Horrible service and very rude staff.Ever willing to embarrass customers over a food you paid for.Food very horrible

It doesn’t take 30 mins to make my food. Food is nice but unserious workers. Need to make food quicker ASAP

I'm a regular customer, always great service. The staff and delivery drivers are very friendly. I have only ever had a problem once with my order and they corrected it straight away. Food is always spot on!

We ordered food from here, we waited for the order for around 3hrs, we contacted the store, 93 times, no answer, we requested an update and still didn’t arrive and we got no refund due to the order being through just eat, just terrible service and a disgrace of a restaurant!! do not order from here, it is a waste of time and money!!! 100% do not go here Sort yourselves out Pepe’s Peri Peri or get out of Rugby!!

Used to be a regular customer, but over the last few years they have gone downhill massively and it has gotten to the point where they never get a single order right for us. There has also been a number of occasions where they just don’t supply us our food. We have once again been left with no food. Do not recommend ordering from here if you actually want to eat. They will also lie to you up until close and you will be left not knowing what to do.

Took an hour before i called up chasing for the order and they didnt speak english. Eventually they said it has left and will be 10 minutes, another 40 minutes and i called again to find out the have no record of our order, after they passed the phone to someone that spoke english obviously. Said they would call back once the investigate......

Ordered a takeaway from them, and 2 out of the 3 burgers we got had visible mould on them. Rang them to at least let them know that the bread they’re serving is mouldy and said I’d receive a call back but haven’t heard back.

They are very unhygienic. They swept on the floor and they didn’t wash their hands afterwards. And then they touched the fries and etc. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it tastes good.

One of my fave places in rugby. The piri chips are amazing and I just find everything so full of flavour. I would especially recommend the chicken tasca and the chicken and feta pita 😋

I had written a review for our meal on the JustEat app. I described our dinner as it was. Extremely disappointing. The chicken does not taste grilled, it tastes likes it has been roasted and then reheated. The lettuce and vegetables in the side salad were so old and wet and limp it was inedible, and they forgot the sauce we paid for which after reading their reviews they leave things out of many meals. There are several complaints regarding this. The rice was just mediocre and tasteless. It could definitely be compared to microwaveable rice from the grocery store. The chips were decent though, but I’m sorry it takes more than that. It just is not good food. That’s the bottom line. But here is the kicker, and please read further. When I wrote this very similar review on their justeat page, they came back with “it was a collection order so make sure you are on time. My husband was there FIVE minutes early. Do not try to blame the customer for your subpar, really bad food!!! And you didn’t even offer to refund for the missing sauce. So not only is your food bad, you’re thieves. Please order from anywhere but here. I look forward to seeing their reply. It’s a shame we can’t answer back on here.

Beyond disappointed with pepes. Please do not order via the phone as they always make errors. Order two mains and yet they got gave 1 main plus a side. Even though I carefully said my order and ask asked them to double check it was all in the bag.m upon arrival. When calling we Understood the girl on the phone misheard the order. We weren’t offered a discount etc. I won’t be ordering from pepes again!

Missing drinks again had to phone up and got delivered later on was also missing side dish phoned up again and response was rude didn’t care and was just we will see what we can do, not acceptable . Never arrived no apology or anything Do not order from this place have gave them plenty of chances now.

We ordered 2 meals, payed £ 18 for 2 menu half cicken. When the food arrived, we was in shock. 1 small cicken leg for each, we was so hungry, this is ridiculous Why you can make a normal portion for the money we payed, we you are tied? You should feel shame and close this place as you rip off the people Shame on you, never ever again will buy something for you

We ordered a delivery from here and i really couldn't beleave what they sent. I've never seen such ridiculously small portions sizes. It was like miniture versions of what they were supposed to be. We ordered a bbq sizzler meal . The panini was smaller than a small finger roll . We originally thought they had sent the wrong meal it was so tiny. Two meals fit in a small sandwich bag. I ordered a chicken burrito meal. The description on there website says it contains tender chicken strips with spicy rice and kidney beans. I got one kidney bean . This was also so so tiny. It was a shame because the food was delicious. Luckily we had an uber eats discount , but even with that , we felt robbed and still very hungry.

Visited with the kids. Service was very good and quite flexible with the order for a fast food outlet. The ‘hot’ sauce is quite mild so suggest extra hot if you like it spicy. Place was spotlessly clean. Worth a visit as a ‘down market’ competitor to Nandos

The food is nice but for the quantity it is expensive . I mean u get a large fries and it the size of a small and the small size is even less com Pepe's there no need to selfish guys jus share a bit more u might get more customers .the paneer rice is really good but need to dice the paneer pieces a bit small but not tiny .take note people this needs change especially in the rugby Pepe's

Visited for the first time seeing the menu. The value was poor and it’s definitely over priced . Food - nothing special. There’s better out there in rugby Service from the lady at till was friendly

All ordered food while at work for dinner break food was expensive and portion size was so small looky I ordered 2 meals but still hungry after I finished that cost me £12 never again

On Friday nights our family (2 adults\2 children) normally has fish & chips (British tradition!), but we though we would try this new Pepe's Piri Piri Restaurant.Uncertain of the food quality\value, I ordered what I thought would be enough food for us all, but we were all disappointed with the portion size and value for money.Normally we spend about £16.50 to feed us all very well with fish and chips, but here at Pepe's we spent £22.76 and the portions were small and left us all still feeling hungry . . . In addition, I paid £1.50 for an extra chicken fillet in the chicken burger, but they forgot to provide this, despite it showing on the receipt (Since we live 2.8 miles from the store, I was not going to go back and waste further time and money collecting the missing chicken fillet).The food was good, but not great, aside from my wife's Chicken Laksa Noodles, which looked absolutely nothing like the menu picture (as it looked like many ingredients were missing), and they tasted very, very bland.I was hopeful of a good value Piri Piri chicken alternative to Nando's, but instead ended up very disappointed - I do not intend to use this restaurant again.
