The best restaurants in Gloucester South West

Most awful experience here. I will defo not be returning the staff of whom are so rude, no please or thank you and food just slammed about, we as customers have to eat this

This place (the Olover Twist side) is not covid secure at all. No sanitiser on entering, staff wearing their masks under their noses (while bringing food and drink to you) and bottle of sauce, salt shakers etc left on the table and not cleaned between customers.

Pedí arroz frito con salsa de curry para llevar esta noche. A lo sumo había aproximadamente 10 tiras finas de pollo y aproximadamente 5 guisantes demasiado cocidos. El recipiente de plástico pudo haber estado lleno, pero todo era solo arroz. Comida terrible Lo peor de la historia del rubí. Nunca volveré de nuevo.

Arrived for coffee to find notice stating that only tea or americano coffee was available as the machine was being serviced. Asked for two americano's with hot milk. We were served instant coffee and told we could only have cold milk. I told the assistant that instant coffee was not an americano and therefore the price should be reduced. He refused so I walked away. Shame on you that's false advertising 😡

50 minute wait from placing order. Clueless / incompetent staff. Paid a 2nd time because 1st had 'failed', guess what? They have taken the payment twice. Yet to get our money back.

This place is a joke. Order half of chicken lemon and herb. Got 8 spicy hot wings instead. 5 chicken strips lemon and herb turned out to be so spicy they weren't enjoyable. Cold wedges and cold garlic bread. Tried to call but no answer. Going to go in tomorrow for a full refund and will never return. Shambles!!!!!!

I went in with my son, he has autism and learning difficulties. We ordered his favourite pizza, and of course had to tell the server it was his birthday 😅 When we collected the pizza, he was presented with some extra, hot chocolate chip cookies, with a hand written note saying happy birthday, such a nice thing to do. The pizza is always amazing too!

Very poor service, rude staff and very poor cleaning standards, saw one staff member picking his nose and then continued to serve food. Will not use again disgusting.

They made 2 mistakes wrong address TWICE!!!!! And lied they knocked on the door when they didn't. And most of all being very rude on the phone as the manger in the back ground was telling him what to say which is very bad service!!!! Not going back

Popped in for breakfast. Staff were rude and unresponsive, but to be fair they were clearly understaffed. They could not serve us from till so used the really irritating electronic screen who's sole existence in life seems to be to upsell you things you don't want. Food was ok which stops it being a one rating

Ordered 2 pizzas, pepperoni and cheeseburger. Too much burger sauce added, ruined the pizza, was literally smothered in the sauce as though the lid had fallen off of the sauce bottle, disappointed

I unfortunately unable speak as I lost my voice but I want to thank tanvir for being patient while I type out my text I want to say to order or to communicate and has always been polite and friendly about it, excellent banoffe doughnut and the creamy egg milkshake is delicious, my last visit was 2019 and I just thought why not come in as it was a long wait and it still wins me over for best desert place in Gloucestershire, so many thanks to tanvir and his team

The service was quick and the lady that served up was really lovely. The food was amazing and there was a nice space for us to sit and enjoy. I would definitely recommend

This is the second time in a row we got stitched up. Two weeks ago ordered food with mushy peas. Pushy peas was off. Today we ordered 2 battered sausages, chips and pineapple fritter. Got home to find out we got 2 normal sausages instead of battered and also those 2 Sausages not only they are not what we ordered they also look like they were sitting in there forever. This is the last time We are eating here. Lady who answered the phone was lovely and apologised , she wanted me to pass me to the manager, but he wouldn’t speak to me. What a waste of money!!!!!!
