Poor Quality and Very Poor Service . We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. 1 of the pizzas was burnt and inedible. Literally needed a saw to cut it! I called and respectfully requested that the pizzas were replaced so that we could all eat together. My friend has an allergy so was unable to enjoy ours whilst a replacement was delivered. Two of us had finished our pizzas 20 minutes before the burnt pizza was replaced, hardly an enjoyable occasion. The manager informed me there was nothing he could do as he was concerned about cost to the restaurant. He agreed to replace the one burnt pizza. Eventually when the third pizza did arrive it had been tipped on its side with all the contents of the pizza in one place, I didn’t bother calling again. The only good thing was the garlic sauce! Will I be using Domino’s again…. No.

Pizzas usually arrive stuck to the lid. Called them to see if they would do something to make it right and they hung up on me.

Driver called to say he was lost, spent 15 mins on the phone trying to direct him to us. Pizza arrived cold, obviously. Called to complain and was told I could get a new pizza delivered, by this time it was already 9.10pm, I didn't want to have to wait at least another 30 mins for another one. Asked if I could get a partial refund, to be told they would have to come and collect the pizzas from us this to happen and that it wouldn't be a refund it would be credit on the account. I don't even live here, I'm visiting so no good to me!!! What shockingly bad customer service!! And what on earth would they do with the old pizza anyway. Pointless

Actually drowned the pizza in pizza sauce, it’s like the top came off the dispenser and they couldn’t be bothered to do a new one!

Good food. Quick processing and often have deals on so not too pricy. Only complaint was bit dodgy on how they cut the slices up but hey still tasty

I do not recommend, this is the second chance I gave this place against my own gut… the delivery driver turned up very late as he went past my house, and was pulled over in a lay-by for 25 minutes, the pizza has turned up cold and only half covered in toppings! I can’t drive so I’m not going to walk 45 minutes to return a cold and half covered pizza because customer services won’t deal with it as it’s supposedly an in store issue.

Ordered 2 pizza's. The new Mexican came without Red and Green peppers and no green jalapenos. Wanted the spice and taste of a Mexican but didn't get it.

They had no drivers to deliver the food, so an hour later it arrived cold. Made a complaint and the response was the food should have been returned following day. What an aweful service. Not even an offer of some money off next order, have been regular customer until this event, their loss, went elsewhere since and better service

A certain driver did an illegal right turn and became very abusive towards me and my customer, contacted customer service and complained no action was taken, won't use station road again

Ordered thru the app which was easy. Food arrived really fast, before the ETA and pizza was delicious. Very impressed with the service. Was gonna tip the driver but he gave over the food and was back up the path before I had a chance. Would def recommend and use again

The website for this location wouldn't allow delivery to our address so I rang the shop and they said they would deliver and I could order later. When I rang later a different person answered the phone and said they would not deliver. When I explained my previous phone call he said that person had left for the day so would not honour the agreement. He just repeated the answer regarding no delivery and was unhelpful. Unfortunately another jobs worth unable to make a decision the computer won't allow!

Both myself and my partner became really ill after about an hour of eating our pizzas. Both of us are suffering from upset stomach, personally feel awfully nauseous. Won’t be surprised if we do end up being sick. Not sure at all was in those pizzas.

40 mins late. Cold. Been cold and late last 4 times. Pappa John's are constantly good. Recommend Pappa John's. Would recommend eating out the neighbours bin before I'd recommend Domino's.

Ordered a Peperoni passion pizza from dominos Taunton. Got home over 20mins away to find there wasn’t a single piece of pepperoni on it. Was going to grin and bare it - but since these are primo I’m priced pizzas felt actually I’m not going to let it slide. Phoned the store expecting a refund on the pizza. Instead told there’s nothing he can do (unless I want to drive 40 min round trip for a replacement) so I should email customer services. Emailed customer services and they couldn’t care less. For all the sponsorship, marketing, flyers, text messages dominos spend millions on trying to get customers - you would think they would work a little harder to keep them! 100% dissapointed - not with the lack of pepperoni that was just an honest human mistake - but with the total lack of interest in making any effort to “make it right”. We certainly won’t be returning, shame.

Customer Service was appalling, things feel as if they were swept under the carpet. I want it known as far as I can make the message so other people know what happened. I sent messages to their emails and 'nothing will.change' because the "driver had a different version." absolutely nothing believed from me. After I replied to that decision, it was simply put down that I had been "verbally aggressive" to the person I had phoned about the incident. I was emotionally upset that I had drinks hurled at my front door by a driver I thought dominos had well vetted. If this is not going to be taken any further than I can at least let you all know about one of their drivers and the treatment from what looks like an appalling performing store and their ethics. To top it all off, I have an allergy to milk, I order the vegan pizza and normally get the vegan garlic, instead of being given bbq or something they give me a sauce with milk proteins. This company seriously needs to rethink their training and who they allow to work at their stores.

On holiday in Somerset so we decided to book a table at Pizza Express. Very clean and pleasant surroundings. Just a shame quite a few items unavailable. However we would like to say we had a great waitress who was able to recommend alternatives to those not available and her recommendations were spot on. Thank you

The most incompetence and ridiculous customer service I have ever received! They didn't deliver my order, tried to claim I'd never made it and I'm now battling with them to get a refund. Everyone is rude and has a bad attitude, clearly no the customer is right policy here! I have been passed round the houses and its clear that previous staff members I've spoken too have not passed on my comments so I have to keep starting again. Absolute joke!

My self and my partner were severely ill with food poising from one on domino's chicken pizza's. Will not be using again. Really disappointed as usually we've had good service. Pizza didn't look particularly well presented and was delivered 20 mins after ordered, which seems very quick to have been a freshly made pizza.

Ordered over £40 worth of food , never arrived , no phone call , apparently a printing error with label for delivery ,which is an error on their part , not ours . but had full address on confirmation email , manager just smirked and said I’m not willing to remake your pizzas after THEY failed to deliver , said he’d phone customer service , we phoned them , he hadn’t been in contact , obviously just stood out the back , will never order from there again. Manager by the name of Keith is an absolute joke. Liar thief and the worst manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Feeling so let down ordere pizza at 5pm was told a hour wait turns up at 6pm cold and missing item driver phones though and we were told new pizza being done up and will be straight out to us then 45minutes later still no sign then at 18.50 driver turns up hands us pizza was cold again told driver not good said we were ringing up he just got in his car and drove of not good at all feeling very let down phones up again so we have ended up having to drive in to town to sort this out not good code of practice for domino's

Unfortunately we should have checked the reviews before ordering. We ordered online for collection at the East Street outlet. The order was over £80 however when we arrived to collect the meals we noticed an offer BOGOF in the window. When we questioned why we had been charged the full amount without any discount we were informed that as it was via the internet and we had already paid they couldn't adjust the charge.. Absolutely disgusting we will never use them again.

They can't even pick up a phone.. Tried 5 times.. And no answer... Legit went to papa John's, they answered in 2secs and got my pizza delivered quicker then they can pick up..

We’ve ordered a few times..... not sure why we went back. They never seem to be able to find the address For delivery so it’s usually cold! One time they asked if I could meet them at another address as they didn’t want to keep looking for mine. Pizzas are usually undercooked! Always a disappointment! Avoid! It’s really poor!

Standards very much slipped at this store for a couple of years. Pizzas were poorly made and the customer service was terrible. There must be new management because it is a lot better recently on all fronts. Worth giving them another chance if you've given up.

Just collected 3 large pizzas from Dominoes in Station Road, Taunton. First they got the order wrong, secondly it’s cold, third the dough is not cooked! £33 down and kids not happy! Why did I bother? I suggest you check everything when you leave the takeaway! Very poor, if your a franchise, you will not have customers left soon! If your part of a dominos team, regional managers need to sort the staff and QC!

I received this burnt offering today from them. It was supposed to chicken and bacon but only 3 pieces of bacon, hardly any chicken and next to no cheese. Customer service said that is passed the quality checks and was fine. Disgusting place, disgusting food and disgusting customer service.

I Do not live in town so hardly ever order from here and thought I would treat the family today and was very disappointed by how the pizzas looked like the topping was thrown on tothe pizzas from across the kitchen very sloppy service considering the price

Shocking service and disgusting food. No care or consideration for an over priced pizza. Management don’t care that’s 2 yr old has gone hungry due to wrong food and a shocking un edible mess delivered. I will not be back to try again. It’s a shame this store has let down the standards of service for a company. The head office should be ashamed to have employed management like this.

We call this the Pay Day Pizza as its normally the only time you can afford it. I once had the perfect pizza from this very dominoes. It was delicious. Perfect bake, perfect sauce consistency, abundance of toppings. Still very warm but instantly edible without loosing the skin from the top of your mouth. It was hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten. Each tantalising mouthful filled me with empty headed bliss as my taste buds exploded with passion. I could hear heavens angelic chorus with every long draw of my nasal passage as the intoxicating aroma filled my lungs. Perfect. However.. Each pizza since has failed to live up to that expectation but I continue to buy occasionally in the dwindling hope that I get a repeat of this perfect pizza.. One day my sweet Prince.. One day..

Dreadful, missed half the order when wanted a delivery deal, was told they couldn’t do anything and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the rest of the food told the driver I didn’t want the food as the pizza that took nearly two hours to deliver was cold, requested a refund was passed around too three different members of staff before I actually got to the manager and was told, “not my fault it was late you can’t have a refund”

We have had Domino's pizzas for a great number of years, but during the last 12 months, the standard and quality of pizzas have dropped considerably. I have recently been given two free pizzas because I took the time and trouble to take a pizza back the next day after a home delivery the evening before. I took this course of action because I strongly believe that their customer services policy of handing back a pizza to the delivery driver if the pizza isn't a 100% is absolutely disgraceful. You would then have to wait for another delivery which could another 40 minutes, not nice when you are hungry!!! My pizza never looks like the photos on their web site photos, the tomato base is watery, the filling ends too far away from the edge of the pizza, the cardboard box was very oily. I have complained twice, but it never changes, their customer services aren't very customer friendly either.

This place is ok most of the times, but sometimes they make the pizza burnt, soggy or rushed. I think it’s a bit bad when they rush it. Also the pizza is really greasy (ew) pizza hut and pappa johns never have such greasy pizza. At the end if you like greasy pizza I recommed you buying it here but theres A LOT OF GREASE disgusting! Inexperienced management, holding the process together with sarcasm and taunts. You can stand for ages, being glared at by untrained staff, when you just want to buy a pizza. I'm sure the staff want to do well, but with obviously poor leadership, Papa John's and Pizza Hut seem gormet in comparison. There are plenty of pizza and take away places in Taunton, to leave Dominos as your very last option for months. If you want food prepared with despair . . . .

When i was in Taunton i had a Dominos there, and i usually have Dominos in Chesterfield and they are real high quality. Taunton was not high quality. The first thing that upset me was them not doing the 'Meateor', so i had to order the 'Mighty Meaty'. I ordered the Mighty Meaty along with some Dominos soft warm delicious chewy cookies. My second issue was the Mighty Meaty was so greasy, the chicken was swimming for it's life, i may as well have had a kebab shop pizza! Lastly my beautiful Dominos cookies were rock solid, edible, but nah, not top quality. Safe to say, i was not happy and i will not be using this Dominos in Taunton, EVER. AGAIN.

Ordered a meal online and made an error , called the store and Richard was very kind, and understanding. Food delivered early and the delivery driver was friendly and polite ! Food was tasty and hot. Well done Dominos !

Ruined pizza and awful customer service. Burnt toppings chucked on and underneath soggy and not cooked. Didn't answer phone when I tried to complain so used online form. After weeks, I was offered a replacement side which I refused as it was my pizza that was ruined, not a side. Their answer was "we consider this matter closed"

I would strongly advise people to steer clear of this takeaway. Tonight we ordered around £70 worth of pizza in two orders for family and friends. We arrived 20 minutes later to find that the larger order (paid for in the car) had been made (6 pizzas) but the smaller order had not. We then had to wait 20 minutes for the smaller order, whilst the 6 pizzas got cold. Whilst this went on, the staff were arguing loudly amongst each other. When we asked to speak to the manager, it took him 20 minutes to come to the desk. We explained the situation, expecting him to at least offer a discount but he refused. When I told him a complaint would be made to head office and asked him for his name, he refused, stating GDPR regulations would not allow him to provide this. We were forced to pay for the smaller order at which we left in disgust. I did not get the managers name, but he is polish I believe.

Ordered the meal deal for 4 2 large pizzas Wedges Garlic bread Bottle of coke Fresh baked cookies Everything delivered as ordered and was delicious. Definitely will order again when back in Taunton.

Ordered the mega mix deal and pizza consisted of a chicken feast with no mushroom but pepperoni and came with hardly with three pieces of sweetcorn on the whole large pizza an the was only garlic on half of the garlic pizza bread

My boyfriend went out to get us pizza at 12am. Online it says it closes at 12:45am. When he got there they were closing. Staff were ignoring him for nearly ten minutes, until the manager told him they were shut. A few minutes before closing time might be understandable, but 45mins before seems like poor management and customer service.

Pizza was late, staff members referring to other staff members as f***ing w****ers. Massively unprofessional

Ok so I love dominoes and use it a lot. Its quick and the delivery guys are great. The food is fab and usually you can get an offer as otherwise let's face it, it's not cheap really for just a pizza, recently I bought a collection and did bogof for myself and a friend and I ordered a medium stuffed crust cheese pizza with mushrooms. Just something simple and nothing too expensive as I had already eaten. I was charged for a large and after realising my mistake they had already been cooked so said not to worry and the lad did apologise. He was sweet but didn't offer to pay the difference when it was his mistake. I don't mind as I wanted pizza and it all got eaten but that was an extra £5s I didn't really need to spend. Its a good place and we are all human and I did say not to worry but only because of the palaver. So just make sure you get a read back if you are unsure

This Dominos is absolutely terrible. They've been late or got my order wrong on at least 10 occasions (yes that makes me sound fat AF). Tonight I ordered online (to avoid speaking to the rude staff) and they call me 2 mins later telling me they've got no cookies and asking "what bread do you want instead"?. No sorry and refused to swap it for another dessert, just get a 3rd starter instead of a dessert, or nothing! Would've told them to get lost if they hadn't already taken my money. I've tried complaining before and they don't care. I would've said this time but didn't fancy the retaliatory 'sneezer' I'd receive.

Absolutely disguisting service. Ordered our food at 4:57 and we were still left waiting until 7:30 for our food to arrive. We had too ring up asking and after numerous amounts of times of them saying it will be there 15 minutes we then discovered they had forgotten our order completely and it was still in store. After my mum ringing they put the phone done on her 3 times. And the only response she got from the manager amber when she answered was just "yeah". When the food eventually arrived the wedges were still frozen in the middle. But all they can offer us is two free sides for next time. Will not be going there again. They blamed it on all the new staff not acceptable at all

Late delivery by 1hr. Lied to on the phone and food turned up cold. Avoid like the plague especially when you complain at nearly 10 o’clock at night and told you either give them the food back for refund or keep it and pay full price. No apologies no we will refund half and free next time nothing at all. Left at home with 1 month old baby and no food for dinner. Thankfully Pizza Hut delivered in 20 mins. Just shows there excuses were down to incompetence and not being busy

Can't cope at busy times. Surly manager when you complain. Apparently my fault that they don't have enough drivers and can't deliver in time. Online help as bad as the bad attitude instore. Everything delivered cold and can't understand when you complain. AVOID

Dominos standards seem to have taken a nose dive. The quality of food was poor, it wasn't ready for collection when they said it was and they tried to short change me... Safe to say I won't be going back in a hurry

The staff here are so nice and helpful and they helped when I ordered a pizza to the wrong store and I had to get a train back to bridgwater (bridgwater store was shut for refurb). Also the guy didn't spoil the leaked game of thrones episode for me, so, much love.

Asesinaron a una pizza barbacoa texas con mucho de salsa. Para vencerla intentamos sacar el exceso de salsa fuera que no ayuda. La Base estaba pasada debido a la cantidad de salsa.

I've been very disappointed with Domino's this year. It used to be quality pizzas but lately only 1 out of 8 orders has been half decent and that was made as a replacement for one that didn't even turn up! I just ordered pizza for my friends and myself and it was a train-wreck; far too much tomato sauce, barely any cheese (despite my asking for extra) and one of the pizzas just fell apart when you tried to pick it up. I called up and complained about this so they collected the pizzas and remade them but the ones we got back were just as bad as before. We couldn't eat them due to the amount of sauce; it was sickening.

Cada vez que comemos aquí me encuentro semillas en mi pasión el jalapeño pizza pepperoni no puedo tener el jalapeño de este me ha enviado un correo y un par de veces! No comas allí! ! ! Pesebre era horrible para mí cuando me enfrentado a ella, y también tenía en mí como un miembro del público, espero que hace apagar pronto!

Por dónde empezar. . . Después de una hora de espera, me registré mi Dominos app para ver cómo mi pedido progrese, a mi incredulidad dice que mi pedido había sido entregado! Yo continué mi anillo dominó local (carretera de la estación, Taunton) en donde tuve mi orden. Hable con una señorita que me dijo que mi pedido era para la entrega y que habían sido tener fallos con muchas personas app diciendo que sus órdenes habían sido 'delivered' antes de que en realidad había recibido. Pasó a decirme que mi pedido era de hecho todavía en el camino, así que dije gracias por la explicación y adiós. Tiempo después continuó pase y 1 hora y 15 minutos me decidí llamar de vuelta como estaba preocupado de que el paradero de mi pedido ya que vivo A 10 minutos de la tienda. Me dieron a otra chica, preguntó de nuevo el estado de mi pedido, punto en el que me dijeron que era todavía para ser enviados o hechos y debe haber algún tipo de confusión. Intentamos preguntar por qué me dijeron que mi pedido estaba fuera de entrega y ella contestó que no tenía idea por el hecho de que ella había empezado a su turno, que hizo con un swift" gracias, adiós" me corte de frase. Debido a la manera grosera la llamada terminó me llamó de inmediato volver a averiguar si debido al contratiempo claramente por la falta de comunicación entre el personal de la estación de Taunton, si estaba titulado Dominos para nada gratuitas o de algún tipo de descuento debido a su negligencia, me dijeron "no" y de nuevo colgó. Ahora en total incredulidad en cómo el servicio ha sido grosero me llamó una vez más para pedir si me pueden hablar con el gerente sobre mi experiencia, increíblemente el desagradable señora que previamente hablado demasiado era un gerente! ! Pasó a decirme que mi pizza estaba ahora en el horno y estaría conmigo en breve. Después de lo que ahora estaba casi 2 horas de espera y los problemas de este fiasco me después del punto de querer dijo Dominos. Pasé el próximo 5 minutos sentado en mi puerta esperando el conductor de la entrega. . . Por último, un anciano caballero, en los 10 metros de la carretera a mi puerta él consigue caminar directamente al otro lado de mi jardín vecinos y mutter unas pocas palabras antes de despegar. En segundo lugar que mi llamado queso barbacoa rellenas corteza, que había pagado extra por era de hecho a un queso sin corteza rellenos de la salsa barbacoa a mi tremenda decepción. En tercer lugar había queso negro quemado frágil alrededor del borde de la pizza, quizás, de la corteza de peluche. No soy alguien que normalmente voy haciendo un alboroto sobre cosas, pero incluso para mí la completa todo servicio que recibí era terrible y después de muchos años de pedir sin duda pensando dos veces antes de la próxima vez que la orden de Dominos.

Gastar mejor de una hora en Dominos no es mi idea de una buena noche. La primera era el tamaño equivocado pizzas y frío ya que había sido preparada por algún tiempo antes nos preguntaron a recoger. Otras personas también tenían el mismo problema. Cuando llegamos a casa, nuestras pizzas eran poco hecha y la mía no se parecía a lo que pedí. Fuimos en la papelera y tuve un sándwich de queso. Gracias Dominos.

It's a shame that a profitable multinational company cannot provide independent wheelchair access. A Bell to press outside to request the ramp to be placed in position is a very sad reflection of our society. You really should do better for all community.

Ordered a variety of pizzas and sides for 7 people For a start the pizza was late 1 Side did not arrive, 1 pizza had been stored sideways so the topping had slide off the pizza and into the box and 1 Pizza barely had any topping on it. Phoned the store - solidly for 10 minutes - no answer Tweeted my disappointment, was told to phone the store or complete the online complaint form Phoned the store for another 5 minutes Gave up, completed the complaint form. Almost 20 minutes after receiving the pizza we gave up hope of hearing from either their head office or the branch and - by now being very hungry - ate the pizza. 35 minutes later I received an email saying that in order to resolve the issue I needed to... PHONE THE STORE... to ask them to collect the pizza (which we'd by then eaten) so that they could refund me - there would be no refund (either full or partial) without them collecting the pizzas. At that point I gave up - sent an email detailing my disappointment (to which I never had a response) and resolved to Order Papa John's next time...

Unfortunately they get the order wrong on more than 50% of occasions, to the point that we're now pleasantly surprised if we get what we ordered. Customer service is very poor - staff are defensive and getting the correct items delivered to you/getting a refund is much more of a challenge than it ought to be. Would not recommend.

My partner and I ordered a pizza from Domino's on a Sunday evening, we aren't great pizza eaters, but you know those times when you've been out for the day and get home feeling a bit tired and lazy, all you want to do is relax with a glass of wine and just eat something but can't be bothered to cook, well between us we had an amazing brainwave to order a pizza, we looked at the online menu and plumped for one of the Italian range, 'The Roma' which was a veggie option which was goats cheese, cherry tomatoes etc. So anyway we phoned up and placed our order, the very polite young man said that it would be between 20 to 40 mins, we were OK with that. Exactly 20 minutes later it arrives, to be honest with you I wasn't expecting much, as someone else said in their review 'It's Domino's' a corporate giant not renowned for customer service etc etc. Anyway we opened up the box and there was the Roma in all its glory with a separate tub of fresh and I mean FRESH rocket and a little bottle of sweet chilli, so we lobbed on the rocket and sprinkled on the chill sauce and started stuffing our faces, we were absolutely shocked, Stunned, I even had to pick her who must be obeyed off the floor and administrative smelling salts, it was a fantastic taste and experience, still can't believe it now! We will try them again and report back with an update to see if we just got lucky.

Absolutely useless, order at 7.15, rang them at 8.15 to be told it was on its way to then ring again at 8.35 to be told the order is gonna be re done. It arrived at 8.45 with part of the order missing and the food not cooked properly, safe to say its all gone in the bin. No apologises what so ever.

reviewed this before and yet again absolutely dreadful, ordered a couple of pizzas mine was not good hardly any topping and my partners pizza was absolutely disgusting she ordered garlic sauce and they didn't put any on when we phoned up to complain staff on the phone were obnoxious and argumentative again saying we were wrong i personally dont like garlic and i tried the alleged garlic pizza it had no garlic whatsoever so we definately were not wrong regardless after 1bout 10 minutes of general rudeness and arguing from staff on phone they agreed to send replacement pizza this arrived 58 minutes later which after a 40 minute wait on a midweek quiet night is unacceptable another marginally better pizza arrived lukewarm with not so much as an apology shameful treatment from the staff of this place and the poor quality food, never again .......
