Poor food, rubbish customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

Hired the upstairs for a party and Antony and all the staff were incredible! There were so many comments on how beautiful the venue was and it was amazing that we had our own bar and toilets so the party was for us! We had an absolute blast and the room hire was very reasonable! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to have a party!

Banging service, great food. Everyone in the establishment is friendly and a good laugh. Food was prompt and cooked to excellence. Everything in the realms of hygiene has been covered. Very clean proper use of gloves. Overall, it's a great food place. Delivery is also prompt if you aren't within the vicinity.

Shocking* ick sevice. Food never arrived and also sickening customer service. Wouldn’t recommend lazy cooperate chain.

Cannot doubt the food absolutely lovely we always go into store and order. But when you order online and the order is a hour late and you ring 10+ times you would expect them to answer one of the calls… eventually we had to go there as we had no communication and no idea where our food was they told us it was on its way and to leave so we left for the delivery guy to tell us as soon as we left the shop he was handed it?!?! . Everytime we have been in everybody has been absolutely lovely, Just would not recommend ordering online and pick up instead.

Always enjoy chozen when it’s open

Yes it’s run down, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be cleaned and tidied. It’s just dirty!! Toilets almost all dirty or out of order. Floor soaking wet all around the sinks. Bins overflowing in toilets and in McDonald’s area. The napkin/sauce point was filthy and half empty. In the seating area the chairs were all over the place, dirty tables and the floor was unswept (rubbish and food on it). Don’t bother stopping here!

These guys are brilliant, every December at our last rugby training session of the year we have a Pizza Night for all of our youth team. I contacted them direct a few days before to discuss quantities, ordered what I actually wanted the day before, the manager gave me a great price deal (30 mixed large pizzas and a gluten free), paid over the phone, scheduled delivery and gave contact details, then true to their word they delivered at the right time, right place and whole team had a great feast! Its the second year running we've used them and think I would never use another now! Pizzas were hot, delicious and none was left!! Thanks guys!

Quality food, cooked really well and huge portions!!! The staff were so welcoming and really good with our three kids... my husband has an intollerance and they even had gluten free batter (very rare to find!!) The will cook to order if you ask, so you get the freshest of the fresh, we have since used them for a party booking and the food came fresh, hot and on time... thanks guys

Bad experience, we ordered our food (it was curry day special) they had run out of rice!!! Others in the party ordered hunters chicken and fish and chips, They had not got any ordinary chips!!! But it took the 20 minutes to tell us that. The hunters chicken which was ordered on a small meal deal arrived and you could have fitted two portions in the palm of one hand and still have had room to hold something else. Not necessarily the staffs fault, but they were not overly concerned either. Not a venue that I would recommend.

I tried a new rainbow sushi and it was really tasty, the staff member was behind the counter making a roll, which was cool to watch. Overall the place is kept clean and very stocked up!

Went on thursday lunchtime, the man taking our order at the drive through was very o pleasant, he is a real asset to the company, compared to some people who have ignored us and been rude to us before.

Great coffee and friendly staff. Good priced breakfast that was very tasty and the restaurant was nice and clean inside.

I ordered and asked for no drumsticks or thighs as I am allergic to brown meat did they read that no they didn't had to throw it away will not order again I could have been really ill what is the point in leaving points if they don't read them, can't express anything to just eat because they will do nothing about it hope this helps future customers
