The best restaurants serving Italian food in Taunton Deane South West

We decided quite late in the morning to go for lunch at the bistro I was a bit worried if there would be availability for us as there was seven of us but we get there at the right time and we all had a fantastic lunch some had full breakfasts some had jacket potatoes all of which was outstanding and the staff once again was amazing x

Fantastic Restaurant! Booked for son’s 18th birthday. Atmosphere was terrific, staff fantastic and take the time to talk to you after the meal. Food is delicious- the chocolate cheesecake is a must! A real hidden gem in Taunton, I need to go more often! Highly recommended 👍🏻

Absolutely lovely . Real home cooked Italian food at its very best . We live near Exeter and would travel up to Little Italy for an Italian meal . A little gem . Well worth a visit Excellent.

Had a delicious meal...we didn't book but was seated right away...staff amazing very attentive....we had pizza and lasagne...was served quick but not too quick..presented lovely ..hot and filling..staff checking throughout our meal if we were OK..lovely cold beers too with a frozen glass bonus...really nice venue to visit relaxed casual day or dress up for the evening...would highly recommend 😀

Disappointing choice of pizza, Leggera Pomodora. Over priced, tasteless, crust overcooked (burnt taste), salad leaves drenched in a dressing and topping really stingy. I wasted 3/4s of it and informed the staff who were nice enough but did nothing! My son (11 years) chose a classic pizza which he enjoyed, but kids don’t eat free when an adult orders a main, unless they choose the kids menu. This wasn’t made clear on the signage! Thank god I got my blue light discount. Had much better experiences in the old days. The quality of food for the price paid is simply not worth it.
