Pizza Hut in Taunton Deane

These guys are brilliant, every December at our last rugby training session of the year we have a Pizza Night for all of our youth team. I contacted them direct a few days before to discuss quantities, ordered what I actually wanted the day before, the manager gave me a great price deal (30 mixed large pizzas and a gluten free), paid over the phone, scheduled delivery and gave contact details, then true to their word they delivered at the right time, right place and whole team had a great feast! Its the second year running we've used them and think I would never use another now! Pizzas were hot, delicious and none was left!! Thanks guys!

My favourite takeaway pizza, different from other pizza places. I always get the margarita with original crust, It's got gooey stringy cheese with brown bubbles, a soft and puffy yet crusty crust and a garlic dust. I also tried the cheese triangles, they were soft yet crispy with mild cheese. WHAT A TASTE THE PIZZA HAS!!! Pity there aren't many Huts in Somerset and Cornwall and most of the restaurants have gone now

1 star: Bad Updated just now Disgusting treatment of high risk vulnerable customer As a high risk vulnerable customer in lock down, I ordered a delivery at 17:39pm and it’s now 19:14 and I still have no food. I called after an hour and was told it was out for delivery. 30 mins later still no food. Called again to find out I was lied to on the original call. They had not even cooked the food in the first place. I’m still waiting. The staff member Daniel was atrocious telling me he didn’t have time to stand there arguing with me. This is disgusting and totally averse to not only their own customer service charter, but the partnership agreement with the government. And I noticed the prices have all gone up! Livid and bloody starving is an underestimation and that staff member needs firing as he has no awareness of the desperate needs of vulnerable customers in this current climate. Update- 8pm and still no food. Phones again and for the a THIRD time they forgot to cook the order. More lies! Unbelievable. This is the Pizza Hut in Station Road Taunton. Ordered buy one get one free which took an 8 minute conversation and paid over the phone . Delivery man was not told it had been paid. Then opened the pizza to find my £14.95 pizza was just mushroom . Never again

After a long walk,called in for pizza and refreshing beer..... Oh sorry no beer as the manager dosnt have a license to sell alcohol on a Saturday night too when I could really do with a beer!
