The best restaurants in Gloucester South West

Ordered 2 pizzas, pepperoni and cheeseburger. Too much burger sauce added, ruined the pizza, was literally smothered in the sauce as though the lid had fallen off of the sauce bottle, disappointed

The service was horrible today, I came here with my son and our sever was incredibly rude and uncaring towards us. We ordered in a kind manner but were treated in a way which left us shocked as when we asked for a cookie she never asked us which one and just uncaringly shoved one into the bag, we told her ‘sorry we would like the other one please’ but was greeted with a rude response with a snap of ‘you didn’t tell me that did yu’ and this was repeated as we just apologised for not being specific. We later learnt this was the manger Lauren and we would like something to be done about this as she has been rude to us many times and we would like other customers to not go through this. She also put our drinks in ‘ to go ‘ cups when we were sitting inside and she has also been doing this for a while. When we said we were gong to make a complaint on her service she just shouted ‘ I’m the manager you can make a complaint if you want!’ We are appealed by all of this and want change in how service is in this establishment.

Ordered a coffee and cheese and onion toastie . Coffee was lovely but very dissapointed with the toastie as they were very sparing with the cheese and onion so was nothing to get excited about . Would have expected better for the price . Staff were very friendly hence the 3 stars

This place (the Olover Twist side) is not covid secure at all. No sanitiser on entering, staff wearing their masks under their noses (while bringing food and drink to you) and bottle of sauce, salt shakers etc left on the table and not cleaned between customers.

Pedí arroz frito con salsa de curry para llevar esta noche. A lo sumo había aproximadamente 10 tiras finas de pollo y aproximadamente 5 guisantes demasiado cocidos. El recipiente de plástico pudo haber estado lleno, pero todo era solo arroz. Comida terrible Lo peor de la historia del rubí. Nunca volveré de nuevo.

Arrived for coffee to find notice stating that only tea or americano coffee was available as the machine was being serviced. Asked for two americano's with hot milk. We were served instant coffee and told we could only have cold milk. I told the assistant that instant coffee was not an americano and therefore the price should be reduced. He refused so I walked away. Shame on you that's false advertising 😡

50 minute wait from placing order. Clueless / incompetent staff. Paid a 2nd time because 1st had 'failed', guess what? They have taken the payment twice. Yet to get our money back.

This place is a joke. Order half of chicken lemon and herb. Got 8 spicy hot wings instead. 5 chicken strips lemon and herb turned out to be so spicy they weren't enjoyable. Cold wedges and cold garlic bread. Tried to call but no answer. Going to go in tomorrow for a full refund and will never return. Shambles!!!!!!

ordered online waited an hour and a half till i drove to the place to see if they even had the order, told they were shut very rude and gross place

Had a bargain bucket for one this morning and it was by far the nicest KFC I've ever had ( and i've had lots 😀). Prompt polite service, perfectly cooked and piping hot.

They made 2 mistakes wrong address TWICE!!!!! And lied they knocked on the door when they didn't. And most of all being very rude on the phone as the manger in the back ground was telling him what to say which is very bad service!!!! Not going back

Poor customer service. We visited for a celebration, told we couldn’t do this sit at our chosen seat and asked to move , only one other couple in the building who were about to leave. We chose this place as we were waiting for a colleague to join us. No plant based option despite a few on the menu. We wanted to play a fun game of cards as part of our celebration and we were told we could not do this. All through our interactions the staff member was talking to someone on his EarPods. We left as soon as out client finished their dessert.

1 star rating as order was messed up. Added items into the sandwich that we're not ordered such as mayo when I can't eat this. Rendered the order inedible and wasted.

This is the second time in a row we got stitched up. Two weeks ago ordered food with mushy peas. Pushy peas was off. Today we ordered 2 battered sausages, chips and pineapple fritter. Got home to find out we got 2 normal sausages instead of battered and also those 2 Sausages not only they are not what we ordered they also look like they were sitting in there forever. This is the last time We are eating here. Lady who answered the phone was lovely and apologised , she wanted me to pass me to the manager, but he wouldn’t speak to me. What a waste of money!!!!!!
