If you want pizza go somewhere that actually serves it. 9pm on a Tuesday isn't a close time. Like I said if you want pizza then look for a pizza place that actually sells ot when people need it

I've been getting pizza from these guys since 2018 and they're consistently great. If you like cheesy, perfectly cooked peesha, give this place a go honestly. Food always arrives on time (when I order through the website, phone or just eat) and it's always that hot I have to leave it uncovered for 5 mins. Occasionally, ingredients, suppliers etc change. This happens everywhere but overall consistency has been great. That said, they have changed their BBQ pizza sauce so this will be my last order for a little while. Nothing against it or them - just tomato bases on pizza don't turn me on like BBQ ones do and the last one slapped! :) Chicken strips and nugs are also incredible. Chips always great (cheesy chips hit and miss however) But yeah, I love this place. :)

Giving this 4 stars specifically because of the Pepperoni Passion with the garlic dip. The chicken is also good.

Was a bang tidy meal, highly impressed all hot and didn't take long to arrive. Would of gave 5 stars but unfortunately ordered a chicken burger and received a quarter pounder instead...

Worst Service Ever. They charge you more also.

Normally food is great here and pizza arrives fast and hot. This time over 70mins and nothing. Called up and got told to wait at least another 30 mins. Went somewhere else

Got to be the worst piza I've ever had topping just slid off the base and the base was like a wet dough even had a replacement sent back out but that was just as bad defo won't be ordering from there again

Ordered via Uber Eats, was originally estimated between 15 and 35 minutes. Food arrived very late over an hour later, no communication about this and with rude service from driver. The food itself was decent.

After a busy day at work,I decided to order from pizza hot, I also enjoy ordering from them but this time instead of ordering just a pizza I also ordered chicken wings, it arrived on time but when I opened up my chicken wings,they were burnt, totally black like they'd been in the oven for 2 hours. Will never be ordering from pizza hot again, very disappointed.

The pizzas can be seen being made fresh and it really shines through in the taste, as the pizzas certainly taste incredibly fresh. Definitely flavoursome; I personally had the vegetable pizza, which also has jalapeños on. I'd highly recommend the pizzas from Pizza Hot; the pizzas there are great value as well, £6.99 for a large pizza when collected. 5 out of 5, without a doubt. Awful. Made my order through Uber eats, and never arrived. 2 hours waiting. I didn't have the house number on the address on Uber, but I've ordered from other places before with their own delivery staff and they always called me or message me to know my house number. This one's didn't even bothered to call, 1hour later I had to call asking why it was taking so long and they say I hadn't a house number so they didn't delivered... I was like ''what about calling?' '. Then they said 20 min will be delivered. 40 min after still nothing, called again and they said sorry and that in 10 min the food would be in my door. Nothing arrived. I just ordered 2 wraps.... Impressive. Never ordering from here again. Awful awful awful. Heard good things about their food, but the service, horrible, not even honest at all.

Placed an order on just eat which wasn't confirmed. Called them and they said they couldn't find the order. Then when we were put on hold they cancelled the order and now aren't taking any orders. Appalling way to run a business. Will never go there again.

Absolutely terrible been waiting for 3 hours for them to bring my order after they bought the wrong one in the first place they are happy to take your money but not to rectify a mistake it’s a joke terrible service will never use again and would advise people not to go here as they only care about taking your money and not delivering a even slightly good service.

Buy far the best pizza in town kicks dominoes and pizza huts ass never greasy at all always full of flavour always delivered on time and if they forget anything off the order they go straight back to get the missing stuff with in minutes unlike delivery who just tell you to sod off. Will never order pizza from anyone else in town now keep up the good work this my secound pizza two nights running now and very tasty and good service

It would be minus if I could the meal turned up over an hour early the wife wasn't home from work When I rang up to complain I was told they don't look at delivery times

I have just visited this place. I asked for chicken stripers and cheesy beans. I payed £7.50. After paying I looked at the menu and it added up to £6.50. I approached the counter and asked why I was charged the pound extra. They said they had updated the menu. I replied you have to charge what you advertise. At which point a man comes over and says give his money back he can go to dominoes. I replied no I just want to be charged right. He says no f*"k off to dominoes and pay their prices. Discusting behaviour.

We had a large chicken feast. It was a nice surprise to get a dip with the pizza. The pizza was tasty and I'd have given 4 stars but for an unexpected super spicy bit. The wait time was surprisingly little.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Unless you want your pizza swimming in grease. I ordered a large BBQ Pizza from here and I ate 2 slices, by far the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. They changed my order at the last minute so that i didn't get my order at the offer price through Uber. I cancelled the entire order. They still took my money. I now have to try and claim it back. Avoid!!!

Poor cheap puree, empty unfilling base, selection of topping lacking compared to anywhere else,claim to have cheapest price, but you can get a single pizza at dominos for the same price and its bigger! kebab shop pizzas are alot more tastier, filling and do much more toppings than this restaurant provides. I also waited an extra 20 mins in store with my daughter as when we arrived our order hadn't even been cooked!, Not bad food I guess if you are a simple person or a pizza noob. But that's not me so it gets my lowest rank. And I'm won't be giving it the opportunity to improve on this either. An aldi frozen pizza will save you £6 at least and possibly tastes no different. And that is my honest opinion. To me this was very poor.

Pizza&garlic bread was delicious and the staff was very friendly also didn't charge me any extra for extra topping on my pizza.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE! I ordered a pizza and 2 drinks, 2 hours later I’m still on the phone with the delivery driver! After waiting 1 hour I get a phone call from one delivery driver, I gave him simple instructions on how to find my flat. After 30 minuets I still was yet to receive my order. After trying to ringing them multiple times only to be hung up on, finally I get a call from a second delivery driver (who claims to be the owner)! After yet again giving simple instructions on how to find my flat, he tells me to cancel my order because the order is “dodgy”! Bare in mind I ordered a PIZZA and 2 cans of coke!! He goes on to say “ I could contact the police because this order is dodgy” VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Safe to say I will never be ordering from this “Food Establishment”!!!

The service is shocking. Ordered food at 8pm, was told it would be delivered at 9:10pm. 10pm came, still no food. Had to leave my friends house so called to cancel and get refund whilst in the driveway of my friends house. Was told i could not have a refund as food was here (no delivery man in sight) After asking several times to cancel and refund my order i was told no. Staff were rude and abrupt and not nice in the slightest. I could hear the gentleman on the phone talking to someone in the back and the person in the back was shouting and i could hear him being rude. Still was not allowed a refund after being on the phone to them for 10 minutes. Was told to contact Just Eat so did and got a full refund with no hassle from them whatsoever. I received a phone call 15 minutes after leaving my friends house saying the pizza had arrived, and when i told them i didnt want it because i had left, he was rude to me on the phone so i hung up. Will never order from Pizza Hot again.

Compared to the other outlets in the area this has to be the cleanest kitchen I've seen. They have been in business over a year but the kitchen looks like it was installed yesterday. Well done chaps!

I spent 30 pounds on the blandest pizzas and chips in the south west the chips where soggy and the pizza had no flavour. You know it’s bad when you spend 10 pounds on a pizza and the ones down the co-op for 3 pounds tastes better.

Very good pizza and very good value for money (especially for the pizzas with a lot of toppings), will be coming back again.

So much better than the argumentative Papa Johns / Dominos of the world, just fairly priced really hot, quickly prepared pizza by friendly staff. Definitely going back here again..
