was delicious. The French fries were good.

1st order was incorrect however called and got it sorted with no problems the second time round, Good customer service.

Usually very tasty pizzas from Domino, but this particular branch is particularly slow. Had a medium pizza the other night. Went straight there no apps or ordering earlier. From me paying to having a medium pizza in my hand it took 37 minutes and 18 seconds… needless to say the place was empty (Sunday evening) they only had another order on the screen. Plenty of people doing nothing in the back of the kitchen and only one person at the till and answering the phones. If you are unlucky to be there waiting for the person to take orders on the phone you are in for a long wait. The person “checking” the pizzas asked me what was my name and checked against the ready ones BUT did not take it and hand it to me, he preferred to go back to speak to his mates doing nothing. Had to wait for the poor multi tasking person at the phones to finish and they I got my pizza. I would go to the other one near Elliot’s Field if you are in a hurry.

My son 8 years old he want to order pizza yesterday he spoke to the guy who was on till (cash point) he was Asian man but he keep ignoring him Its sad for my son He was waiting over 10 minutes no one want to take his order Even was only my son waiting no other customer

Absolutely waste of time please do not order from this branch the web site said the pizza was delivered but when I rang them it had not left there called but they don't answer the phone took more than 2 hours its a complete waste of time and money

Usually alright, a long wait most of the time. Today ordered one thing, said delivered on tracker when wasn't, phoned and said it was going to be there in 5-10 minutes, then got something completely different. Expected better for the high price.

Quite disappointed with my order tonight waited 1 & half hours for my food and was delivered stone cold, I'm not impressed as was told on the app after 20 mins my order was on its way so waited for another 40 Mins and rang up and staff member was very rude and said it was out for delivery and would be there in 1 min (try 30 mins) birthday meal was a disappointment

Cold pizza arrived over an hour after ordering.

Terrible experience, pizza was 2 hours late dominos was not answering the phone and the driver was rude and the food was cold. Will order else where next time 😡

I found the service from one staff member terrible, they were rude to me and my friends they sighed 3 times to be exact when we were ordering our food. This is not acceptable at all.

Overall respectable outcome but a little conservative in explaining the delay in my delivery. I know it is down to the location of my front door. However claiming that the pizza was slow in preparation (contrary to the online tracker) was a bit painful...

We usually have a good experience with Domino's, but tonight my vegan pizza looked as though the box had been stamped on and most of the topping was stuck to the lid of the box. It's an expensive takeaway and I expect better.

Always enjoy my pizzas. If only the wings could either be a little cheaper or include a bigger sized portion :-D

Please can you start sending vegan garlic dip with the vegan pizza instead of the normal dip which is not vegan.

Absolutely discussing service pizza came cold cookies hot rang them up and they called me a liar and said the pizza is hot when it’s freezing I’m a regular customer never been such appalled by them then I have to wait 30-45 minutes for a new pizza discusting

It's one of the better pizza venues in the area. Domino's is consistent all over the uk. Never had a bad one yet.

Consistently cold on delivery and this time with little/no tomato sauce on the garlic bread, I really think it’s time that such a household brand name in pizza took steps to up their game. The small local independents are proving far harder working and delivering a nicer experience. My local chip shop is now doing stonebaked pizza and this is hotter and more tasty. Come on Dominos you need to fight back!

Because they took money out of my bank account and I didn't order anything this is bad I will report this.

Order was way too expensive for a large pizza almost £20 pounds. The service was awful,and messed up the order and missing an item. If you want good service, my advice go somewhere else.

Nice pizzas and the garlic bread is nice. Customer service in store is a little bit rubbish but I order online usually so it's not an issue. Delivery drivers are very friendly and usually arrive promptly, they always want a tip but I never give one. They seem to struggle with the concept of extra cheese, I've put a photo of a pizza I had that should of had extra cheese but there are patches without any cheese, I think it's a dominos problem as I have this issue with all of the ones I've tried except the Amsterdam store in the red light district. Recently I've had two orders from this store and both times the pizzas were very good and exactly what I ordered, plenty of cheese on the pizzas and the garlic bread was great. Hopefully this will be a recurring event on futures, thanks people at domino's.

The pizza may be nice but the prices are ridiculous and IF YOU CAN NOT EAT GLUTEN DO NOT TRUST THE GF PIZZA BASE. It WILL be cross contaminated. Pizza hut always a much better option.

Don't usually have issues with this store, but tonight they managed to get the pizza toppings completely wrong, the box was crushed and almost part of the pizza and they hadn't even bothered slicing it!

We don't order pizza that often, but for some crazy reason we ordered it twice in the space of three days. Let me start by saying the food was delivered fast and the driver was nice, polite, and courteous. I ordered the pepperoni passion both nights with added onion. Both nights there was barely any pepperoni and almost no onion. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious but I don't know why they are calling it pepperoni passion with almost no pepperoni!! Both times I was disappointed, but it still tasted nice. My husband's pizza was perfect both times. Domino's!! Please listen! I don't know of it's because I added a topping, so you don't put as many pepperoni's, or what, but that is NOT fair!!! We will try one more time with them in the next month or so and I hope it improves.

Placed an order online but needed to ring the store and amend one item as there was no option to do so online. I was told by the lady on the phone that she wasn't going to do this for me unfortuantly. I explained that each time I ordered with them I ring up to amend the order as like I say there is no option to change the cheese online but still she refused and asked if I could have it as it is instead. I was disgusted with the terrible customer service so cancelled the whole order and went to papa John's instead. Absolutely terrible customer service. Stay away!

The survive is so bad. I ordered pizzas for my birthday and the price for delivery was over £12 and I lived 5 minute drive from the place and the staff was so rude not letting me talk and being rude to my grandma who was trying to talk to them asking why it was so expensive and just hung up on us and started to yell absolutely horrid I also ordered spicy chicken wings and they just tossed the sauce on not even covering most of them and the wings were burnt

This is by far the best quality pizza in rugby and if not Warwickshire. The service is outstanding, referring to me by name when I ring and come in to collect. The orders are always spot on and I have never had an issue with this branch. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Domino's used to be my favourite take away but now its a dry cheese-less base and crust. This is the third try but no more... Finished with them for good. They started to obviously scrimp 12 months ago and it's got to the point where its not good to eat anymore...no cheese.... Super thin burnt crust... strange flavor tomato sause Pizzahut all the way

Arrived at 1.30am, advertised on line and opening times on the door until 3am, they were closed!!

Pizza was undercooked, dough was overproofed, and driver took a while to get here. All in all poor service and a clearly rushed pizza. Some of the staff can be very rude to customers too.

Ordered 22 pizzas for work, this took several phone calls owing to complications eg due to our location we had to collect them. However staff member Shaft was very helpful throughout. Pizzas were ready on collection and Domino's staff even offered to help with carrying them to my car. Our staff commented on how nice & tasty the pizzas were and that they were still warm.

Ordered 3 pizzas online, went to collect and they were already ready. Quick service. Haven't had to use their delivery service so can't comment on that. You know dominos is expensive, but the pizzas are good quality and standard across the country, so you know what you are getting when you come here.

The pizzas are usually fine if they arrive on time but I'm now sat here waiting (again) for my pizza to arrive at an established address. This is now the third time in a row I've had to have ridiculous conversations with lost delivery drivers, who can't count door numbers or use google maps.

This is actually a review of the Dominos near Junction 1 at Rugby. We ordered online & collected a few minutes later. Very efficient, tasty pizzas accompanied by chicken strips, sauces, chips. Just what the grandchildren wanted!

The pizza was just that a pizza usual fare from Domino's lots of goodies (and trans fats) but who is counting it was just great, but the best bit of all was the delivery service we ordered on line and thought we would track it 7 mins later knock on door pizza delivered thiscwas just great

Dominos pizza is easy to order online and always tastes great. However, unfortunately dominos don't deliver to where I live meaning that you have to go out and collect it but the staff are always polite and helpful. All in all a very good experience, even if a bit expensive.

I often get a pizza from here. On the whole they have been lovely. I have had the wrong order approx 3 times but they have always corrected and delivered the right order once notified.

I love Dominos Pizza especially when they get my order right. There's good variety on the menu and delivery times can sometimes vary. There's only been a couple of bad experiences but I keep going back as the food is yummy.
