Only received two items of my large order. Second time this has happened. Won’t be ordering again

Tell me my order is delivered and missing half the items and charge me for it

got one item no notification like other shops to say no stock 🤦🏼‍♀️

Only one item got delivered this is not the first time this is happened its unacceptable i hope you sort this matter out fast

waited the best part of 2 hours for my order from asda to be picked and delivered.which to me isn't a acceptable waiting time for a few groceries , then had items missing .I reley heavily on this service as disabled & don't drive. especially if I've forgot items on a online grocery shop ,this service is my go to

placed an order at 17:10 which was accepted straight away with an ETA of 20 minutes. My delivery time kept getting pushed back time and time again. The delivery had been marked as courier at the store so I couldn't cancel my order. The time is now 19:25 with my order just being delivered which I don't even want anymore. Absolutely not on to be waiting that amount of time for one item with no option to cancel, very very unhappy with the service all around.

Worse than abysmal. I'm a carer who ordered our meals for tonight and three of the items were missing so I can't even cook. it's now almost 8PM and I'm forced to get a takeaway or my Father can't eat. This place is so poor that I don't know why I even bother.

Staff are useless. Ordered multiple times and every time more than half the items are missing. Totally useless. Wont be using the service again.

Beers and pork pie not delivered. Had to drive to asda and they said they could not supply the missing items as they would have cancelled the items if not in stock. Waste of time and im out of pocket until justeat refund me

Why do they insist on putting a loaf of bread at the BOTTOM of the bag so it is all completely squashed!! BREAD GOES ON TOP OF THE BAG OR PACKED SEPARATELY SO IT DOESN'T GET SQUASHED!!!

The person who delivered my food just left it on the doorstep and didn't knock the door and I did hear text as I was busy and it was when the the postman knocked my door I saw it.

Time kept moving as it said courier was at asda. I had to go and collect it myself as it took over 2 hours before anyone went to collect it . Not happy

I only received 3 items and didn't get a notification to say anything was out of stock, this seems a common problem with asda and when you ask just eat to refund the request seems to get denied 90% of the time. When ordering from other stores such as one stop, they let you know what is out of stock and the store issues a refund on those items.

Of late there is missing items in the order when placed for groceries. This is the third time in ten days that I’ve had to submit refund request. Can the delivery person please ensure the complete order is packed before accepting the courier ?

ordered a shop delivery driver turns up witha loaf of bread. Driver could hardly speak English and was totally unhelpful

when ordering please be careful as I ordered £73 later still haven't received my order and they don't believe me about not receiving it and are saying they can't refund me I've tried ringing them can't get though so I can talk to a person and they won't even ring me what can I do as I'm unable to go shopping as I've got depression and anxiety so try not to go to packed places

order came and only 3 items were delivered out of the whole order! the poor delivery driver was stood waiting for about 2 hours to deliver 3 items. he was not happy and I don't blame him either! Asda do better.

Firstly they didn’t pack an item i ordered. Secondly they packed a wrong item. Thirdly they packed an item out of date.

Ordered about £10 worth of stuff and only received 1 item and still got charged delivery service so for a pack of bagels costing £1.50 it’s ended up costing £5! Absolute joke and I want a full refund

missing 3 items which total just under £40 and Just Eat are refusing to refund. I have video evidence (cctv) of checking the order with the delivery driver, which clearly shows the missing 3 items and the conversation of where he says to contact Just Eat for a refund. Just Eat will steal your money and them refuse to provide you with the complaints procedure.

Delivery time kept getting pushed back, over and over.

There were 2 items on this order that weren't delivered. I am fairly certain I requested a refund but nothing has happened since. The chicken shazan and the Heets Sienna weren't delivered. Even the driver was asking me why I had to give my DOB since there was no tobacco product in the order.
