Poor food, rubbish customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

Shocking* ick sevice. Food never arrived and also sickening customer service. Wouldn’t recommend lazy cooperate chain.

We came as a group of 6 ladies on a Saturday for bottomless brunch, our table was booked for a certain time and when we came in to sit down one of the bar staff looked at me blankly and had to ask her manager, our table was then pointed out! After waiting 20 mins one of the group decided to go and ask what was happening, she was then told that for bottomless brunch we have to order our food and drinks at the bar, there was a huge table in front of us and a big queue at the bar! So after another 10 mins passed one of our group popped across to The Library to ask if they happened to have a table, they did so we decided to leave and go there! I went to tell the manager that we weren’t happy and that we were leaving, I also told him I’d never been anywhere for bottomless brunch where you have to order at the bar, to be then told I was completely wrong and that no where does table service for bottomless brunch! He had a group of friends at the bar with him agreeing with him and telling me I was wrong! Honestly so rude, I would advise coming to this place and I’ll be making a formal complaint! Anyway we had an amazing bottomless brunch at The library, and surprise surprise it was table service!

All 3 mixed meat kebabs this evening were tasty and fresh. The delivery was fast too. Keep it up. Thank you

Ordered a delivery on Just Eats for 8pm (my husband wasn't going to be home until then), but on getting a message from Just Eats at just gone 7pm, saying the order was on its way, I rang China Town to ask them not to deliver until 8. The Chinese woman started shouting at me, and cancelled my order! I went back onto Just Eats to reorder the delivery. About 10mins later the first 'cancelled' order arrived. The delivery driver was very nice and apologised when I explained things (wasn't his fault after all). So, as anyone would do, I cancelled the second delivery, obviously we didn't want two deliveries. I then get 3 separate emojis and a brown face (see attached screenshot) sent to me privately from an unknown number. Only to be followed up by a call from the same number by a Chinese man. He started shouting at me about cancelling the order and money, and while I'm trying to explain what's happened he repeatedly started shouting over me calling me a W*****. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour! I would not recommend this takeaway!!

Yes it’s run down, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be cleaned and tidied. It’s just dirty!! Toilets almost all dirty or out of order. Floor soaking wet all around the sinks. Bins overflowing in toilets and in McDonald’s area. The napkin/sauce point was filthy and half empty. In the seating area the chairs were all over the place, dirty tables and the floor was unswept (rubbish and food on it). Don’t bother stopping here!

These guys are brilliant, every December at our last rugby training session of the year we have a Pizza Night for all of our youth team. I contacted them direct a few days before to discuss quantities, ordered what I actually wanted the day before, the manager gave me a great price deal (30 mixed large pizzas and a gluten free), paid over the phone, scheduled delivery and gave contact details, then true to their word they delivered at the right time, right place and whole team had a great feast! Its the second year running we've used them and think I would never use another now! Pizzas were hot, delicious and none was left!! Thanks guys!

Quality food, cooked really well and huge portions!!! The staff were so welcoming and really good with our three kids... my husband has an intollerance and they even had gluten free batter (very rare to find!!) The will cook to order if you ask, so you get the freshest of the fresh, we have since used them for a party booking and the food came fresh, hot and on time... thanks guys

Felt like I was causing a nuisance by being there! Staff didn't want to be there either by the looks of it. Food was sloppy

Disappointing roast, after what looked like a great Sunday lunch on the menu it turned out to be quite disappointing, roast potatoes were hard the roast beef wasn't great and there wasn't much choice of veg. Stuffing (1 piece) was the size of a ping pong ball, we also had to ask for extra gravy which when it arrived was barely enough to drown a fly in. They seemed to be very tight with portions Some nice extra fresh veg would of been enough to make it worthwhile it seems this place struggles on knocking up a decent roast.

Saturday night order , promise a delivery time of 55min but always late , 1 HR 30 is more realistic. But the standard of food is very good always let down by the nans though like most takeaways.

I tried a new rainbow sushi and it was really tasty, the staff member was behind the counter making a roll, which was cool to watch. Overall the place is kept clean and very stocked up!

Well what a piece of work the shift manager was! Courtney was her name!!! She is a disgrace to McDonald's! I ordered a drink as per usual which I believe was £3.20 so not a cheap drink, I asked very politely if she could put some more cream in it as there was hardly any and all I got was no! Either have the drink as it is or a refund......I said it won't hurt you to squirt a bit more on please! No take it or a refund!! Well talk about awful customer service!!! Won't be going back there.....

Great coffee and friendly staff. Good priced breakfast that was very tasty and the restaurant was nice and clean inside.
