Could not have asked for better service and the food was next level - well worth the money and another visit!

I thought I would give this place ago, I so wish I hadn't. Food was cold and didn't taste good. After waiting 30 mins for the food I was so disappointed. Nobody was inside eating. The prices are way to high, not value for money. I wish I had read reviews first. Lesson learnt . Never again. Avoid this place like the plague.

Despite reading all other reviews, we took a risk, and glad it paid off. We went as two families 13 people total, the food came in a reasonable time, was cooked well and presented fine. The quality for the price was great, so cheap. But the best thing was this waiter called Mike, I made sure to get his name as he went the extra mile. Very friendly with everyone, especially the kids showing them magic tricks and everything. One of the kids was autistic, and he was very professional with him. Give this man a raise!! I'm sure there's only one lad like this, distinctive tattoos around 18 maybe early 20's.

As the restaurant only had 10 people in I thought I would get quick service however it turns out we had to wait 50 minutes for very poor food That properly why it was so quiet

The pizza was so bad I only ate half and had to go across the road to McDonalds to cleanse my pallette! Honestly over priced trash. I didn't ask but I suspect it was frozen. When I mentioned how bad it was the waitress said they are not a pizza restaurant. Strange because it's on the sign outside and the pizza selection takes up a quarter of the menu. It was also a bit grimey. Menus tatty and filthy - felt like I was going to get ebola just touching them.

Very helpful and pleasant staff but the place is falling apart, they have not done any modifications or maintenance since the pizza hut left, the sign is only new, even the menus I think are reusable from another place in this chain, I would not like to imagine the kitchen, but really 4 families united in one place can't spend a little money to make it nice for a family visit,guys is that apart from being ugly, it's very dangerous!!!

Smells fantastic but rats coming in and out of their open fire door. When pointed out to staff, they argued about it! Do they think I was dreaming?

I ordered a Burrito and then ended up having taco’s which were sloppy and wet and also the place was very quiet and dead

Really just poor quality food, poor service (slow) and ridiculous menu (4 “vendors” all from one kitchen with repeated items on each vendor’s section but at different prices). Absolutely NOT street food in any way. Utter disappointment. Ran out of; mint, ice, beer on tap, some cocktails… drink selection limited anyway and now even more so.

Expensive tasteless uninspired food . Nachos and chilli was a joke for the price . Same as the loaded fries . £6 for 3 tiny bits of chicken which weren't tender! And flat coke. No atmosphere.

Restaurant was empty at 5pm so should have been a warning for us. Online ordering was useless so had to ask for our order to be taken. One meal came out and we waited another 20 mins for the rest of the food to come. Half hearted apology given by what I assume was the manager but only after we complained about it. Food was ok but nothing that we couldn’t have made at home. Restaurant was dirty with food on the floor and seats. The interior of the restaurant is exactly as it was when Pizza Hut was there apart from the signage has been replaced and a few tables ripped out. Staff spent majority of their time making up boxes for takeaways or sitting at the tables and didn’t really seem comfortable talking to sit-in customers. Won’t be returning which is a shame as we would often go to Pizza Hut whilst waiting for our dog to be groomed over the road. We will have to find another place to eat!

This was a takeaway order, Spent £77 pound, meal for 6. Did not get the order right missing an order of bacon loaded chips and two of the boxes of 12 was undercooked and beets slimy looking. Called to complain and could only get a head office, who took details but said we would get a call back…….. still waiting
