Collected a pizza to take home, superb value and quality, the food is always top class. Wellington is so fortunate to have an Italian of this quality

A girls night to celebrate friends Birthday. Food was good, plates were hot. Wait staff were friendly and helpful, even brought a candle to sing Happy Birthday. Very sweet.

Really been wanting to try this place and I wish I had sooner, looks beautiful and staff were very friendly and the service was superb. The food was absolutely incredible, steak was cooked to perfection and the garlic bread was absolutely huge. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Can't wait to come back again. Best food I have had out in a very long time.

Excellent in every way. Our family enjoyed a fabulous evening meal at Villa Verde. The manger and his staff went out their way to make things right. The food was well presented with great flavour and good-sized portions. My seafood risotto was excellent. We came away feeling very satisfied and if we're ever in Wellington again, we'll be sure to book again.

Absolutely the best restaurant in Wellington. Group of six visited for my birthday. Meet and greet was very friendly. Service and quality of food was first class. Two courses and two drinks each came in at thirty five pounds per head. I have had tirimisu around the world and this was the best. We will definitely return.

Was expecting much more as the photos looked good. Pizza didn’t look like any of the photos. It looked like a factory made base that had been bought in. Lasagne was pretty poor too, not hot in the middle. The replacement was hot but not very good.

We weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised! We shared the antipasti to start: Plenty for 2 to share as a starter, with 3 cured meats, cheese, pickles, olives, artichokes, sundried tomatoes and salad - delicious. We both opted for the seabass for main. All elements were nicely cooked, the lemon butter sauce complemented the dish and the fish was perfectly cooked and with 2 fillets each, the portion was generous. Couldn't manage dessert! The service and atmosphere isn't poncy but is friendly and attentive. We saw lots of lovely pizza and pasta dishes heading to other tables so we'll be back to try these soon!

As always - excellent food - great friendly service - a real bonus to have somewhere so good to eat in Wellington. Lots of vegetarian choices and a really varied menu to choose from.

Both the food and the service were great. The menu is so broad, there’s something to suit all tastes and ages, but this doesn’t compromise the quality and the portions are very generous. I highly recommend this venue for all occasions.
