The best restaurants in Taunton Deane South West

We bought today two Minecraft happy meal. Not so happy after all. Toys inside are not even minecraft. Children are disapointed and I can see why. Thank you McDonald :(((

Dirty and untidy. Toilets disgraceful

Food is good but they cheated.. ordered 12 chicken wings .. they packed only 6

Lucy and Brittany gentleman were brilliant .. they looked after us so well .. great food and cosy atmosphere all in all a lovely evening

I was in at 11 today Saturday 29th and there was 3 members of staff just stood doing nothing but you could hear another out the back working. And saw one staff member sat on a work service. This is not good enough. This is the Taunton tesco

Originally food delivered freezing cold then re-delivery (despite being reminded as they forgot) was missing multiple items. Told no refund even partial was available despite missing sides and wrong drink.

New Year’s Eve so placed an order at 5pm for a 19:00 collection. Came in a spoke to the guy as it’s a big order so wanted to make sure they received it online and also in person. 45 minutes I’m still waiting and I’ve been told it will be another 20 minutes. Shambolic service!

16.03.2025 11:40 Wellington Shell. Thank you for the experience. Our last visit to subway ever. Basically the lady behind the counter tells you what you will eat, it is not your choice anymore. From 5 customers 3 walked away without having anything. I regret that I stayed and ordered.

The worst biriyani i have ever eaten in my life.The quantity and taste of the biriyani is so poor.I'll not suggest any of my friends in Taunton about this restaurant

Went there with friends recently, but wasn’t impressed by the bad attitude of the woman who’s apparently the manageress/landlady. She was very rude and there seemed to be a lot of people coming and going from the door that goes upstairs. All seemed a bit shifty to me, so won’t be going again due to the bad service.

My friend and I had a beautiful roast dinner. They were clearly busy but the staff kept us updated on waiting times but we didn't have to wait long. Staff also came and checked everything was OK during our meal. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Shame about the aggressive behaviour from another customer towards the staff. Unnecessary language towards the staff who handled this situation. I don't think I could've remained as professional as they did facing such abuse. Well done staff take no notice of the rotten apple. The other customers had no issues.

Normally get delivery and even recently they have been messing up my orders, went in to collect today all the staff were at the back of the kitchen and blanked me and walked off out the back door. I love Papa Johns but probably won’t be using the Taunton store anytime soon.

The Veggie pizza and the burgers are great. Very friendly staff, however it can get busy at time

Got a delivery tonight, food wasn't cooked properly and when I phoned them up they said it wasn't from them ever after showing receipt online
