Poor food, rubbish customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

Ordered via just eat, took 2 hours to arrive and then when it did the chicken was pink inside. I would not recommend

Amazing food, very clean and friendly service.

They used to be known for their good customer service and fried chicken. It’s a pity the new owners can barely speak English, customer service is appalling zero apologies for messing up orders and a stinking attitude on top! and most of all, their chicken literally smells! Cannot even get an online order correct just imagine them handling a phone order! Their delivery driver has better customer service skills than the owners! And oh yeh he speaks English too!

A halal takeaway, what more can you ask for when you’re visiting for a night only. The beef burgers are juicy and tasty. The other items specially the wraps are large and sumptuous. Must try if you’re in Taunton. They are happy to deliver to your B&B s as well but the instructions should be clear on just eat order

Ordered chicken strips and chips, a basic and easy order for a chicken shop but when I opened it (3 to 4 mins max after being given the food) the chicken was stone cold. I appreciate cost of living is creating hard times for businesses but that chicken must have been cooked and sat around for quite a while. Shame, but I won’t go in again when you can’t get basics right.

Order a takeaway took two hours to arrive after three attempts calling them they said they sent it out then said they sent to wrong place so after waiting two hours the manager delivered told me at the door rather then leave him a bad review he replace for a free takeaway well when I called he went bk on his word said no no the fact they forgotten half the meal was disgusting he then proceeded to tell me they can’t afford a free meal well why did u stand at my door and tell us or shall we say begged us not to leave bad review well matey i am ur nothing but a lair to customers u definitely can’t keep to tracking or timing and then to give me a use on the phone absolutely shocking

Brought chicken and chips was Luke warm and not nice I liked zaza chicken before but would not buy again shocking

Sorry guys but you seemed very friendly but your food was very poor. Very cheap tasting and flavourless chicken despite asking for hot. Wings tasteless and no texture tasted processed….chips very soggy and undercooked. Recently moved from Reading where we were spoiled for quality takeaways maybe you should pay a visit . A shame

We would normally have a delivery but it's much quicker if you go in to order.

The amount of Platter 2 was actually for 3 persons. Not 2. 😂😂😂 The taste is good as well. Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusted!!!!! Was almost 30mins late delivering. Food missing from order, and when I phoned to complain, too busy to send out missing food and no authority to refund money now due!!!! And they kept hanging up on me....😡😡

Absolutely 100% amazing had an order of £80 and everything was spot on as it should be quick delivery and thanks for the free drinks

Without doubt the most amazing takeaway in Taunton! Nothing is ever too much hassle for these guys! The owner is very friendly and always makes you feel welcome! The only place I will ever go for chicken in Taunton! 1000% recommend guys!

Absolutely AMAZING food!! Best takeaway we’ve had in a long time, what a lovely treat! The beef burgers are soo delicious, and obviously cooked fresh! And the chicken burgers were massive! And you can’t go wrong with cheesy chips, yet somehow they managed to make theirs even tastier than usual?! Not only is the food great, but they gave us a free pot of hummus and pitta! Then they brought it all out to our vehicle to consider social distancing rules. Highly recommend!

Fast service amazing food my partner who is fussy loved the chicken burger and chips. I like spice so had the spicy fries with cheese again did not disappoint chips were still fresh and crisp. And quick delivery of just 27 minutes. Even when busy these guys get your order out on time. Highly recommended by me and my partner. Thanks zaza

That chicken was so boney, My stomachs turning this morning after eating from here last night, what a waste of £20. Took over an hour to get here just to make my partner sick.

The piri piri chicken is awesome, marinated very well grilled to perfection. Try the chicken tikka wrap!!! Great portion and salad and rice is very fresh. Tried varied dishes on the menu and never disappointed.

Really not up to standard in both the food and service. I got some takeaway last night 27/01, and I was shocked at the quality of the customer service. The guy taking my order had no idea of what he was doing, he clearly wasn't familiar with the menu, he interrupted my order 3 times to talk/shout with other staff, then at some point it was another guy from the kitchen taking my order which was extremely difficult has he didn't speak a word of english all this whilst the "main guy" was doing something else and in the end he even forgot to give me the dips included in the deal. I don't expect a 5* customer service from these places but at least prioritise taking an order and making sure that it is correct to talking with the staff I'm sure they can wait 30 secs. Regarding the food, the rice was disgusting I wasn't even sure if it was rice or couscous and after a mouthfull went straight to the bin. The chicken was bland I had order lemon and herb and It tasted of nothing, it was also undercooked in some bits. The peri fries were decent but not decent enough to save the whole thing. All and all, I surely won't be coming back. I will advise people to try it at their own peril but there are much better places out there, these guys are oblivious to industry standards and have no idea of what they are doing.
