Food poisoning after eating pizza tonight. Never again

Ordered last night at 18:43 at 19:30 I rang them up asking whete my order was as it had been 45 minutes and in the tracking it was ticket as 'ordered delivered' which no sign of any food, staff where saying he must have gone past you and checked in by accident he won't be long.. after another 15 minutes of standing by my door outside, a car goes past looking for door numbers, and when straight past me with our number clearly written on a plaque. When receiving the order, I paid for 2 extra dips, which weren't with my order, and the food was bland and pathetic. Won't be ordering again terrible experience.

I ordered from them last Thursday and my order never arrived, phoned up to be told by Adam he had processed a refund, phone again the next day no refund and asked to phone back Tuesday. Phoned back today and was told no refund had been processed it would have had to have been made through the website and they can’t process the refund as they didn’t send a confirmation email. So no pizza and £22.49 down. Plenty of other places to go in Kingsway for your food I wouldn’t bother with here you might not get your order. And if you do order screen shot numbers and make sure you get an email or your screwed if it doesn’t arrive.

I ordered garlic bread but there was literally no cheese on the top. Very disappointed!

I have always used pizzahut as my go to pizza place but have recently moved to the Tuffley area so naturally Pizzahut Kingsway is now our local. Each time I order the staff there are so helpful especially a man named Daniel. Delivery is always fast and food is exceptional. I haven't had one complaint. I actually enjoy calling to have a chat with the staff. Again mostly Daniel. I honestly can't recommend enough guys.

Won't be ordering cheesey garlic bread ever again as they never put enough cheese on it. Have had free slices after complaining to hut rewards and vouchers but they never sort it at this chain. Absolute farce and pizza hut don't care.

Quite a disappointing delivery, in fact the last 2 deliveries have fallen short. Order with extra cheese just to get the normal amount, despite timed delivery it comes just over 15 minutes late, no dips provided, barely warm. After a year + of ordering from this particular pizzahut, I don't know what's changed but I don't I'll be ordering again.

Had problems on last order. Manager sorted it. Well done.

Front of house was extremely helpful in amending my order as the online ordering system is a bit buggy. Food arrived quickly, tasted fresh and delicious.

pizza hut is nice in all but The Ionian Wood Fired Kitchen ＆ Farmshop are so so so so so so so so better than pizza hut

We ordered 4 items, and 2 of them were wrong. Wrong pizza and wrong desert. Called and was advised that I placed the order an hour ago so I should have called sooner. Very rude, not even an apology. Definitely would not recommend.

We ordered a Texas bbq pizza, we got given a vegetarian flatbread, tried calling to complain and get correct order just for the number to keep ringing out, this was like warm, which is amazing as we live about 2 mins drive away, we ate it due to not being able to sort correct order, the only reason for a 2 over a 1 star was the garlic bread and chicken strippers were a. correct on order and b. Warm, plus delivery lady was lovely. Will keep trying to contact branch (Kingsway) but not holding my breath. Would love a reply to this but again, well lets just see.

Good service excellent price deal on the large pizza

Use to live within walking distance but still found that Pizzas could often be cold when delivered. Yes i know living within walking distance would suggest that i should just walk and get it but when having a cheeky pizza you might as well go the whole hog and do the lazy veg in as well

I live in the town centre but won't get it delivered. I go to kingsway and they are the politest staff in there - always friendly quick service and pizza tastes great! Service at the metz way one is terrible so I drive that little bit extra for a great pizza and great service! 😊

Could of spoke a bit louder was quiet when serving makes me feel 80 im 22 but not picking hairs only reason it lost a star was great food and service

Friday night looking forward to a pizza and no one is answering the phones!!??

Poor service - having one server on at a busy time didnt help. The order was phoned through and was told a collection time. I arrived but there was only one staff taking the very long order from a man infront. I could see our pizzas sat under the hot lights. 25 mins later he handed them to me....

I gave you my mobile number to contact me if there was a problem with my order, not to add it to a spam mailing list. Pizza was cold, stodgy and not fresh. My first and last visit.

Quick service and good pizza. All you ever need
