We did not get halloumi fries but potatoes.

Went in to order some food and the staff took a while to serve me. The food was good to be fair however the cleanliness of the store needs a look at. Their customer area is definitely neglected and the door to their kitchen was open so anybody could walk in. I didn’t see the one staff member working instore wash his hands and the delivery driver that cut my order definitely didn’t and nor did he have an apron on. They made my order on top of an open cardboard box on their makeline for some reason. They are definitely short staffed as one team member in to make the orders, serve front counter and cut the orders once baked is definitely not enough so fair play to the one guy in there (I didn’t catch his name). I overheard that a customer came in to collect their order because they didn’t have enough drivers on to do deliveries. I’m not sure if it was on but it looks like the heat rack where they store their waiting orders was not on however my food was hot. Some of the products I had ordered were not in stock unfortunately, which does happen everywhere but it was a shame as I was looking to try something new. Staff in there were lovely however - higher management at Papa Johns should probabaly look into this store to make sure basic food safety standards are being maintained on shift and that the store is kept clean - I’m sure they’d regret neglecting this store if someone was to walk into the door to the kitchen that was left unlocked and steal from the store! Complete respect to the one person in store though, definitely looked like the odds were against him this evening so fair play for doing as best he could with what he had!

Ordered for 7.15 finally turned up 8.15 & barely warm wont use again

order was supposed to be between 19.10 and 19.30. it didnt turn up until 20.15. I rang up 3 times but the guy on the phone said no drivers. when the pizza turned up it was cold and chewy. We really like papa Johns, but this was by far the worst pizza weve had from them.

My last order from Papa John's. Made an order for delivery. The first issue was that it took well over a hour to be delivered thus the food was tepid the tracker showed that it had been cooked and was sitting at the store for quite a while. The worst thing is I ordered a potato tots and nuggets combo box at £10.99 for my toddler. When it arrived there were no nuggets to be seen. They had run out of stock so replaced them with a small amout of cooked chicken. As you can imagine my tiddler wasn't best pleased. I can't understand why you wouldn't call a customer to see if there is something other they would like if you are out of stock. After calling to complain I'm told that they can't offer a partial refund and that they will get a manager to call me. Sadly this call has not happened. Very poor customer service!

Was given a wrong side that wasdnt even cooked then told too bad and no refund once i complained.

Order my food turned up on time but the only problem was the sent a small ice cream rather than the big one I had ordered. When I rang then they said there would send another one but after thre more phone calls and over four hours of waiting still nothing. May only be a few £ different but how many times have they done it to other people think trading standards will be informed.

Excellent food & service. I always collect my orders here in person, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Now on to the food itself: excellent! Very nice pizzas, especially the Cheesy Bites crust . I love their delicious pepperoni deep pan, they do a nice Garden party which is always filled with lots of toppings, and the hotter veggie piza. The side orders are nice such as the cheesy garlic sticks and the chicken poppers.

Food is really delicious and everything is fresh i suggest to all visit it and enjoy tasty food

Terrible customer service. Ordered and then got an email to tell us there was a problem with our order, called the store as advised to be told all was okay, it's in the oven and it will be with us in 15mins. An hour later, no delivery. Called again to be told it's been cancelled. No call from them despite providing our number in the first call. Appalling customer service.

over an hour late, lied to by the restaurant 3 times over an hour and a half period. got angry. food arrived then. wrong order. response was we will credit you for the next time you order. as if? never again!! appalling.

unimpressed , arriving cold the overall quality did not make up for it, I would have enjoyed a cheese and ketchup sandwich more

We never received our order but we have still been charged

The wait was horrendous.We had to wait for 20-25 minutes not because they were busy but they were just laughing in the kitchen not even doing anything to acknowledge us.

I went at 7.50 approximately this evening. I went in and ordered a small pizza and potato wedges. I was told there were no wedges available. I then waited for my pizza. The staff disappeared out the back. I looked around and noticed that the cooking area was REALLY dirty on the surfaces and on the floor. I was the only customer in there. When one member of staff reappeared, I asked him if my pizza was ready. He gave it to me, without any customer service response and I left. I won't be going there again ! FYI, my friend has just phoned, and apparently wedges ARE available this evening. Shame on them

took over an hour to get to me. then they send a voucher for a free pizza... usabel as along as you spend over £14.99... and even then it doesnt work on the website.

Everybody crazes over pizza but I'm not a great fan of it anyway.. the shop is small and uncomfortable seating area.

Nice chap on the till. I ordered in store, having walked past the sign that said a large pizza for £8.99. Turns out a vegan pizza is £9.99. A bit disappointed with the pizza to say the least. Dough not cooked to start with! Won't be back, just not a nice pizza, a waste of money actually.

I had to send out a search party to try and find any ham and pineapple on the toppings. inadequate. 6 small pieces of pineapple and similar ham. Very poor topping quantity. I won’t be ordering again from this vendor

They just cancelled it. Never told me till I phoned up when it was 30 mins late. Then they told me it was cancelled because they were short on drivers. Avoid

Quality of pizza is much better when I tried recently compared to what I had few months ago in this store. I hope they maintain the same quality in future.

Cheesy jalapeño bites were actually potato tots with a small amount of cheese and a tiny sprinkle of jalapeños. I ordered ice cream but was given a cookie because they ran out. They forgot my tango, lucky the driver had a spare 7up in the car. I requested they knock the door instead of use the doorbell, but they used the doorbell.

A little expensive, pizza was nice and a good change from dominoes though more cheese than any other toppings. They also mixed up our sides and we got the completely wrong ones but as we collected we didn't feel we could say anything. A nice change but maybe not again

Ordered 2 hours in advance. Need it to chase it 20 minutes after scheduled delivery time. Store manager was offered me a free side after my complaint. Of course tracking system was saying my order was delivered long time ago. At the end hour later I was received same pizzas, both burned and probably reheated in this hour, I can't see other option for burn it so hard. Absolutely rubbish, avoid it!

Delivery was good - but of the four components that make a pizza two were distinctly lacking! Plenty of bread and sauce accompanied by so little cheese and topping I had to double check to make sure I had ordered the right thing. Will not be returning unfortunately.

Ordered a large ‘all the meats’ for dinner time delivery. When it arrived, there was so little topping that some of the slices were just sauce & cheese. When I called to complain, I was told they were too busy to deal with me & when I phone to order next time, they’ll give me money off. It’s ok thanks, I’d rather have a decent dinner than a cheep dinner & wont be ordering again.

Absolutely gone down hill love a pappa John's but not this store!!!, my son found a piece of blue rubber glove in his pizza!, customer services did nothing to compensate this shame but are give it a couple of years before ordering again from this store.

Shocking service and shocking pizza. Waited over a hour and a half. Tried many times to call the store only for my call to be rejected multiple times. Pizza finally arrived stone cold, half sliced and absolutely disgusting. Still no answer from the store.

I can't begin to tell you how bad this place is.... there are plenty of takeaways nearby.... just take my word for it and go elsewhere 💯... the staff are equally as bad as the food.... AVOID AVOID AVOID

It’s been an 1 hour and 20 mins and is till haven’t received my food

The pizza is always fine, but the delivery service is shocking. Even if you order when they open at 11am, expect to be waiting up to 90 minutes for your food. The evenings are even worse, and the tracking? Completely useless (and it conveniently says your food has arrived 20 minutes before it really does to avoid them having to send out apology emails with discount codes for future orders). Papa John's needs to get new management in this store ASAP.

Order came and it was wrong, called the store and they replied ‘ we’re busy, closing soon, bye ‘ then hung up. I called back x3 times, no answer. Rude staff and complete waste of money.

Came on time, but both Phillys were cold by the time, had to microwave them, really tasty. Forgot my Pepsi cherry so would have gaven more positive reviews but disappointed this time

Really disappointed- ordered on just eat and although it arrived on time I was quite disappointed that my Pepsi cherry wasn’t there and the 2 phillys I ordered for me and my boyfriend were cold, had to heat up in microwave. Tasted delicious but I think Glastonbury papa johns do it better

What an absolute shocker of a Pizza. We placed an order by phone and collected our pizza from east reach. Got home to find our Hawaiian pizza was largely bare. Most of the pizza had no or very little topping the micro Ham was barely viable and hardly any cheese. It had been over cooked, largely because of the lack of topping and was on tasting very chewy. Are once a week treat night was not a treat. So disappointed that I returned to the East Reach store to voice my frustration at such a poor example, The guy working there agreed it was indeed a poor example and phoned his manager and also sent a picture. The manager flat refused to refund me. I was shocked as was the guy who was on shift. I don’t suppose head office will care as there are obviously plenty more people out there to forget 1 customer but I won’t be going back and I would warn anyone I was with to avoid as there are plenty of other pizza places in town.

Extremely unhappy about this order. It was late beyond acceptance. I called them after they sent a message saying the delivery boy had left. Since he had not arrived I called them and was told-1. the boy went to the wrong address 2. the system did not give the order so had to be placed manually 3. we are very busy today and there are few delivery boys. 3 different reasons and he hung up on me. Then the order arrived at 7.40. pm. The pizzas were horribly soggy and cold. Please issue a full refund or a credit immediately.

Always enjoyed papa John's in Taunton,ordered the works which arrived with no pepperoni on it and it was cold.Payed over £20 for something that was not what we ordered and will not be ordering again.Qe always use papa John's even though we live across the road from Domino's but we will start using Domino's in the future.

Pizza was ok...ish, I've had better but the chocolate scrolls was vile and looked nothing like the photo. I won't be ordering from here again. Poor communication as well didn't know my order was on its way.
