The worst food I’ve ever eaten, freezing cold, soggy and wet and even worse black hairs in my wrap, we rang to get a refund, the man on the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to, he told me I was a liar, started laughing at me and was shouting abuse down the phone, the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered same food by uber Eat. The delivery time was 45-60 min which is fine after 1,5 hour i call the restaurant and the guy (think was a kid) doesn’t speak English and hang the phone off. I just wait 30 min extra and call the restaurant again but no one answer! Unprofessional. Things can happen and can busy time but this way of act totally awful

Really quick service, pizzas were ready within 15 minutes and were delicious. Have used this shop quite a few times in the last 6 months & never had an issue.

clifton RoadI left an order note mentioning please can you put mayo and ketchup on the chips and then decided to call the takeaway. I mentioned my order to the guy on the phone asking please could you put mayo and ketchup on both off the fries and he said “just put it on the order note, they look at the order notes when making it” to which i said i did. It was then to my suprise that both of the fries came without any sauce on them… disappointing. I didn’t eat the chips as no sauce at home. waste of money.
