Pizza Delicious in Rugby

I made an order on the just eat app and left an order note asking if the takeaway could please put some mayo and ketchup on both of the fries I ordered and then decided to also call the takeaway incase they accidentally miss the order note. I mentioned my order to the guy on the phone asking please could you put mayo and ketchup on both of the fries and he said “just put it on the order note, they look at the order note when making it” to which i said i had. It was then to my surprise that both of the fries came without any sauce on them… disappointing, considering it has happened before and i didn’t mention it before but this time i made the effort to call them up and they said they would but still didn’t… I also ordered a margarita pizza from the same place a few days beforehand and selected the deep pan option. When the pizza arrived it was not deep pan but instead was thin pan… there was hardly any bread/dough below the toppings… I decided to not complain as mistakes do happen but it seems like this is a pattern!

Worst service ever, would give 0 stars if i could. avoid at all cost! food was cold and delivered 1 and half hour after it was ordered. called to complain, they said to go there in person and they will make a fresh one. waste more of my time and inconvenience. There's a reason why we order from just eat, to not have to go there in person. they dont care, no apology, no refund and they hung up. called back and they said its delivery driver who checks if food is cold or not. Why would the delivery driver be checking the food? The driver shouldn't be touching or opening the contents of the food. Then proceeds to pass the phone to delivery driver who started being threatening and being abusive saying he is coming back to my house. Okay well don't forget to bring your wife along with you. She'll prob give me as much pleasure as it was eating the stone cold kebab. Bland.

I ended up in Ruby by mistake on the train . It was past 12 at night and was feeling hungry so looking for a halal place. Found this. Told them I'm at the train station . They prepare my food and had it delivered to me in less than half a hour . Their pizza was ok. But their wings, fries and garlic bread was delicious. It's a shame I don't live here otherwise I would have ordered from them again definitely.

This takeaway is a little gem, food always delicious, hot, great value for money with excellent delivery. If you want to support local excellence you cannot go far wrong here. Highly recommended 10/10

no salad delivered and food cold

pizza and chips were tasty. garlic bread had good amount of cheese. chicken wings weren't nice so they were binned. not the same sauce covered flat wings they used to do. now they look more like little breaded chicken drums with no flavor and soggy batter

Only delivered one pizza after ordering two, and the one they did deliver was a complete mess...

Fantastic quality cheesy chips and pizza. Slightly undercooked but served to be a great quality as the pizza was soft and tasty.

I don't like it because it doesn't display its location when sending the order sometimes you have to wait an hour even when you go there to buy at takeaway Once I waited 45-48 minutes, I don't know what the purpose was, other times even though they have a lot of orders, they can serve you with pleasure without having to wait very long, but now something is wrong. They need to hire people to help them, it's not normal to wait that long for an order, especially when you see that the order tracking location is not displayed in the app.

Well cooked and very cheesy. Pizza sauce was good. Good price too

order arrived after an expected hour and 20 minutes, but pizza was incorrect contact was made immediately, went from a stuffed crust meat factory to a standard margarita, wrong pizza was given to us and a replacement was on its way, that took almost another 2 hours, what turned up would have been amazing fresh but was soggy and Luke warm... hopefully just a bad night as have historically been a good place to go ..

this order didn't arrive as there had been an accident and road closed so delivery man took it back to shop instead of diverting so I cancelled it on phone with them so full refund is still required

arrived a little late, pitta had to be discarded as the paper was stuck to it, chicken was hard and dry, not the best I've had from here

Despite it being just ten mins before they closed I was served a lovely fresh doner meat and chips! Massive portion for only a fiver and definitely best chips I've had from a takeaway in a long time and doner meat was gorgeous too! Cash only but there is a cash point at the co-op nearby.

Just don't bother. My order came with an eta of an hour (on a Friday so that's fine), I gave them 20 minutes beyond that before I called, and was told "it is leaving now and it'll be 10 to 15 minutes, sorry". 25 minutes later i had to phone again, "you have to take my word from it, you spoke to someone else before". Useless, no proper apology, no offer of a partial refund and my food turned up 1 hour 45 minutes after I ordered it. Even though it was so late the Pizzas were not cooked through, soggy and doughy to eat, and the burger bun was so moist it was like a wet sponge, and all of it lukewarm. Terrible food, terrible phone service and a waste of my money. Definitely will not buy from here again, it used to be great, but something has changed in the last year and it's terrible now.

after phoning them to complain about where my order had got to, was informed that they were doing me a fresh order, what was delivered (2hrs late) was not freshly cooked, but cold chicken, and no chips, I will never use them. again

Absolute don’t use this place . I watched a movie in the time it took them not to deliver . Rang n got no help what so ever , just gibberish . Crap service honestly money is better spent else where . If I could give no stars I would . Crappy place .

This is our go to restaurant. Delicious food, good prices, polite staff, quick delivery. Very rarely had issues and when we have it has been resolved quickly and kindly. :-)

First time ordering from here, and the last. Ordered 2 x Mixed Kebabs, cheese chips, cheese G bread. The order was correct and delivery time perfect. Everything was cold, 3 bits of lettuce = salad, a few bits of onion, 2 tiny bits of tomato and a bit of the green rough bit from a scouring pad. I rang up mask about the order, he said, what you want we busy. We don’t give lots of salad it makes the order cold. How about a separate bag for salad? And a bit of respect when answering the phone. 1/5⭐️

I've been here numerous times and normally have the same thing. Food is normally ok, but last time when I had the southern fried chicken, the top one was hot, full of grease. The bottom two were stone cold and had to throw away as i didn't want to eat or drive and take back . Could Of have been a one-off but very disappointed

chicken looked horrible,food was uneatable, No-one tried a piece of it! they also refused to provide a refund,will take the food to the restaurant tomorrow's!

Awful service, ordered a deep pan got given a thin base which would have been ok but then told this was their deep pan and they would not refund or redo eventually after ten minutes of waiting they offer to redo but lies and the poor service put me off

loaded fries dismal.pizza mediocre.

The garlic sauces had leaked all over the food in the bags as well as all over the pizzas. Not great when we paid extra for an extra sauce pot which we couldn’t use as it had leaked everywhere.

Compare to when we normally order it its pretty quick but tonight it took ages

Today was the first time I ordered pizza at Pizza delicious and it was delicious!pizza disappeared in few minutes,hence I'm not posting any picture. The staff was very friendly and food was fresh and very tasty.I ordered 16" mexican classic pizza and paid £10.99.I'll definitely come back soon.thank you

the food was late, the driver brought the wrong order to the door and then went back to his car for the right one. he was very weird to the point I locked all my doors and windows after I shut the door on him. the food is normally good but the chips were over cooked and the oil needs changing. chicken burger also overcooked so inedible, the lettuce was extremely soggy and some bits were brown. way below the usual standards all round. one to take off my list.

I always order from here. They have a huge assortments of diffrent food, drinks, desserts etc.... You can pretty much find something everyone would like In your household. Their delivery is always super quick but to no compromise of your delivery. Food's hot, drinks cold and ice cream frozen. 5 🌟.

Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through so phoned up the shop to explain that I was unhappy and asked if they could replace it with a new cooked pizza. I had to speak to 3 individuals to get a response and they never apologised. However they did send a new pizza out and was cooked and very hot. The delivery driver was very rude when he came back telling me to try the pizza in my door way before he left!!! Sorry to say I won’t be ordering again

Dont bother!!! Visited as halal, opened later than stated online, doesnt take card in 2024 so if you only have apple pay leave it! Manners are rude when feedback given about my first visit! Asian man cane from kitchen looking as though he’s handling food in his out door jacket! Poor hygiene, terrible customer service. Told me if i dont like that it opens later, after waiting for it to open, you dont take card payment! I wasnt rude just gave feed back as someone, thats has been in the food and hospitality industry for 8 years!! Really embarrassing and disappointing!! Do better pizza delicious!!!
