Ordered a sub and found mixture of fillings and also it was falling apart and half full took it back and got a replacement however the bread was then stale on the ends can't be bothered to moan just won't go there again however the cross contamination thing needs to be sorted

Awful, ordered on the Uber app and never arrived and it’s been out for delivery for almost an hour. Phone number is not recognised, if you’re not going to deliver at least cancel the order so I can move on. Will never use subway again, dreadful.

Terrible service, information on “deals” not made clear, then they rang up £35 on the till! Supervisor did nothing to amend this so we walked out. All the food binned….what a waste. Best avoided!

The customer service here is awful, the employees here, with the exception of about 2 them, are rude, slow and have a lack of care. Today i was served by a supervisor called Sophie who was no joy to be around, considering she is a supervisor you would expect some effort to make it a nice transaction. For the sake of not having to deal with these people it's worth paying a little extra and using uber eats to get it delivered or picked up so you only have to face them for 2 seconds.

The girl who finished my sandwich off was useless! Didn't know about allergens and tried giving me lite mayo that contains milk! Of a milk allergy person like me can't have! I had to buy my own mayo from the garage next door! Wow won't be eating in any subway again!

Staff are lovely, friendly and efficient. Ingredients are generally fresh and gloves are always changed for veggie food. However the bread often seems stale (leftover from the previous day even though this is against policy?). And the last few cookies we've had have been stale too. Management need to sort this out. Would like to have more tables again as seating is very cramped after the refit.

TLDR; risk the sandwiches in the garage shop instead. I've been to this Subway over a dozen times in the past year as I'm a bit of a sandwich fan. But this Subway isn't doing great. The quality of the sandwiches are going down hill enough that I was served stale bread on my last visit! I've never seen the same staff twice which is a little worrying if the staff turnover is that frequent, and the staff really don't look happy, even for minimum wage staff.

Orderd the nachos, the staff there are normally lovely. My normal order is the nachos with sweetcorn and olives on them. This time the supervisor who made it clear she was the supvisor served me, attitude disgusting, portion sizings were smaller, had an isue that i wanted a bit of salad on my nachos and telling me i should of had a salad instead, eye rolling her behavour was just damn right rude.

Do not order from here it will get delivered stone cold and subway won’t do anything about it just say take it up with Uber and that the driver took to long I watched the driver on my app the driver didn’t take to long !!! They charge you for items and you don’t even get them I just paid 3.69! For a pack of Doritos because the worker packing my order at subway this morning can’t read the difference between a box of nachos and a packet of crisp !!! I then Called to ask if they could deliver my missing item to be spoken to by a lady’s that was not only rude over the phone ! But had no care for customer service at subway at all ! She really shouldn’t be employed to work there with such an unmannered approach to customers and no care of quality check on food leaving the store very poor !

Service was terrible! Staff are rude ordered a mega meet salad and only got told there was no meatballs when she asked me to pay. So slow stood on her phone yawning I to her hand then preparing food! She then forgot all the kids pack stuff (drink, etc) Would not go here!

The staff here don't even know what is on the menu its run by a bunch of children who if you have ever seen a 18 year old bedroom. You can imagine there personal hygiene! They hold meats then pick up block of cheese cross contamination everywhere disgusting

On some of the staff Seriously Need to Re-do their Food Hygiene certificate!!!!!!! (if they know what food hygiene is) We went in subway in Wellington (shell garage) and the guy that was there serving food was chewing his finger nails etc so we asked him to go wash his hands and he argued with us! And then whilst we were having our food he was serving another customer and dropped the the tray of bread and picked up the tray and put it straight on top of the other tray! It totally put us off our food we told another colleague what happened and they removed the trays and went down to wash them! He gave us the Managers number but never answered the phone or got a phone call back!!

We went few months ago and enjoyed it... Today one lady from the staff was a bit rude, because my father in law thought he had some vouchers but he didn't know they were only to Devon, Cornwall... He got a disability and the way she answered was a bit rough because he didn't understood why they been accept in other subways in tauton.

Good location for nearby office/warehouse workers. This usually means it's busy at lunchtime with a long queue. Food quality is on par to slightly above usual Subway standards. Attached to Shell Petrol Station and Budgens. Very clean and parking on site is normally fine through a combination of road and petrol station spaces.

Weather wasn’t great and services were busy and as there was no queue I thought I’d quickly grab a snack from the food cart outside. Waited about a minute before staff member acknowledged me. He then said I’ll be two minutes. Four minutes later after several other customers had queued and then left I decided to join them and head somewhere else. In his defence he needs as working alone. But preparing a coffee (I presume for himself as no one else was waiting when I arrived) and ignoring customers isn’t great. Would love to give a review of the food and drink but unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to purchase any.

No chicken breast available. Waiter didn’t inform us until after spending time getting order choices from the children, so had to rush a second choice and chicken is sort of one of the reasons you go to harvester. Poor service at table, lack of serviettes, customer service. Because of signal and poor Wi-Fi unable to collect stamp on harvester app under rewards. Then made to feel awkward with tip system on card machine, need to do the basics well and go that extra step to get tips, All a bit disappointing for the money. Food and drink we had was hot and tasty though.
