KFC Gloucester - Goodridge Avenue in Gloucester

Used drive through so don't know about atmosphere, service was very good. Polite staff,, efficient service, good value for money.

I've done the drive-through here loads, and within the last 6 months, I have had a rough stomach after eating the food here. Also, they get my order wrong every time. You have to check your food before leaving.

I bought family bucket last week chicken smell very bad and old didn't eat it

Really, really, really slow. Also the guy on the drive thru struggles to understand a word of English 👍🏻

Nice design but seats are wooden & uncomfortable indoor & outdoor. Rare you will find a bench in uk either.

Very well presented kfc with same great food

Have stopped at this KFC several times on journeys through Gloucester, including this evening. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met, they really go the extra mile with service, so much so that I felt compelled to write this review.

They've have a refurb, still no concept of fast food by any means. Meals were room temperature at best, not overly impressed

Everything you could ask for a fast food restaurant . Best thing was the service, very friendly assistant.

Ordered through just eat, rang them up and couldn't find the order after an hour of waiting that they had just accepted it. Drove there to get my sons meal when they actually checked the order they could see they did have it and did nothing with it. Worthless apology for waiting over 1 hour and then had the cheek to blame JustEat. Shame you can't give 0 stars as 1 feels like a compliment.

Functional, clean and tidy. Fast efficient service and my order was correct, which should be the minimum we expect, but sadly, it's rarely the case in most fast food outlets nowadays.

Drive through KFC. Was quick, was as expected.

Good but prices are climbing and portion sizes are shrinking.

Really nice interior and really good fast food. I particularly enjoyed the mighty bucket meal, chocolate milkshake, and burgers and fries. The service is also fast and digitized and makes everything quicker and easier. There's a drive-thru available if you don't want to go into the restaurant.

Nice food again, did go downhill but last one I had was good.

I love Zinger Burgers but the chips this time were awful. Greasy and flabby - avoid having chips. Just been again - had a meal deal - VERY quiet, no other customers waiting.

Order is always wrong. I went through the drive-thru and you always have to check your order before you drive off as its usually wrong.

Don't get large fries, they are the same size as medium but more money.

Disgusting cold dirty box off bones basically . Waste off money . Dirty counters, off duty staff hanging around by the food area and drivethru in coats , I'm pretty sure health and safety comes to mind . Wouldnt feed my dog this food . Stay away from this restaurant . Staff are rude and unhelpful and food is vile . Never again would I visit this place .

The restaurant is quite nice but service isn't great. They don't seem to handle rush hours well and you end up having to wait nearly an hour for your food which turns out to be wrong. Seriously needs someone there to sort them out.

Standard KFC. Clean, quick. Got confused by the toilets having a shared wash basin area. I looked through the glass and there were only females in there! FYI... the mens are at the end! :)

It's all gloom and doom here, no-one looks like they want to work there and the chicken is dry!

waited an hour for delivery, not KFC fault admittedly but when order arrived my entire meal was missing. called the KFC and told they had no drivers available and could get a credit. cheers KFC!! sat and watched my partner enjoy his food and not able to share as I dont like what he had. beans on toast it is then

Sorry I had to change my star rating as everytime we go through the drive-thru the food order is wrong... Getting fed up having to keep going back in to get it sorted... How hard is it really to check an order?.... 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I ordered 3 pieces of KFC chicken on thebone, what was in the box was 3 mini fillets. They tasted OK but it was not what I ordered or wanted 😒☹️🤬😡 Disappointed

25 minutes at the drive thru waiting for food and when it arrived it was horrible. Chips were soggy... And so on. Won't bother again

I ordered a delivery as it was my sons birthday and that what he wanted for his tea then we get the order and most of it is missing, pushed between from kfc to Uber eats back to kfc. Then told I have to wait up to 15 days for refund! All I wanted was the missing items I was happy to go and collect but they said no. So that was a birthday meal flop! Cheers kfc! Avoid ordering and getting a delivery from this kfc.

Unfortunately we ordered at the drive through and we were the only customers. The vegan burger was raw and off and the side dish was gravy not beans. The staff were laughing inside so feel they knew what was being dished up. I’m really upset and won’t go there again.

Went to this KFC on the 1/5/2021 the service was very poor they couldn't even get my order rite the fries were cold the chicken didn't seem to be cooked properly and when I complained they didn't seem to care will never buy food from then again

Staff got our order wrong, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. Original recipe chicken is full of grease. The new chips are good though.

Given what it is, I can't fault it. The chicken was tasty, the value was good, the place was clean and well run.

Went because of the Christmas menu and guess what it's not on the menu because they have no stock even though the promotion runs until January 1st absolutely useless run company 😡

Order was wrong TWICE!!! Not a little bit wrong but completely wrong. And the food we did have from the wrong order was atrocious. Actually it was probably the worst takeaway food I’ve ever had. My partner feels physically sick after one piece. It seems the place is run entirely by children. With not even the manager understanding the issue at hand. KFC quality lately is bad but this particular location is to be avoided 100%

First time i have had one in over a year and Its definitely one of the best ones you own at least they put all your order in and the food wasnt burnt

Service without a smile. Ordered food via the app for drive-thru collection only to be told by the unfriendly worker that the "order had been sent to the front" and that I'd have to go inside to collect it. No apology or anything. If I wanted to order inside I wouldn't have bothered with the app. It's a first world problem, sure - but far from great service. Speaking of which - KFC's service anywhere in Gloucester is always abysmal yet at McDonald's it's usually the complete opposite. Oh and McDonalds also have no problem getting the order right 99% of the time! Note that KFC management don't even bother to reply to any of the reviews here. Says it all really. The place really needs to be flattened and the staff thrown in the nearby canal. Oh if only! On the plus side, at least the fries are now half decent!

I usually absolutely love this KFC, it's definitely one of my favourites. However on 22/10 around 12pm, I ordered the spicy wings, and upon eating I noticed the meat was pink and very veiny, I went to the counter and showed the cashier and she apologized and gave me a new one, she was brilliant and understanding, when I tore at the new one it was worse than the other, when it was barely cooked, I took it back and the cashier aggreeed it was raw, and called the manager. Now this is the problem, he had a look and began explaining that it was just the seasoning as "we always get this complaint", I showed him that it was pink, raw, veiny, and all together disgusting, he proceeded to argue with me that it was just the seasoning, he was rude, dismissive. Not very good customer service.

I work near this KFC and rarely use it. myself and coworkers all end up sick or with a bad stomach. which has put us off. the hygiene is terrible, tables always dirty, its rare i get my order straight theres always a problem or a wait. i dont mind waiting if the foods likely to be more freshly cooked but that isnt even the case. absolutely dreadful. also, I have seen the size of the rats around this place. doesnt seem like any preventative measures are being taken. its grim.

It's very average at best. More a lottery if you come away with what you ordered and it is fresh. There's a better KFC nearby.

I asked for gravy, and they gave me 2 beans instead

I eat here from time to time and I have the feeling that half of the orders I have made so far have been messed up. I don’t know if they purposely hire people with low IQ, or just the only people who are willing to work there are of this type, but not being able to take an order properly speaks of a shocking level of stupidity. I don’t know how these people live with themselves. I will not be eating here anymore!

It's not too bad eating in some times but you do most times have to get the table wiped clean as some are too lazy to keep it tidy.

I look forward to a KFC as a treat now and again but found my regular 3 piece chicken meal a tasteless disappointment.

Ordered on just eat, order delivered with in time but NO FRIES AT ALL, phoned restaurant, can't do anything!!!! What a waste of time, half the meal missing. I would NOT recommend at all, spoilt the family meal.

Very good restaurant. What could do improving is the drive through system is very old, people have to shout for the staff to hear.

Really clean and fresh kfc. Lots of seating, inside and out, a huge carpark and drive through. Interesting to see a new delivery window inside to help the delivery drivers pick up without having to get caught up in the waiting customers. Really clean loads of loos. Oh and the food was all freshly cooked and piping hot.

Chips served were always pre portioned and cold under a hot lamp, meat never hot. I love KFC, but this restaurant is one of my least favourite KFCs

I spent over £30 for a 10 piece family bucket for it to arrive an hour late & food stone cold 😡 & why on earth would you put 6 chicken legs in a 10 piece bucket after I specifically said no legs, you are a disgrace I am fuming!! Why am I wasting my hard earned money on rubbish takeaways like you!! I will be going to head office about this, as I want my money back 😡😡😡

Yummy hot food and quick service

Drive through is always relatively swift and I have never had a bad meal of experience from this place.

I use the drive through it's ok chips missing and a dip missing they forgot the diet coke also some of the staff looked unhappy . The chicken we got was ok .

Do try to avoid this restaurant as they serve KFC bones husband picked up the free bucket on the app 6 pieces of drumsticks with hardly any chicken on them in fact smallest drumsticks I have ever seen had a problem with this KFC awhile ago but gave a second chance the manager needs to be told as he and his staff are ripping people off AVOID

Stopped in on a week day and before lunchtime rush so place was empty apart from delivery drivers picking up. Service good though asked for a crushem and got stock answer "machine broken" which i was disappointed with . Otherwise ok

I've been to a lot of kfcs over the years. I used to work with them and Ive come across some bad ones. But most have been good. Sadly after paying for several buckets of chicken here and having it filled with drumsticks and thighs, I made a point of asking if I could please have some other pieces given how much I was spending every week. I was told quite rudely that I couldn't choose the pieces of chicken I paid for. When I challenged this the lad admitted that's all they had. In my opinion this only happens when the staff decide to save all the best pieces for themselves. I'd give this place no stars if I could. The management need seriously to investigate this KFC before it loses them what's left of their business. My advice - avoid this one like the plague it's not a good one.

It's no longer easy to get your blue light discount. Makes it less attractive, other food chains have better deals and discounts. Food, warm not hot. Disappointing

Cleanest and most modern KFC I've ever been in! Not much else to say.....it's KFC.

Bun was drier than ghandis flip flop and they didn't put anything in the burger! Just dry chicken in a dry bun. Binned it.

Definitely the best KFC in Gloucester. They have self ordering screens, the service is fast, the staff are generally nicer and it is rarely busy.

Staff looked a bit tired and grumpy but it was about 9pm. The guy cleaning the floor had a wicked chicken uniform t-shirt on and was buzzing to be alive tbh.

Good prompt polite service all items ordered were cooked well & tasty

Great restaurant. However I think dealing with large orders are difficult as it turned out it was complete. Food though no fault at all
