Amazing!! Brilliant service and delicious food, not one or the other. Risotto was delicious, melt in your mouth. Hoping to come back as soon as I can for family endeavours.

Monica the manager was perfect in making sure our allergies were catered to, all of the staff serving were lovely and friendly

Food was very nice and served promptly. At the end of the meal when we asked for the bill, we were presented with a card machine and told the total. We asked to see the actual bill, as we needed to split it. The waitress (Monika?) tutted, and went to get a printout of the bill. When she returned, the bill was passed to us folded, along with the card machine, giving us little chance to check/read it. It was only when we got home we noticed that an "optional" 10% service charge was surreptitiously added to the bill. At no point did the server even mention this charge, so I fail to see how this was in any way optional. Tips should always be optional, and never added directly to a bill. If the restaurant thinks their servers deserve more, pay them more. I won't be returning.

I have lived in Taunton for ages and am so happy to have finally found Zizzi's. The food was so lovely, the building impressive, atmosphere vibrant (even on a Tuesday) and the staff are so friendly. Rachel made my family feel so welcome. Looking forward to coming again!

Good was fine but service was slow. No one came to ask about sweets/coffee till we went and asked for a waiter, then delivery was so slow I have up and left. I don't know if the problem is staff shortage of poor organisation, but I won't be back.

Lovely restaurant and attentive staff. 9.5/10 Food: 8/10 2 pizzas, prawn starter, Mushroom starter and 2 cocktails. Felt it was abit pricey for our meal £65 and they no longer do NHS/Blue-light discounts which was still okay.

Totally not worth the money. Beef pasta supreme was anything but and looked like sloppy care home food. Butternut salad was tasteless with hard pieces of butternut and the white core of the lettuce/red cabbage.

The food was amazing, the margarita pizza is one do the best I’ve had. I love coming here and or I’m finally making a review, I would definitely recommend.

Nice building but a bit cold and drafty, good service on a weekday lunchtime, good size portions and clean toilets. Quite busy and popular.

The food is of a very good standard and the staff friendly and efficient. It's in a large converted chapel hall so you feel quite small in the large room. There was also an odour in the entrance way on the last couple of occasions that I hope the management are looking into.

Me and my partner had a lovely meal. We both had the pig in blanket bombe which we can definitely recommend. Our server Raquel was fantastic she couldn’t do anymore for us, very friendly.

Visited several times for a family meal. Service and menu good and the place was busy. Found the place to be cold properly because of the high ceilings. No reason not to return.

Great service and friendly staff. Very regularly go 1 a week to eat. Kinga welcome us and always ask same table and knows our drinks order. Very helpful if you want to try something different.

Jack and Monika were very good hosts on a Tuesday afternoon.

We had a good time at Zizi from the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated promptly. All the staff was attentive without being intrusive, Monica who gave us the menu was knowledgeable about the food, gave excellent recommendations, and took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with our choices. The food was very nice, but the service truly made our evening extra enjoyable. Every member of the team seemed to genuinely care about providing top-notch service. I can’t say enough good things about the service, considering the evening got quite busy, We will definitely be coming back.

It's a lovely place to eat with an interesting atmosphere, because of the previous use of the building. There are plenty of choices on the menu, with a lot of options for vegetarians and those that are gluten free. There are also plenty of choices for drinks and pudding. The staff are nice and friendly, and are happy to give you plenty of time to choose. There is no access to a car park on site, but there are spaces nearby.

Regularly use this as a meeting place when going to see my parents. Always friendly, and the food is always good and reasonably priced.
