Came in shop tonight paid for delivery to TA26DD kebabs awful never had them like this from you very disappointed

Food was disappointing from previous visits , chips are coated in a paprika seasoning but this is not stated on the menu !

Best kebab/ takeaway we've had in ages! Currently staying in the hotel inn express and ordered last night and was the best! Will be ordering again this evening was that good!

Best Doner in Town, No doubt. They make everything fresh.

Don’t bother with this place! Phone Order never arrived. When phoned 3 times they kept telling me order would be with us in 5 mins and 2 hours later nothing!

Crystal kebabs are so nice the driver that delivered was lovely ,food is very tasty and kebab meat nice and thin which we ask for and they always do ,will not be going anywhere else .

It was a perfect experience 4 me. THank you guys ♥️

waited over 2 hours for delivery just to get wrong order, was told to wait another 40 mins or to re order again , staff was rude when telling them about wrong order and food was stone cold when received

Haven’t received the food and driver had click delivered now ignoring the phones sort ur drivers and deliveries out. Staff were gave refund and was told to reorder instead of being brung the right order never ordering here again

Having worked til very late Crystal were the only place open where I could quickly get some food and settle down for the night, they delivered in the early hours of the morning and much appreciate it! The kebab was great and just what I needed.

Awful customer service. Walked past crystal kebab with their doors wide open staying “open”, my friend was served first with the member of staff serving huffing and puffing. After her order I was told off for not telling my order earlier as he wanted to shut… in a very rude tone this man told me I was lucky to have been served. I appreciate it was his closing time, however when we arrived the shop was still open, and food still being served. I was paying separate to my friend so why would I order at the same time if not asked? If we had politely been told they had been shut we would have happily walked away! Crystal kebabs would do well to appreciate that most other towns around the country have many fast food shops open to the early hours of the morning, they are one of the only places in Taunton to follow this precedent however still finish significantly earlier than most. They would do well to appreciate customer service… and that this world unfortunately relies on working to the end of your shift !! Will not be returning and will spread the word. Maybe consider a new job mate?

Popped in this evening before going out,waited 20 minutes to be served,warm meat lettuce wet,only two sauces of which is dreadful for a kebab shop....no taste at all to it ...and what we got was dreadfully high...def not going back again..one member of staff even asked my friend to stop talking to him.ok your business might rely on outside orders but don't ignore your customers who come in.putting this on Facebook

Ordered a mega burger, cheeseburger and 2 cans of coke. Ordered this at 7:35pm and did not arrive until 10pm!! Food was cold and I refused to pay. 2 hours to cook 2 burgers? Complete joke. I used to buy your kebabs regularly but I certainly won’t be buying from them again! £20 it would have costed!! For 2 freezing cold burgers??🤣🤣 I can get a warm cooked chicken in sainsburys for less than that. Ridiculous

3/4 orders most weeks! Complaint because pizza cold to be called a liar! U seriously need to sort your lack of customer service out! How many orders have I placed? Never again. I will be in to see you! Call me a liar to my face! Any complaint is a lie, you hang up & don't answer! See you tomorrow u mug!

Not cooking properly rubbish food

Wife ordered an extra large donner to share after work, no red cabbage and was charged £9. Opening after returning home we were met with very little meat which was infact in lower proportion to bread and white cabbage, over all a very overpriced disappointing takeaway and will not be buying from there again.

I had chicken Shish kebab tonight, first bit meat okay, second bit tasted funny, only to open uk all the chicken pieces to find it under cooked and pink. I have taken picture of the meat in the dish it served in. Shocked. Just glad it was only be who had 1 1/2 pieces and not my kids. Never again.

Not impressed took over an hour to get here , driver said had wrong postcode yet receipt that I kept had correct postcode on it, was stone code wen I ate , so most of it ended up in the bin ,

Bottle of drink missing, garlic bread..well a baguette with cheese on....burnt. Won’t be returning

Had my order delivered , it arrived on time and was very hot when it arrived . Excellent service . Lovely tasty food at an excellent price . They have a wide range on the menu to cater to everyone’s taste and also have some good deals on . Highly recommend .

We have been loyal and regular customers of crystal kebabs for some time and have ordered through just eat. So imagine our surprise when we tried to order this week to find that we are suddenly "too far away"??!! Is this the decision of the establishment or the fault of the delivery company?? Very disappointed.....

Rubbish food no good at all terriers takeaway delivery

Crystal Kababs more like Moth Kababs. I came in to the shop with my 9 year old for them to point out the swarm of moths in the top of the shop, I then went into further investigation to see that cockroaches was having a pool party in the sheesh kebabs at the front. But at least it’s better than pizza hot down the road, but I still rather go down to Wuhan in China to have a picnic at the market.

Agreed for pepperoni and said it was not pork at the end. Next question was do I want to cancel the order with no negotiation!!!

If you want to spend £20, wait up until 3am (as advised for your delivery slot), never have your food arrive so you dont eat that night, and then be refused a refund when you raise an issue. Then this is the place to order from.

Really friendly staff, food is good, pizzas are great.

Ordered through just eat, they didn’t include the salad in menu item “chips, salad and pita”. Also half an hour later than the estimated delivery time.

Waited over hour and half for my delivery when i phoned they said 10 mins took another 25 mins to arrive! I asked for salad on kebab lettuce cucumber and onion is what i recieved!

Ordered a burger and chips and chicken wings. Burger and chips were OK. However the chicken wings were not edable. Dried to a crisp. Looked horrific. And wouldn't have even fed them to a dog. Very disappointing

Waited over an hour and half for my food. Called to see where the food was and got spoken to appallingly. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Don’t usually have kebabs but massively impressed. Went for a family deal, any pizza, any kebab, any burger, cheesy garlic bread, nuggets, 2 x chips and a drink! £23.50 delivered. Remembered the photo halfway through and didn’t include the G bread

Good vegetarian options like a hummus kebab. Otherwise just your typical Kebab shop.

Ordered takeaway tonight the cheeseburger with burnt the chips were okay the chicken nuggets were nice the kebab tasted like it was gone off and they forgot the co-floor on the order and it took over half an hour for them to send it I am disgusted and my two sons are feeling sick because of the food

Absolutely incredible. Amazing friendly service. Great atmosphere. And the best kebab in years. By a long way the best in Taunton. I've really struggled to find somewhere good since moving here a year ago. So finally found them and definitely will be back.

Went into there today after work got a large lamb kabab takeaway found it to be very cold almost frozen when I got it home

Just finished the best lamb shish kebab I’ve ever had (and I’ve been around). Great quality wraps/bread, massage portion and perfect cooking.

Today i ordered a burger with blue cheese and mushrooms and chips got a chicken burger instead woth no sauce or salad in just a small piece of frozen chix burger with 2 mushrooms cut up in it the bun was stale and the chips were disgusting big portion but the chips been cooked twice or in dirty oil total shocking for 6 pound been here before never again wrong order can handle but gross food out of order especially the chips

Best Kabab place in Taunton. Very friendly staff. And food is always good there. Parking at rear of shop. Bit tight but it is off road. Some parking near by.

We ordered tea for the family, a kebab each (medium). The kebab was absolutely not medium it was really really small & we were all still hungry after the meal. The pitta bread was cold & the chips too! Avoid!

Good food after night out but bad hygiene witnessed employee pushing down kitchen bin rubbish with hands all the way to the bottom of the bin and then cooking food no hand washing insight!!!! Will not be visiting again.

Jaja para una tienda de kebabs es comida rápida de calidad!
