Poor food, rubbish customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

Decent food service was good only problem was there was a substantial amount of ice in my glass so one mouthful and my Pepsi was gone

I can’t think of a better way to describe the princess royal. Chris and Claire are the best. They’re kind, welcoming and great people. The pub itself is warm and cozy situated just outside of Taunton high street so not much road noise and they have so many bands play on a Saturday night! Their Sunday night quiz is brilliant. I can’t think of a better place to spend my evenings!

Food arrived hot and on time. The delivery driver was good and called me to note his arrival.

Had a long wait for soup , poke bowl and cheesecake 50min wait. The new glass area is very hot and needs shade . Staff are lovely, food was good when it do come ,after asking about it twice.
