Weather wasn’t great and services were busy and as there was no queue I thought I’d quickly grab a snack from the food cart outside. Waited about a minute before staff member acknowledged me. He then said I’ll be two minutes. Four minutes later after several other customers had queued and then left I decided to join them and head somewhere else. In his defence he needs as working alone. But preparing a coffee (I presume for himself as no one else was waiting when I arrived) and ignoring customers isn’t great. Would love to give a review of the food and drink but unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to purchase any.

I have visited twice recently once for afternoon tea and once for coffee. Staff were rude and inattentive. We spent a lot of money on the afternoon tea and apart from serving the food nobody asked how it was or even said goodbye when we left. Food is ok but coffee is often not that hot. When asking for more butter a member of staff but my head off and said she was getting it! It is quite pricey for what you get and myself and family members have all had poor experiences recently. They need more staff on duty and tables need clearing quicker. I won’t be visiting again which is a shame as it’s a nice venue.

Wonderful little deli in Trull. Not a great fan of pizza generally but the “special” that we enjoyed yesterday was up there with the best. Well done all at Sara’s Kitchen. We will certainly be returning.

It appears since I visited before Christmas this place has shut down. Curry was delicious, as was the naan bread but it was all very expensive, to the point I ignored starters and popadoms. The main, naan and a soft drink cost in excess of £30! As much as I enjoyed my meal, I don't think it was good value for money and there are other Indian restaurants in walking distance that are better value and serve equally as nice dishes.

Really poor service. Ordered an Americano with milk and mocha with cream. Americano was black and no cream on mocha. Asked for some cream and the girl squirted it on and shoved the lid on. Spilt everywhere. Asked for some napkins and a new cup and we were given a filthy look. Girl then poured it into a new cup which flattened the cream. No apology given.

Called in last Saturday for 2 coffees and a chocolate cookie-waited around 2o minutes only to be served a 1/2 cup of coffee in one cup (other one was ok) and a cookie that was in pieces (it looked like it had been run over!). 2 others waiting at desk -1 was short of items in her order and the other had been waiting in excess of 40 minutes! Someone else walked out after ordering as couldn’t wait any longer. Called in today for 4 coffees and a hot chocolate using drive thru as thought it would be quicker but slow service and when we got to collection window she said 4 med cappuccino and -hot chocolate then proceeded to give us only the coffees. Come on McDonalds get your act together. Certainly not a fast food outlet!

ordered food on the uber eats app on the 26th of october, the food gave me and my roommate food poisoning, when i brang this issue up to them the staff where rude and arrogant and blamed uber for the issue yet they are the ones who made the food. would not recommend them one bit.

This is the most bizarre review after a bizarre experience. We had just landed back in the UK after a long haul flight. Having had very little sleep and having a 4.5 hour drive home to Cornwall, to save time, we thought, let's order pizza. I looked on Google, and found this place. Not far off the M5, shouldn't take us long, I can pre order. So I did. Went in to collect, no order received. Odd. Showed him my email confirmation and it turns out I accidentally ordered for the wrong time. My error totally! Clocks have gone back and because we've been out of the country, the time in our car was wrong. I said 'sorry my error, but could you please put it in and cook it for us now as we've still got another 2 hours to drive after a long haul flight, we've hardly slept, I'm exhausted and hungry and made an error'. The guy at the counter said 'Sorry I can't do that. The computer won't allow me.' I said 'but I've paid, I've got proof of payment, I've got my bank card, photo ID and I'm standing right in front of you, explaining I've made a mistake re the time and asking if you can please cook it for me now.' Repeat response 'No. The computer won't allow me to do that.' I then asked if I could cancel the order and reorder, and was told no. I needed to contact customer services. Only they can do that. I went online to cancel but it said that customer services will take 48 hours to reply. I explained this to the guy. Asking again, and saying surely you can just cook it now and then not cook it later. No he says, if you reorder and pay again now and customer services don't reply and the order is there in an hours time, I'll cook it again. To which I replied 'what, even though I'm here telling you I just made a mistake because of the clocks going back and you know I won't be here to collect in another hour!?'. Yes, he replies because the computer controls everything. I then said, but if you cook it again customer services will refuse my refund won't they!?' 'I don't know' , he replied' that's up to them!' To which I replied' so 'even though I'm here in front of you with the card I paid with, saying I've made an error with the time and you don't need to cook it again, you won't cook it for me now and you won't cancel my order, and plan to cook it again in an hour even if I reorder now'. 'I'm not allowed to' came the reply. 'Everything is controlled by computer'. Utter madness!!!!! Eventually he agreed to put it in the oven half an hour after my visit, when the order dropped, so I didn't have to wait a full hour. But after a long haul flight, 4.5 hour drive home, I honestly could have stood there and cried. I get that the time selected was totally my error, but I cannot fathom that a human cannot make up and put a pizza in an oven 45 minutes before the computer tells them to, and then just doesn't do the same again 45 minutes later!!! Absolutely dreadful customer service. No compassion whatsoever. I ran my own shop for 7 years and would bend over backwards to help a customer. Just no compassion. Maybe I should have read the other reviews before going here. Whoever owns this place you need to sort out your staff!!! When my husband went in to collect, he said no one even came to the counter to greet him. Nobody about at all. Sad, because the food was absolutely delicious.
