Worst takeout eating experience in a veryobg time. Firstly we used the drive through but had to wait in the car park for our purchase, chicken was soggy and salty and burgers were no where near a KFC Zinger quality.

I was missing half the order there was no popcorn chicken no gravy only 2 portions of chips and only 5 pieces of chicken very poor show

Went through drive through. The food was the best we had in along time.

Very busy place. However, service was good and food was piping hot. Convenient location easily accessible

Staff seemed flustered. Presentation of the meal was poor. My drink was leaking, and was replaced, but attention to a Pepsi soaked tray and mat was not addressed. Not the experience I have had at other more professional outlets.

After sitting down to eat, my girlfriend took a bite of her burger and noticed it was incorrect. I took this to the counter where I was ignored for about 5 mins, finally I got someone's attention and they quickly rectified the issue. However that wasn't the last we would see of the incorrect burger, a family sat down next to us with their food and opened their burger, to their horror it had a bite taken out of it... Guess who took the bite out of the burger.. That's right, my girlfriend had taken a bite out of it before noticing it was the wrong one, the staff didn't bother to listen to me when I had said it was the incorrect burger and had been bitten and just served it to the next customer which is a HORRIFIC violation of health and hygiene, it should have been thrown away regardless of if it had been bitten or not! All the staff behind the counter were sluggish, bored and couldn't care less, I have seen more enthusiasm at a morgue, they were very unapologetic to the family next to us. It was also like sitting down to eat in someone's basement, very dark with poor lighting and all the red lights made every piece of chicken look uncooked so it was hard to tell if it was safe to eat or not.

Great food could have done with more fries tho

I went to the drive through them not allowing me to have enough time to order when I realised I ordered the wrong box meal before I paid I explained I don’t think I got the right one the lady said there’s nothing she can do make me feel very rushed and overwhelmed won’t be going back there with me having autism I need time and try should allow everyone to have time and they should understand so I got made to pay food wasn’t great burger was dry chips we’re average and drinks where small then normal being understood and then allowing me to have time that all I ever ask but they failed I felt really uncomfortable and not satisfied

Hands down the best KFC I've been to, staff were lovely, food was good and toilets were very clean

At the end of the day, it's KFC. You either love it or hate it. What let's this establishment down is the mess outside and inside the restaurant. The wait time for food is sometimes ridiculous, and the fact that half your meal is boxed but left open on the side so when you get home everything is cold. I don't eat it, but hubby loves KFC.

We ordered 2 pots of beans one was fine the other was half full .

Drive through difficult to hear the person taking the order. The collection point felt like we were putting the server out by ordering. Chips soggy chicken dry. Sorry but very disappointed. No return visit.

Never Turned up! I was left without any food

My food was dripping with fat the box was split open. It was not nice at all we could not eat it

Food delivered very quickly and was still hot despite it being a busy Friday.

Waited 30 minutes for our order at 9.30pm and was given the food without our drink, then offered 2 wrong drinks, sent them back and was told the order wasn’t put through because the machine had been cleaned. Not my fault I ordered so long before that they had started to close up. Correct drink finally given. Got home and the entire order was wrong. Totally unacceptable for a fast food outlet. Poor girls just kept apologising. KFC train your staff!!!

Customer service was terrible on the drive through asked to park up and wait for order which was not a problem, but then when the person bringing us out our order just casually dragged it along the floor pretty much and then just threw it through the window and walked off.......umm cheers then 🤣 great customer service....not 🤣

Asked for no drumsticks and guess what I got not happy have tried you again with no luck so defo will not order again as it goes in the bin what a waste of money

mediocre food, very rude shift manager/team leader (grey shirt), so bad even the counter staff apologised for him. (12.5.24 2pm ish, should be easy enough to work out who was on shift, if you can be bothered). weird 'drill' type rap music played over tannoy. not really suitable for family dining.

New kfc what you would expect good food and a drive through

The experience was horrible. The quality of the food was so poor. Their service was very bad. These all depends on the staffs who working their. The experience will be different with different staff.

meals were wrong, we had missing hot wings, missing chilli dip and we had unwanted mash potatoes, but as we were already disappointed with justeat we just git on and eaten it thanks for getting the drinks right

My daughter and her 2 friends have all been sick after food purchased on Sunday 28th

Was very impressed with staff member Lottie some people had made a mess drink all over floor which she cleaned up quickly also I mentioned to her that our drinks tasted not right iced tea hardly no flavour she took the drinks and replaced them such a polite friendly person.

Proper Good time with the fellas this weekend. Lovely staff, especially that one called kye. Very helpful and got our food to us proper fast. BOSH.

Food was tasty. Went on a Sunday evening, it wasn't very busy. It was very messy, rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing and no toilet paper in the toilet.

Miles better than any of the kfc restaurant's in exeter happy to drive to taunton at least you know the food will be hot

UPDATE: Tried again, worse than the first time. My mistake for thinking it may have improved…. Staff at drive-thru window incapable of taking simple order. Asked to make the meal a box meal, was told this was not possible (despite it being on the menu). Two incorrect burgers received, despite being confirmed by staff twice. 8 additional pieces of chicken ordered, only 6 received. Went inside to complain, staff rude and again seemingly rushed despite there being only one person on the drive thru and two in the restaurant itself… ————————————————— Food OK if you ever get what you actually ordered. Received order missing the two drinks, was rectified by staff then providing the two incorrect drinks... Salad box received rather than the Rice Box which had been ordered unfortunately didn't realise this until I was home as I didn't think to check this whilst in there (didn't think it was possible to mess up a rice box). Whilst waiting, witnessed two other people receive the wrong order. Staff incapable of managing small queue without errors and long waits.

Delivery time kept changing so hard to say if it was on time or not, food was good and hot but there were some items missing. Awaiting a refund for said items.

Went for a 10 piece bargain bucket to take away and got home to find every piece of chicken was a leg !!!! Seems the kids in there don’t care what you get perhaps it would help to get more adult staff who care about there job and the customer!!

After waiting over an hour and a half a delivery driver could not be found leaving us with having to call the restaurant and drive to collect our food ourselves.

I ordered 2 boneless banquet meals that came to 32 pounds and all we ho was 3 pieces chicken I would not say that was value for my money I wish I could give no stars looking for a feast for 32 pounds it's an absolute joke

Usual KFC food and service was good. The only issue was that music in the restaurant was so loud, had trouble talking. Just needed a mirror ball and we could have had a rave.

The chips are not cooked. Some still hard in the middle and then some are so floppy it’s gross. I just think more care over the cooking times is what is needed. I’d rather wait 5 more mins for the food rather than have uncooked inedible food.

Absolutely appalling in every way possible. Right from the start, bins overflowing outside, litter over the floor. Restaurant tables absolutely filthy and bins over flowing inside. 58 minute wait for food, which was then wrong. Right food was cold. Gravy past sell by time, staff taking off hats then running their hands through their hair and placing their hands over their mouths and then packing/ touching food . Staff absolutely clueless as to whats going on, arguing with each other, shouting at each other. No organisation. No leadership. No control. Manager should be ashamed. Total disaster.

Absolutely shocking. Apparently got delivered 2.5 HOURS after ordering. Nothing got delivered. I was already in bed as it was gone 10pm and I ordered at 8pm. Nothing was left on doorstep. Spoke to customer service and I don’t get a refund as they are claiming it was delivered. WILL NEVER BE USING JUST EAT AGAIN. Is 2.5 hours a normal time to wait?!?!?!?!?!

Could do better KFC all the bins overflowing inside and out I told a young lady behind the counter, with a response of we have emptied the bins twice in the last hour, I felt like saying we'll make it a third, but I didn't. Come on KFC set a good example for your customers to follow

Arrived and we had no chips in either of our box meals ! Both kids super disappointed

Customer service zero! Ordered at drive-through, told to wait in carpark, waited 20 minutes, went to find out what how much longer I would have to wait only to be questioned on what I had ordered, then asked to stand aside so they could serve another customer. Joke, I had to wait another 10 minutes only to be given a really small potion of chips covered in salt and pepper and the smallest potion of chicken. The blame was given to it being busy, they need to see Exeters KFC to see busy.

This KFC has, hands down, the worst customer service anywhere I've been. The staff are terrible, and can't be asked to do their jobs. I had to submit a complaint after my last visit. Waited half an hour, left with a bag of cold food. Just not good enough.
