Wrong items again absolute joke

two quiche and walnut cake totally squashed under bottles and tins.

My delivery was also missing one of the items I ordered

Took ages to be delivered. Items missing

this is the 2nd time. order wrong

Very average cafe. Only redeeming feature was the pleasant serving staff

driver has stolen the caterpillar cake for my mum's birthday

Half didnt turn up and the stuff that did was wrecked why put poateos on top of bread and rolls

only had 25 percent of my delivery yet all money taken and always the same from here so had to do another delivery

My order had 32 pounds of items not delivered when i complained it said its all been resolved. Nobody has given me my 32 pounds back and im finding it hard to get anywhere?

missing several items did they forget to drop off a bag as didn't say wasn't available??

awful three items out of twelve missing and this isn't the first time

My delivery was over 1 hour late and 3 out of my 4 protein puddings were split so can’t eat them. I’m not happy

Half of my shopping is missing, I asked the driver is it only one bag and he said yes, I ordered £60 work of shopping where is the rest of it!!

Asda ALWAYS forgets to send items. chicken never arrives. hot cross buns last time and this time. milk didn't arrive- you cannot tell me Asda did not have milk! one pot noodle came. the other came and was damaged and emptied all inside the bag. I have photo evidence. I ordered chicken for dinner and it didn't come.

Delivery was fine but again, items missing from the order, including the item that I put the order in for in the first place. This is the last time I will order through Asda. There were 8 items. It’s not hard.

missing items other stores tell you and refund it before you get your delivery if out of stock

I did not receive what i aksed for, it was somoene elses shopping i would either like a full refund of the £15 so i have my sccount credit back or someone to come out and deliver what i asked for as this is in appropriate and not good.

3 items worth over £12 were not included. Still waiting for any sort of reply or response about a refund a day later.

driver was rude argumentative and gave us completely the wrong order and toke the code from my phone from over my shoulder as we refused to give it to him have sent cctv footage and awaiting a refund £30 n nothing but opened mushrooms n veg to show for it instead of pancake supplies and toppings for kids

my order never arrived. I placed the order at 4:21. at 7:15 I had an update that it was delivered at 7:40? the status then changed again to say it was being collected and I tracked the driver to a block away but at 8:30 it still hasn't arrived and the status is delivered again? this is the second time in a row I've had issues with my groceries either being half way delivered or not delivered at all.

ordered 18.24. original delivery time said 19.10- 19.30 time kept going fwd by 5 minutes each time then at 21.13 i get message saying delivered around 21.20. when i still got nothing. last i saw it said courier was at store. preparing order for 3 hours lol and not received anything. complete shambles.

Never received my order, says delivered at 13 45 and the time was 13 31 at the time absolutely pathetic. 9 stars

ordered roughly 2:30pm and recieved 3 of 8 items just before 5pm. ridiculous amount of time to wait and barely got anything I actually wanted

I cant believe it. the delivery guy just turned up with corn on a cob and mushrooms when i ordered over 9 items. even asked for my date of birth and no alchohol was provided. i asked him where the rest of it was he said thats what i got handed why would you order 2 items and spend 20 quid absolutely mind blowing. theft. dont order from here. just eat wont support you or refund the items and no one cares. vile.

twice now I have ordered from Asda ince on a Saturday and once during the week and both occasions have left me waiting far to long as on the Saturday I had call the store which took 3 transfers of a call which I was told the store was unable to keep up with the volume of orders which I believe the app should have stated no more orders were being taken rather than me having to wait to 2.5 hours for an answer of which was only because I rang. secondly my orders are always missing items.

my order was apparently delivered at around 2pm ! the problem being it was 1:30 pm when this message came through and as I write this it is only 1:48!!!

One of the worst ever the time from the delivery over almost two hours

Disabled person can’t get out and about i don’t have many privileges except 1 pack of cigarettes every fortnight and you forget to deliver them when i tried to rectify the problem driver got abusive shame on all of you not happy

Yet again, come in for a breakfast before doing my shopping only to find that they're not serving a full english! Had to make do with a sausage sarnie!!! This isn't a good enough service, might have to start shopping elsewhere!!!!
