Excelente staff, my burgers were nice and hot, not like some Macdonald's I visit and eat cold burgers. Keep up the good work.

Parked up and did an order on the App. They didn't include the dips requested and left out one of the main wraps ordered. They put things right when I went in, but the point of the park up and order is do you don't have to go in.

Ideal for stopping at, near service station

Chicken burgers will u mind the crispeyest burger I have ever tried chip were a bit soggy but still the best chips ever there coke was a bit wafted down but order no ice amazing still cold 5 stars I will be coming again

Food and coffee were both cold but everything was very clean

I am not a Karen but fast food should mean fast food. Not park up twenty minutes and we will bring it out to you.

Short staffed so long wait for food. Staff apologised so couldn't fault them for things beyond there control.

AVOIIIDDDDDD Had mould on the food when I took it back they asked how it got there and didn't know what it was. It was mouldy egg and they said its probably from the packaging which is already unacceptable. They don't need to look at me and question me like I put it there and giving me dirty looks like I was in the wrong. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered on the app for table service. Food came out quick. Although we had to ask for another coffee as one came out cold and we had to chase up a missing food item. They were very quick to rectify with good customer service.

Food was not warm unfortunately and waited quite a long time for it to arrive (didn’t look busy). Receipt printers not working and informed staff who said they haven’t worked for years… wanted the receipt so I could give feedback on the cold food

Cold and dry fries. But 24 hour food stop. I would try them again for hot fries but takes an age to get them

After waiting over ten mins for food, the chips were cold, and I bit into a burger that burnt my mouth. It was not busy. I did tell a member of staff.

It says its a 24 hour drive though rubbish !!! 2:30am in morning them were close totally BS.

I was actually surprised the food was hot for my drive through order. Staff were happy and helpful. I was that happy with my order, I went there again the next night also.

Called in last Saturday for 2 coffees and a chocolate cookie-waited around 2o minutes only to be served a 1/2 cup of coffee in one cup (other one was ok) and a cookie that was in pieces (it looked like it had been run over!). 2 others waiting at desk -1 was short of items in her order and the other had been waiting in excess of 40 minutes! Someone else walked out after ordering as couldn’t wait any longer. Called in today for 4 coffees and a hot chocolate using drive thru as thought it would be quicker but slow service and when we got to collection window she said 4 med cappuccino and -hot chocolate then proceeded to give us only the coffees. Come on McDonalds get your act together. Certainly not a fast food outlet!

It states, this Mcdonald's works 24/7, but neither restraurant was open, nor anybody answered in Mcdrive, and even though I saw some people inside, they didn't show up. Can't rate the food

Cold and uncooked hard and cold in the middle chips. Partially cooked chicken selects. Now I remember why it's been 3 years since my last mc Donald. I'll give it 5 years till my next

It's very rare to go to this kind of fast food! But the food was great and the service was very good.

I've been a regular at McDonald's, and overall, I’ve had a pretty good experience. The service is consistently friendly, which I appreciate. However, they do tend to get my order wrong quite often, and I've had to return several times due to cold food. It’s a bit frustrating, but the staff are usually quick to fix the issues. One major concern that really needs attention is the pothole outside—it's quite a hazard and should be fixed ASAP. Additionally, I've noticed groups of kids hanging out in the car park in the evenings, smoking weed, which can be unsettling. Despite these issues, I still enjoy visiting this location. If they can address the order accuracy and the external problems, it would make for an even better experience!

It's McDonald's and a busy one at that, so what you see is what you get ... although the food never quite appears as it does in McDonald's photos.

Had to wait over 30 mins for our food, clearly prioritised the drive through over restaurant customers... and then had wrong coffee, no dips, no mozzarella sticks...had to go back twice and wait another 10 mins... Then as it had now passed 11pm wanted us to leave...We refused as had only just got our food...not our fault theirs!!!

Recently attended and the inhouse service was really great, the front of house person spotted my daughter and bought over colouring and activities for her.

Not 24/7 it claims it is but it always close night time around 2 am till 3am for system update..

A macdonalds, the harder they try the worse they get. Slow service, items missing from the menu. Restaurant was clean. They did have shakes: making them better than most.

Very busy store as you'd expect for being just off the motorway. The self order screen froze and my account was still logged on so couldn't use another screen. The lady who was tidying tables was incredibly helpful but my 2* service rating was for the young guy with glasses (manager apparently)who restarted the machine, told me to use another screen, eventually took my order at the counter and couldn't wait to get off the till - he said "anything else" with the most distintrested tone. It was incredibly annoying as it took 30mins to get out order in and with 2 hungry kids in tow, we were made to feel that it was our fault. Wouldn't visit again I'd rather go to the next one

Waited over 20 minutes. The food was not as nice as most other mcdonalds I've visited.

Collect order on the screen for 10 minutes but guess what order isn't ready. Fudging the numbers to make it look like they are on time.

Cheaper to get breakfast deal with extra hash brown instead of muffin meal. Guy taking orders gave wrong answer when asked which was cheaper so do the maths yourself 😉

Self service not working, not giving receipts or order numbers....staff seemed not to know how to fix this. Toilets were disgusting 🤢 🤮

Would give a zero ordered many times and all it is is mistake after mistake or missing items. Today ordered a really simple £15 order and 2 items missing out of 8 call the store to be told we can’t do anything. So you can make the food take the money and then just forget to put items in the bag and then not fix any mistakes. Management should actual do their job and take control

Sat waiting at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes gave up in the end and drove through to leave for KFC instead.

Always a good place to go for a very quick stop and go meal

Really simple order took 15 mins and was almost cold. I asked for it to be replaced and they could not have cared less. The manageress spoke to me as if I was odd to expect my food to be warm. Total "could not give a toss" attitude. Weird.

Went round the drive thru with two orders and got asked to park up. First order comes out, kid drops it off and is straight back in the restaurant so no chance to ask him about the second one. Can’t blame him, he’s most likely aiming to please his manager. Went in once to ask where the food was after 15 minutes, young girl told me it’ll be out next and apologised, so I went back to my car and carried on waiting. 15 minutes later I go back in, asking again where the food is as I’ve now been waiting a half hour. Different guy asks a group of managers stood having a laugh and a joke which is sound, but if you could try and do your job at the same time that would be fantastic. One of the managers says “well that’s what happens when you drive round the drive thru”. Probably shouldn’t be asking people to park up if you don’t want them to park up, and also, how do you have no idea who is in one of your designated parking bays. Turns out the food and drinks had been sat there the whole time, but no offer to re cook them, as clearly parking up when asked to park up was my fault, and I should’ve actually refused to park up in case the manager decided to change her mind. Not ideal but then again who doesn’t love a cold Big Mac and a hot chocolate 👍🏻

Absolutely rubbish McDonald's. Takes ages for food. Not enough park up bays as usually the entire que is asked to park up at typical meal times when they should be prepared. When you finally get your order there's usually either something wrong or it's cold. They literally NEVER have milkshakes or McFlurrys so it's a complete waste of time advertising them here.

Service could and should have been a lot better, apart from all the bins outside being overflowing encouraging the seagulls to gather the lad that was supposingly cleaning the tables used the same cloth (with cleansing spray) 8 times while we were there, crumbs from the tables were left on the floor, all he was interested in was his reflection in the glass to rearrange his hair!! What happened to spraying the tables after each use and sweeping up the floor? Very disappointed with the venue.

Every single time I’ve placed an order a meal or parts of it is missing and we don’t get it delivered at all. I have to get a refund. Spoken to the restaurant on the phone and it still continues to happen.

Part of the order was dry and tough to eat but other parts were better. They got the order wrong as well.

For a company to say "fast food" and take 15+mins to make an order is false advertising. We all know it's not really food, it's convenient. However if it's not fast, and not food....then what is it?

App order was placed for drive thru collection but whoever prepared my meal didn’t omit the ketchup, onion and mustard, all of which I either destest or I'm allergic too. The receipt was correct though! Also, I was watching the server whilst waiting in the drive thru queue and she was virtually chucking the food at the customers in their cars with no politeness or care. Not up to the usual McD standards!!!

The food and service is amazing, but I did have a problem with the toilets that were disgusting, there was no toilet roll in the gents only cubicle and when I informed a member of staff the response I got was "oh OK" by the time I left (10 minutes) no one went to resolve the issue which could have left someone very embarrassed 😳

Visited today (Friday 21st June), got amazing service from Kieran Reading his name was, very helpful and polite. Really made my experience worth the while, good lad.

Don't go here hankeridge Taunton is appalling my family have been going there and 1 out 8 takeaways was correct Then you have to wait for the whole order again and they even got that wrong

Ordered a meal which I picked up from drive through. Nice chips. Cold burger, dry with hardly any lettuce, minute amount of onion, one very small gerkin. Really disappointed.

Went here for the first time just to get some drinks coffee and oasis and I was the only person in there waiting and I took around 20mins for the drinks to be done, for me that is slow especially when you see roughly 7 people behind the counter just talking 🫤

Assuming they've changed the servers in the drive through recently as our order has been correct recently and they are even remembering to buy in the sauce 👍👍it also seems like they are cooking food to order now as its always nice a hot when it comes out. They've definitely improved there standards lately

Chicken wrap, not as good as other locations

Blunt most of the time but mot really there for a convo. Around 7/10 times you go, the mcflurry machines "broken". Foods normal for maccys, not the worst. Would recommend wellington one down the road, it's so much better !!!!

Pipa was brilliant the system went down and she very kindly helped and sorted everything very professionally.

Popped on for a quick meal. Restaurant was nearly empty but had to wait 25 minutes. Went to find seat and all bins overflowing and lots of tables covered with rubbish, food and general grime. Awful service, cold food and dirty surroundings. Won't be back.

The staff are always great here, some of the best IV ever had at McDonald's but last time I went, I had greaseproof paper in my burger, I believe they left the paper on that separates the raw burgers before they are cooked. Was not a great experience.

What was I thinking !!! Friendly service from drive through chap, but everything else was terrible. Bad food, slow slow, slow service (45 mins for drive through). Go home and make a sandwich. It'll be nicer.

I arrived at McDonald's expecting a quick meal, but instead, I endured a nightmare. After waiting 40 excruciating minutes for my burger, I was met with the epitome of rudeness from the staff. It's as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. The only thing fast about this experience was my decision never to return.

EDIT: back here 9 months after my last review (not by choice) and it's no different. Ordered 20 minutes ago and still waiting. There were only 5 orders in front of mine. It's soooooo sloooooooow. The whole point of fast food is it's quick and easy but this place is unbelievably slow. Expect to wait 20 minutes in the drive through even when there is no queue. You can see staff in there tearing around like their hair is on fire but no food is actually being served. There's nobody at the window to take payment and when they do eventually show up there is usually some kind of confusion. I'm not talking about an isolated incident. I used to drop in once or twice a week for a coffee and occasionally something to eat and the same thing happened every day. In the end I have up and started going to Costa on the shopping park next door. But I went back to McD this morning for the first time in ages and it's just the same as it always was.

3d time in a row when they wrong my order.. It's very annoying 😑.. i can't prove the last 2.. but i can prove this one.. this happened by car... The order panels are old, and the microphone is garbage.. they need renewal. I ordered dbl bacon muffin.. but i see no bacon 🤦‍♂️

4 orders from here in the last 6 months every time , I have to go back in and ask for the right order. Missing items , today had the wrong burger and missing a burger from breakfast wrap not good enough! Poor show !
