missing 4 items and took ages to deliver

just everything in the bag is totally wrong

Half my shopping was missing and this is not the first time this has happened I say it every time I will not use Asda but give them another chance definitely will not be using them again

twice now I have ordered from Asda ince on a Saturday and once during the week and both occasions have left me waiting far to long as on the Saturday I had call the store which took 3 transfers of a call which I was told the store was unable to keep up with the volume of orders which I believe the app should have stated no more orders were being taken rather than me having to wait to 2.5 hours for an answer of which was only because I rang. secondly my orders are always missing items.

Delivery time kept changing but was probably unrealistic in the beginning

my order was apparently delivered at around 2pm ! the problem being it was 1:30 pm when this message came through and as I write this it is only 1:48!!!

Ordered this at 17:15 and it arrived at 21:39. Appalling

My order didn’t turn up and the money was taken from my account! Can’t get hold of anybody for refund or my delivery!!!

One of the worst ever the time from the delivery over almost two hours

Was never delivered but claimed to it had been.

Disabled person can’t get out and about i don’t have many privileges except 1 pack of cigarettes every fortnight and you forget to deliver them when i tried to rectify the problem driver got abusive shame on all of you not happy

Had been watching the delivery time move from 2pm to 3.15 Looked again and was showing as delivered but nothing has arrived? Didn't even come up on the map. Better not get charged for a delivery that hasn't happened

Delivery for driver very polite and pleasant.

I ordered at 12.22pm and my order arrived at 15.58pm only to be half the order. The driver didn't speak English but translated on his phone to me that he had been waiting at the supermarket for over an hour and was only given this one bag. I would like to request a refund and additional compensation for this major inconvenience and failure of service.

I ordered 7 items and the driver gave me a bag containing 2. I’m not sure if I should have had another bag which he forgot to give me, but I’m very unhappy that I’m going to have to either re-order or go to the shop tomorrow. Totally defeats the object of having a delivery.

The driver was acting suspicious and told me some items may not be there but on the order it says it’s all there the driver has stolen some items

I ordered at 13:54. As of writing this it's 16:50 and I'm still waiting. The delivery time kept changing to later and later in the day and apparently has now been delivered. No it hasn't. Just Eat and Asda will have to employ people who can do their jobs correctly before I even consider ordering from either them again. I only ordered 3 items so how has it taken this long and why the confusion with the order times? Absolutely disgraceful

Order has not been delivered. Originally estimated for around 1:30pm now says delivered at 15:00, 15:05 and 15:10 but nothing has arrived.

I did not receive all items that I ordered there was about 12 missing and just eat was no help I had to pay for things I did not get. Absolutely absolutely disgusted.

Hi there my order hasnt been delievered, was suppose to arrive at 5pm and hasnt. I would like a full refund asap.

It took longer than it initially said when I put the order, however, all the product I requested came in which is why I gave 5* quality.

Over half my items missing, informed delivery driver who did not car or seem to know, carrier bag with shopping in was open so could easily have had items removed!

Not all of the items were delivered. Hash browns, cigarettes and sausages were not delivered. Didn't get a text informing they weren't going to be delivered. If I had received a text I would have cancelled the order and ordered from elsewhere so as not to incur 2 delivery charges.

Well half my delivery was missing yet the delivery guy didn’t check any other bags, he had three in total and I took photos for proof , the delivery guy said you’ll have to get justeat to sort it , hmmmmm doesn’t help me with a hip replacement to feed a family today without inconvenience

Hi, this is appalling 3 of my items are missing and not only that the delivery time was supposed to be at 12.40-1 it has only just come! I would also like a refund for the delivery cost I paid as the timing was way off

waited the best part of 2 hours for my order from asda to be picked and delivered.which to me isn't a acceptable waiting time for a few groceries , then had items missing .I reley heavily on this service as disabled & don't drive. especially if I've forgot items on a online grocery shop ,this service is my go to

I actually got my full order which never happens

placed an order at 17:10 which was accepted straight away with an ETA of 20 minutes. My delivery time kept getting pushed back time and time again. The delivery had been marked as courier at the store so I couldn't cancel my order. The time is now 19:25 with my order just being delivered which I don't even want anymore. Absolutely not on to be waiting that amount of time for one item with no option to cancel, very very unhappy with the service all around.

Worse than abysmal. I'm a carer who ordered our meals for tonight and three of the items were missing so I can't even cook. it's now almost 8PM and I'm forced to get a takeaway or my Father can't eat. This place is so poor that I don't know why I even bother.
