Love it here. But service can be slow. Great atmosphere and food is always lovely. Just hard to get an extra drink or get attention to pay thr bill. Chairs are a little old and uncomfortable. Need replacing as like to be comfortable when eating out.

Fabulous experience again on a busy Saturday night. We had a party of 12 and service, food and atmosphere was spot on. Featherstone was a particular hit, but all meals were highly praised. Will definitely go back!

A birthday celebration 2 years in a row with no steaks available. Won't be giving it a third chance as a bit disappointing. Portion sizes have also shrunk and booked as a birthday but no celebration given or acknowledged. Not much atmosphere either. Probably won't be returning for a while as not as good as it used to be.

The cocktails met the high standard and I live the happy hour! As always the food was absolutely amazing the chimichanga was just wow and the coleslaw was so tasty. The feathered steak and the wedges are always my favorite! I love the new roasted carrots. Your staff again as always meet a very high standard of customer service. They make the experience that extra special which is another reason why we always come back and you are favorite place in Rugby to visit

As a coeliac, and given the menu specifies gluten free, and the waiter noting me being coeliac, I still got gluten poisoning from here. We waiting 1hr30 before food arrived which was a killer for a stag do! I chose the pulled pork burrito and a portion of GF wraps. The wraps were hard/stale and not nice at all. The pulled pork was cold in the middle and watery. Wouldn't suprise me if it's frozen and microwaved. No flavor and didn't eat it. This place was recommended and the rest of the party had fajitas and loved it all agrees the pulled pork was disgusting.

visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago and i was really impressed! the decor and atmosphere inside is lovely and the staff were very friendly and attentive. plenty of options as a vegetarian and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious! will definitely be returning 😊

I'm sad that I discovered this place so late despite living in Rugby. It’s a nice spot, has a separate vegan menu, and what I tried was quite delicious. The staff were kind and attentive.

We forgot to finalise our order on the app, the waitress realised and helped us out. She even gave us some free tortilla chips whilst we waited for our food. Once we got our food it was amazing, amazing atmosphere only little complaint was that it was starting to get a bit hot inside, but it was 26⁰C outside so not much they can do in such a busy place.

Came here for the first time with a colleague from Germany as wanted to show them the variation of cuisine available on the UK. so glad I did, it was very busy when we turned up for our booking but our table was ready 10 minutes early, we then had very quick service and the food came out within 15 minutes of ordering. Only slight issue was that they'd brought the wrong beer out (maybe misheard me as it is loud) but the correct beer was brought out with no fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Went to the restaurant for the first time on Saturday and can’t believe we haven’t been before as we are local! The food, drinks, service was amazing and the restaurant decor is great too, much bigger than we thought it would be and we will definitely be returning.

Have been to Casa Loco many times over a number of years and even more so just recently, as a couple and with friends. We have never had anything but a great experience. Food is freshly cooked and served straight away and is consistently superb, choice of drinks, beer, wine and cocktails just great. Service is second to none, always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a great night out.

Headed here for birthday meal and service was very slow sat waiting for 40 mins for any food to appear. Then had premium burrito and the pork was disgusting and made me nearly throw up. It was wet squidgy like been recently unfrozen or undercooked it turned my stomach instantly and I had to leave my entire meal as was gagging and close to throwing up. I would have raised it but every member of staff avoided my gaze until the bill. In no rush to waste money or feel sick from food again Edit - thanks for the owners reply telling me “how dare I” and that I am a keyboard warrior etc- sorry I give honest reviews only too many instagram types give positive for freebies. This was my experience at the time I genuinely felt sick from the food. I will not pretend for sake of looking good, I would thought you would want to know this information so can sort for future people. Rather than attacking me directly and my character why not ask the “why” it could be perhaps a bad portion or anything really. I too had heard good things about hence was there in the first place. And you’ll see many good reviews from myself as again I’m just honest I’m not here for fame or freebies. Sorry if that disappoints you and notice how I do not attack you back. You’re welcome

Absolutely fantastic spot for dinner and drinks with friends! It's a favorite of mine, and for good reason. The food is not only delicious but the portions are impressively generous. We hit the jackpot with happy hour—2 drinks for just £14! The atmosphere is vibrant, the service is top-notch, and the staff are incredibly friendly and patient. 😁 Five stars and then some!

I can't believe I've never been here. The best Mexican I've had in the UK. Each of my family members had something different and we all loved our dishes. Very very good.

I came here with work for a colleagues leaving meal and was really impressed. The decor was spot on, it felt really authentic and was well thought out. Cleanliness was good, even the toilets. The food and drinks, were the star of the show. I had a 2 course set meal and opted for the Prawns starter in tequila sauce and the Ribs for the main. Prawns could do with more bread as there was a lot of sauce left over. The ribs portion is huge, was well cooked and fell off the bone. The cocktails that I had were really good. The service was fast and attentive and overall excellent value for money. Would recommend and return!

we've been to casa loco many times over the years and we always get great service and food. Tonight was the same however, there were a few "niggles" this time we'd booked a table for 6.45pm but were asked politely to wait at the bar as our table wasnt ready, that wasn't an issue but first sign they were very busy. we were sat at our table and a drinks order taken, the drinks didn't take long to arrive A lovely lady called Scarlett looked after us (along with a few other gentleman) and took our orders for starters and mains. id say it was about 30mins before any food arrived. 2 starters came out, then it was a further few mins before the other starters arrived. My starter came with some bread but it was the 2 smallest and thinnest pieces of bread id ever seen! i assumed they were for dipping. i asked a member of staff if i could have some more bread and then a young man walked over looking very miserable and just plonked a small plate with another single sad piece of bread on it. I was a bit taken aback at his demeanor and having the plate just plonked down next to me. it was clear to us watching him around the restaurant he didnt want to be there! Our waitress Scarlett then came over and I asked politely if i could have some more bread and showed her the pathetic pieces id been given. She apologized and soon some "proper" pieces arrived. the starters were very yummy and after our plates were taken we waited for our mains. We dont mind waiting a bit but it felt like another 30mins approx til the mains came out. again, some arrived and it was several mins before the other mains arrived. the mains were excellent though, very yummy once again. I ordered dessert and that took a while to arrive too. but the non-vegan cheesecake i had was very nice!! Overall, once again, very tasty food, staff friendly and helpful (apart from miserable chap who brought me my plate of bread slice) But we concluded it was so busy that evening the staff, and kitchen, especially couldn't cope. there was some larger parties in there at the time the poor staff were rushing around here there and everywhere trying to keep up so in conclusion, it was a nice evening and with good food but the waits inbetween courses were a bit long and the gaps between the dishes coming out so everyone had their food. Noone's fault, think the kitchen and staff were overwhelmed. So we'll be back to Casa Loco again im sure but perhaps not on a Saturday evening......

What a fabulous evening. Great service, great atmosphere and delicious food. There is plenty of choice and lots of great sounding dishes. The half rack of ribs was still really big and unless you have a huge appetite would be plenty. Nachos were delicious and plenty for two people.

Great service and food until they physically chased me out of the restaurant to rescue the sombrero I had enjoyed wearing...really La Casa Loco? Are things that tight for you? The experience bemused myself and the 7 other guests I was with over the pettiness

Casa Loco, translation - Crazy House . Tim and his troops run a great venue. The food almost becomes a secondary consideration cos this place likes a good time and knows how to have it , so don't be expecting any Michelin Stars here but do dress in your best party pantaloons, book a cab and let your hair down . Visited 4/24 as a family of 6 for my birthday. My first visit for some years and it was just as good as I remember it. Under the same ownership for 30 years, so must be getting something right! I had the Prawns Pil Pil to start which were really garlicky and succulent, followed by the feather steak, which was to die for - so tender it just fell apart. The accompaniments were great too, especially the garlic parmesan fries. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Service was also excellent and a great atmosphere. Always busy, so booking recommended.

Had a family gathering for my 70th birthday. The place was busy but staff were friendly and attentive, nothing too much trouble. The food came out quite quickly, well cooked and presented. there were 11 of us, staff were spot on. My daughter took a cake and staff brought this out on cue with plates and a cutting knife. The cost for us all with drinks was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere from this well located restaurant. Always really busy, which shows how popular it is. Service was pretty good, friendly staff, but the food did take a long time to arrive. Took a chance on this restaurant, and really glad we did. Great interior design with hat's to wear. We had the early bird menu and a family of 4 had 3 courses and drinks for £80. Unable to move from being full. Really good value and lovely staff. Seems like a venue for people to have their birthday. Will go again and probably many times.

Really nice decor within the establishment. the food was good, I would definitely recommend the churros light, crispy not too sweet. The muchos nachos were good. The tequila prawns unfortunately were not as good as when I last ate there. The taco’s were average. The atmosphere is rated low as we were sat in an area near the toilets with no one else around. My partner was disappointed as it was for her birthday as she’s been before and sat in the main area where it’s a real vibe.

First time visit with my partner for lunch, absolutely no complaints. Service from start to finish excellent & attentive without being OTT. Another fabulous evening at La Casa Loco! As a family we have been coming for over 20 years so it felt the right choice for my 40th birthday. There were 22 of us, we ordered off the party menu and ordered there on the night. The staff were friendly and super efficient, the food came out correct and quickly. And the food was amazing as always. The drinks, including many cocktails, were flowing. We love this place and can’t recommend it enough!

Good food but have raised their prices way too much and portions no longer feel worth the price. You used to be able to get the chicken chimichanga with a small side of rice, guac, sour cream and salsa for about £11.50? Now the main is £10 on its own and you have to purchase all the sides separately. Comes up to about £17 in total if you pick the same sides mentioned above. Probably won't return here purely based on principle.

Always been a good place to eat, great food but hadnt been for quite a few years. Booked a table for myself and partner as she had never been before. We both really enjoyed it. She had the prawn starter which she said was great, and really enjoyed the haddock main course. I had nachos and spicy beef chimichanga which were spot on and just as I remember them. Service was good, staff polite and all in all a great meal and the place has lost non of its atmosphere.
