Poor food, rubbish customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

I can’t think of a better way to describe the princess royal. Chris and Claire are the best. They’re kind, welcoming and great people. The pub itself is warm and cozy situated just outside of Taunton high street so not much road noise and they have so many bands play on a Saturday night! Their Sunday night quiz is brilliant. I can’t think of a better place to spend my evenings!

My friend ordered a pepsi max, the whole glass was full of ice, he took it back to ask for a new drink as he had more ice then drink, then the bar manager rudely told him no and said that's how they were trained.... I've been to many spoons and it's a first so either make it properly or fine a new occupation

I was in at 11 today Saturday 29th and there was 3 members of staff just stood doing nothing but you could hear another out the back working. And saw one staff member sat on a work service. This is not good enough. This is the Taunton tesco

Nice location but service was slow , and food was cold and unappetising. Coffee was luke warm . They are aiming at quantity rather than quality. Manageress was very apologetic.
