I placed order online today 1 hour ago. I haven’t received my order so I called store I been informed that driver waited for 15mins but no one was at my door even I mentioned to call on arrival no buddy called. After I received my food NACHOS WERE BURNT. I complained to manager I said I want my to be replaced he REFUSED ON MY FACE. Disgusting management. We spend money to have our meals not for attitude behaviour. Kindly change management n proved better food service. And also driver informed that he is bored from his job.

I ordered Texas bbq pizza today (30/05/2024 8pm). It was not properly cooked and all vegetables simply spread in pizza and very less bbq sauce.

Efficient and pizzas still hot after 10 mile trip

Excellent service, ordered 2 ice creams in a delivery and they sadly got forgotten, gave the store a call and a polite lad picked up, within the next 3 minutes we got our ice cream.

I wasn't happy with the topping, considering how much domino's cost.

Some days one bbq texas medium pizza and a botlhe coast around 12 pounds another day 24 pounds and exatcly the same pizza and botle same size ....

We bought a veggie supreme pizza from the store but we noticed they didn’t put mushroom on it. They wanted to return the pizza even we used 3 slices and they didn’t changed the pizza even its there mistake . Poor Customer service .

Hour late not the large sauce I ordered and meal cold first time I had ever ordered really gutted

Awful experience, one pizza cold, one hot but 30mins late. The staff member was very rude when questioned about the mistake. Don't use this branch, not worth the stress !!

Rider didn't bother looking for the address, just parked in a car park and asked us to meet him. Pizza was of poor quality, also barely warm. Store made it clear that they don't care and won't be doing anything about it. Luckily there is a lot of choice when it comes to fast food in Taunton, won't bother with this store again. Your loss!

Awful! The Double Decadent was as decadent as a Cream Cracker. I think they showed it the sauce and as their policy is that I should have complained to the manager that night customer service was not interested. Rubbish Pizza, rubbish service!

I use this place regularly and today I was very disappointed to be greeted eventually by a rude member of staff that treated me like an inconvenience, my food which was at status ready was left out of the pizza oven uncovered but not boxed and later I discovered was cold. I was told that I wouldn't be given a dip and I would have to pay for one when the pizza box has a cut out for a dip I would expect one. I questioned this and was told a dip is never free although when I came in last week 1 was free. Very rude and disappointed.

Poor,pizza base lashings of tomato base so acidic it was ineffable. Very poor.

Really nice, got a deal so was a fair price (buy one get one free) really good quality and was fast to come out the kitchen (we went old school and bought it in the shop) really nice staff... The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they don't do hot dog stuffed crust which many pizza places do now and its gorgeous. But all in all, lovely food

Seriously how hard is it to not mess the order up! Margareta with pineapple!! Then you have the cheek to leave my pizza on side for 15 minutes while you recook one leaving other to get soggy! Its a joke then u offer to recook them which I accept but me again sat outside during covid because you mess up no compensation offered its a joke will be using station road from now on!

Brilliant pizzas. Great value for money when using deals! Very pleased its still open and catering for all these that cant go out shopping currently! Also, loving their involvement in feeding our NHS, and doing free pizzas for the hospital staff in Taunton!

What can I say? It's a Domino's, you know what you're getting. Is it clean? Yes. Do the toppings get placed in the right places? You bet. Hard to screw up being a Domino's really. Had pizza, was tasty. 5/5.

First time at Dominos in East Reach and it was poor. We had a voucher from another store that they refused to honour. We ordered two pizzas and the toppings were so poor it was difficult to work out which pizza was which! Then on top of that they were verging on cold..I will not be returning.

It may be a Domino's, but different pizzeria's differ in quality, this one however is quite good. Out of the two in Taunton, this is the one I always choose, the food is always what I ordered, even though I have quite complicated orders, this isn't always the case with other Domino's takeaways. The flavours are always nice and I enjoy my food from here. The only issues I have is that the toppings are generally just out around the edge and the middles often feel bare and if you go into the store instead of ordering for delivery the staff always seem to be messing around, not acting very professionally, but I can overlook this as i still enjoy eating the food. Lastly delivery from this store is alway prompt and the drivers polite and pleasant, I don't mind giving a little tip from time to time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We placed an order last Friday at 16.00 to be delivered at 20.00 - we then had a call at 20.10pm telling us they had run out of Catalan Chicken so couldn't give us our order. No real apology just wanted to know what other one I wanted instead. My 'second choice' finally arrived at 20.30 - half an hour late! When I complained a second time the chap was more understanding and said he would add a free pizza on my account for next time as an apology. Tried to order tonight and was told that they 'do not give free pizzas' and I should have been offered free sides last week. Well I wasn't!! The supposed manager Rob was very curt and said he would offer 25% off. What a slap in the face when you can get more discount than that online anyway. If this is how they do business, its no wonder they get so many bad google reviews. Dominos, you need to get your staff and your manager on a training course!! Fast!!!! PaPa Johns tastes way better anyway......... (I am now converted!!)

The delivery said it would be 45 minutes but arrived shortly after 20 minutes this was an inconvenience as I was balls deep in my wife at the time. Nonetheless the food was superb!

It's a Dominos. What more is there to say, they have corporate standards and the staff are trained in them. Like any chain you get the occasional oddball staff which I am lucky not to have seen here.

Best store in town great friendly team would highly recommend

Ordered a pizza and was told 20 minutes 40 minutes later still no pizza, fell asleep and they tried to deliver it some 50 minutes later. Paid on my credit card and fighting to get a refund only to be answered by an arrogant person. Will not admit any wrong doing even tho they turned up way past there closing time. I will never order from these again. Credit card company despute is the only solution.

Food was good, but we ordered a deal to collect the app said it was ready to collect but when we got there they were missing one of our pizzas and we had to wait nearly 10 mins b4 it was ready

shocking i odered online for collection. i arrived and saw my name on the screen.1 minute it said. 54 minutes it took to get my pizza.

Quick service considering they are making and cooking from scratch. Polite and friendly staff.

The last 2 orders I've had from Dominos East Reach have been dreadful. The first time it was undercooked and there was too much pasata. The second time they got my order completely wrong.

Very bad service as I ordered a pizza and waited about an hour then decided to ring the centre to find out about what’s happening and they said I didn’t even order a pizza then they delivered the pizza to a different address that I HAD TO COLLECT MYSELF even though it was delivery, would highly recommend don’t order through the app or pay by card as your probably be sending free pizza around! Wouldn’t even recommend a 1 star but unable to rate lower!!

A Dominoes pizza shop is the same as any other. Although they do get food to your door quicker than most.

Shocking service and disgusting food. No care or consideration for an over priced pizza. Management don’t care that’s 2 yr old has gone hungry due to wrong food and a shocking un edible mess delivered. I will not be back to try again.

Have ordered from here about 6 or 7 times and they always deliver fast, the food tastes great and they get the order right every time so am very happy with their service. Thank you!

Love the pizza bit expensive but definitely worth it. The cookies are amazing too!

Awful Management, poor staff, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Ordered a big order for my daughters birthday £60+. Ordered 2 weeks ago. Arranged to meet at a place as don't deliver to Wellington. Driver refused to hand pizza over to my husband as it said cash on delivery even though he showed he it was paid by card. Rang store to complain finally they released the pizza to get it home to see its wrong Wrong size wrong ingredients and it was cold as took 25 mins for him to hand it over rang store to complain again to be told they will re do our order be ready in half an hour so an 3.30 order ended up being correct by 4.45 baring in mind party finishes at 5. Go collect it again from agreed place to be asked for old pizza.back even though it was a kids party and they told me to let the kids still have it. Been told they will contact area manager and I'll hear from them but we will see.

The worst service I’ve ever received from Dominos. Childish rude staff who were snappy on the phone, told us to contact head office because our pizza base was incorrect. If I could give this 0 stars I would, head office need to send this branch on a customer service course as it’s clear no one a has received any adequate training.

Ordered online to avoid waiting, got to the shop and they had only done 1of the 2 pizzas we ordered!! Staff couldnt give a damn and was just told we would have to wait!! So annoying, will use Papa Johns next time!!

Ordered a pizza as a walk in. Waiting almost 40 minutes for my two medium pizzas in the very over staffed and quiet store. Overheard staff bickering as they had forgotten to put one of our pizzas on. Four people sat in an office off of the main counter shouting and laughing swearing A LOT also fondling each other! Asked to speak to a manager to which I was shown the worst offender of them all (little miss needs her mouth washing out with soap)! A very young lady by the name of Catherine (?) who offered me a free drink for my issue. Did not take free drink as was not commenting for free items. Just very unprofessional and generally undignified.

Domino's is domino's in really. Not a lot more to say.

Terrible service. Took an hour to deliver the wrong pizza. Was told they’ll send another one in 20 mins actually took another 65 mins. Manager wasn’t bothered and only offered to refund half the cost as I had eaten 2 slices from the original pizza whilst waiting 2 hours for delivery. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from here. They don’t as long as they have your cash.

The deals they have are misleading. I rang up for a deal which was buy any pizza get second one free which was still in date and apparently it's only collection... The deals which are for collection only are clearly showed. So either train your staff properly or sort out the menus..

I made an order online and asked to pay cash the order went through after about 10 minutes I had a phone call from dominos saying they can't process my order unless I pay card over the phone due to where I live

The staff here are so helpful and they offered to drop off a pizza to the station road store when i ordered one to the east reach store by accident and I had to get a train back to bridgwater (bridgwater store was shut for refurb).

Who doesn't like Domino's​???? Apart from the price.

Many times I've had to return food because it's cold and now I rang because only 1 side of pizza had toppings on, and the lady started giving me attitude saying she made it herself and that it was fine. That's a lie! 1 side has topping and the other side has sauce. They can be very rude!! Won't be ordering again!

Just had a half and half my half ham and pineapple other half Peperoni. All I can taste is tomato a small hint of pineapple. Peperoni half again all you can taste is the tomato. Whoever is preparing this needs to be retrained as when I order a Ham and pineapple I expect to be able to tast the ham and pineapple. Tastes like someone just instead of putting a thin amount of tomato sauce just heaps it onto the base. Just tried the cheese and tomato again cannot taste the cheese as been overkilled with tomato sauce. Sorry but Won't be back anytime soon.

Its only recently opened, the pizzas are at the same standard you come to expect from a national chain. Staff are friendly and helpful, if your disabled like me then they will assist you in getting into the store as there is a huge step up into the store. Quick service, about 10mins to produce your pizza. I recommend the two for Tuesday offer to save you some cash.
