The food arrived on time + food was cooked correctly, overall great experience!

the food was late, the driver brought the wrong order to the door and then went back to his car for the right one. he was very weird to the point I locked all my doors and windows after I shut the door on him. the food is normally good but the chips were over cooked and the oil needs changing. chicken burger also overcooked so inedible, the lettuce was extremely soggy and some bits were brown. way below the usual standards all round. one to take off my list.

I always order from here. They have a huge assortments of diffrent food, drinks, desserts etc.... You can pretty much find something everyone would like In your household. Their delivery is always super quick but to no compromise of your delivery. Food's hot, drinks cold and ice cream frozen. 5 🌟.

food was meant to come with chips but didn't then found plastic in food. phoned to inform them but they didn't seem to care

Basically the Barnsley weren't cooked probably and we're stable the salad was all wet and looked like it was old salad the tikka was disgusting and the doner was too hard and crunchy to eat very disappointed and would like a refund ASAP plz as it weren't worth £20.60 rubbish hated it

Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through so phoned up the shop to explain that I was unhappy and asked if they could replace it with a new cooked pizza. I had to speak to 3 individuals to get a response and they never apologised. However they did send a new pizza out and was cooked and very hot. The delivery driver was very rude when he came back telling me to try the pizza in my door way before he left!!! Sorry to say I won’t be ordering again

Ordered the food for 18.00,it arrived at 17.30 so I sent it away as I ordered it for 18.00 for a reason.The food was overcooked when it arrived at the correct time

Dont bother!!! Visited as halal, opened later than stated online, doesnt take card in 2024 so if you only have apple pay leave it! Manners are rude when feedback given about my first visit! Asian man cane from kitchen looking as though he’s handling food in his out door jacket! Poor hygiene, terrible customer service. Told me if i dont like that it opens later, after waiting for it to open, you dont take card payment! I wasnt rude just gave feed back as someone, thats has been in the food and hospitality industry for 8 years!! Really embarrassing and disappointing!! Do better pizza delicious!!!

The collection time was pretty quick I don’t live far from pizza delicious about 5min walk. So why is it when I got home was the food was not even lukewarm. Tbh I should’ve know when I took the box that I couldn’t feel much heat coming from it quite disappointing to be honest should’ve been piping hot the fact I had to wait another 5mins when I got there the food should’ve been hot at least so couldn’t enjoy it.

Very rude costumers service. They don’t have manners . A man I spoke with said they didn’t call anybody there. So I can go wherever I want. I won’t recommend this place

Terrible experience. Food arrived cold. With missing ingredients . When restaurant was contacted they stated I was lying . Avoid ordering at pizza delicious . Worst customer service I have ever received.

Really annoyed, been a loyal customer for some time, tonight we ordered dessert as extra but it never arrived, we rang and were treated like rubbish and then put on hold for 10 minutes... then the man was rude and hung up on us... called again and were pretty much told where to go, if that's how you treat a regular customer then you don't deserve us to order from you. Won't be ordering from you again, I hope the way you treated us was worth it.

food was 10 minutes early, but it took 30 minutes from the driver being on the way until delivery. When the food arrived it was pretty much cold.

i normally really enjoy pizza delicious as i collect but today i chose to order.The man was rude on the phone when i kindly asked for them to leave it on the door step,the man then shouted at me and put me on hold for 10 minutes and it took another 10 minutes for someone else to be put on the phone and listen to me. very bad service.

Pizza was cold but the rest was good

Chicken tikka meat was tasty and loads of it, would have been a five star but salad consisted of a sprinkling of lettuce and two strips of onion. Might not bother some people but I prefer loads of salad in my kebab.

Food was left outside didn’t call me didn’t ring the door bell apparently they knocked, which they didn’t. They proceeded to call me a “waste man” and say they will smash me up if I don’t F off. Wouldn’t order from here.

Waited more than 2 hours for delivery. If you can’t deliver in the advertised time you shouldn’t take on so many orders.

Normally don't have a problem with these guys but the food was terrible pizza was like eating a really cheap supermarket pizza and the fact it was 25 mins late it just took the mic and on top of that so they didn't get in trouble they said it was out for delivery when I called it wasn't even out of the oven a waste of time and money

I've ordered here for years but the food last night was shocking inedible the pizza was cold soggy and undercooked and the fries were also soggy and not cooked properly the only thing my daughter could eat were the mozzarella sticks and even they were cold I will not order again

One of the worst kebabs I've ever had from here. Tandoori chicken was very dry and hard to eat as if old, salad was not fresh especially lettuce and not much of it, probably a bonus really. Chips were fine.

They put delivery food in tied plastic bags so it arrives sweating in soggy, condensation filled boxes. Add that to being late, you get cold, wet food that goes in the bin. You might be able to salvage some items if you’re lucky. They used to be good, going to have to find somewhere else

Wrong pizzas delivered and cold chips - pizza all stuck to the lid - never had this before

Salad for kebab was minimal, limited with awful sweet chilli sauce. 2 chicken Burgers binned after 1 bite. Weird smell and taste. Pitta was stale and hard. Chips only edible part of meal. Awful experience

Waited for 1,5 hours after ordering then called and been told that order is on its way and will be with me in few minutes, guy then hung up before I managed to say anything. Waited further half an hour and called to be told that my order was delivered to me over an hour ago, after some back and forth, guy said he’ll check with the kitchen and left me hanging on the line for over ten minutes, then came back to accuse me of lying. Needless to say I’m not ordering from there ever again. Joke.

Pizza Delicious and Just Eat every time. Food always good and delivery excellent 👍

All the garlic bread was burnt. I could smell the char before opening the box. When I saw they were black and the cheese was basically ashes I was really shocked they packaged them and allowed them to be given to a customer. I honestly think they were boxes for the bin and someone picked it up by mistake.

First Time We have tried pizza delicious and they are far better than the bigger pizza chains. Would highly recommend, my family and I will be using them again.

Lovely kebab special lamb doner with grilled peppers and onion in a sauce really tasty but bought the loaded fries for£3.99 and it was poor small portion of chips with a bit of cheese sauce not worth it

Sorry to say the food was luke warm and bare minimum of different meats on the pizza and disappointing. The fries were poor and wet and limp. On a whole very disappointing indeed. Has put me off ordering from here again and not worth the money at all.

BBQ chicken wings not cooked chicken in the wrap not cooked, everything was soggy due to being in the bags and boxes too long at the moment everting is being re cooked in the oven and air fryer

The child’s pizza didn’t arrive in the first delivery and took 40 minutes to come after that. Chicken was disgusting.

Got given the wrong order, ordered lamb donner wrap and got chicken donner Looked very underwhelming

Never received, tried calling numerous times, answered then left me hanging on. Used these often won't be using again!!!!!!
