Domino's Pizza in Gloucester

Dominik made a perfect pizza for me with BBQ sauce, Frank's red hot sauce and tomato base. All perfectly assembled as expected from Domino's. Front of house didn't speak good English, but she was able to point us me to Dominik who did. Would recommend, Domino's standards delivered

Great service and polite behavior of staff. Location is easily accessible from highways. Seating arrangements are comparatively less compared to other big brands like McD and KFC.

Credit where credit is due, they got my order right tonight. Driver called Johnny came straight here without getting lost and so pizza was still hot which is unusual. Impressed.

If I could put 0 I would, I payed 42.97 at 11:30pm and was waiting till 1:30 am for my food to my come, I called them then to ask where the food I paid and a very rude person answered, he hang up while I was talking and was very rude, I then tried to call again 3 times and he didn’t answer, when I called the 4th time he hang up as soon as he heard I was the one that compained. So I've paid 42.97£, didn't get the food I ordered after waiting 2 hours and will probably not get a refund. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR STAFF!!

Just orderd got wrong pizza its.not hard to follow.an order , had to give wrong one back and wait for correct one should of had it all free for inconvienence wont order again

Honestly, I was surprised to see that this place was open at 3am or so! The pizza was as good or better than the ones I can get from a similar dominos during the daytime. The food arrived quickly and was decently hot too. I can easily recommend ordering from here.

ordered the chocolate and cinnamon dough balls and was no chocolate on them. Just plain dough balls with cinnamon.

Appalling service. Would not give me his name due to “Date Protection”. I’d asked to edit an order as I hadn’t added extra dips, he wouldn’t take payment over the phone and would not add dips for me to pay cash to delivery man if required. No effort was made to help whatsoever and I am disgusted to be hung up on by this person as well.

Very disappointed in this dominos. I ordered with them and called up to add a dip on and they refused. I would like my money back for such poor service for not getting what I ordered.

The cheeseburger pizza arrived with no cheeseburger sauce on, kind of defeating the point of the pizza. The gluten free pizza came with more crust than topping.Mushrooms were gone over and stank, had to pick them off. Pizzas were cold. When I called Dominos to say there are errors in the order we received, the guy couldn't care less. No apology or offer to rectify the issues. This is the second time we have had the same thing happen, more fool us ordering from there again. Never again! Don't waste your money. Also I noticed if you collect the pizza is alot better than when you pay for delivery.

This place has gone down hill massively. Ordered cheese burger pizza which came without the burger sauce. Tasted bland. Also Ordered a gluten free pizza Absolutely stank the mushrooms were gone off. As for the base it was more like a Frisbee rock hard. When rang to complain the guy just said mistakes happen and couldn't wait to put phone down.

It was take away, got good offers on pizza and able to have bbq base, really made a difference, delicious! 😋

Me and my partner spend a lot of money on dominos. It was cold and asked for extra sauce on the pizza. Where told they added extra sauce in a very rude and disrespectful manner. The way we where spoken again we’re considering wether too find another company too order from. Like I said we spend a lot of money a week on this company. It’s ashame really. Brockworth branch are amazing this branch are rude!! Will be reported too hq is nothing resolved you’re lost loyal customers including my family!!!

Would not accept cash payment. Last time I checked cash is legal tender.

How this company can justify £45 for three pizzas is beyond me. Absolute rip off

Ordered the new pizza it came without the advertised mexican flavour toppings of chicken and sauce. When i tried to complain i was told the chicken was there and i couldnt tell because the amount was specific and they said although it hadnt come with the special sauce as advertised that i had received a pizza and therefore it was fine. They did offer me a free garlic bread but said i would have to order more pizza to receive it. They ignored any further questions remaining silent on the phone and eventually hung up and refused to engage further. This franchise has turned into a disaster lately which is a shame it used to be decent.

Is what you expect from a domino's

Ordered around 3am on a Saturday night, expecting it to maybe take a little longer but no worries, thought I’d be nice and tip the driver too. Food was out for delivery for over half an hour with the tracker simply showing a stationary icon in their car park. Order then read as delivered so I tried calling the store. For almost an hour I repeatedly listened to someone pick up and hang up the phone repeatedly. I could hear talking and noises for the brief seconds before it would cut off.

Domino's a good place I would recommend if you want to take your family for a bite. The atmosphere was electric, I saw a lot families, awaiting their orders. Ordering is quite easy because their have screens where you can place your orders, Though it was fully packed, but we didn't wait very long after placing an order

Waited half an hour in store for a cold pizza, would have been faster to order it.

Twice I've had food poisoning from this place. The last time I had it I was ill for 2 days. Rang them to complain and they couldn't care less. Never using them again.

Was delivered fast pizza had no cheese dry and wedges was hard food was disgusting when I called he threatened and left the phone on the side

I am leaving this review based on our current experiences on this branch. We have had multiple cold pizzas and had them returned for fresh. The manager even came to deliver himself personally at one point and gave complimentary cookies. Most of the staff really nice but there is one member of staff that needs to be addressed by dominoes. There is a young lady there. Name unknown with blonde hair. Ok doesn't speak very good English but we all got to start somewhere right. She is a very rude individual. We have to look out our window to try and find her every time we take a delivery from dominoes. Always treating us like its our fault she cant find us. This has happened multiple times and been to our property multuple times. We are constantly are constantly complaining about pizza or delivery from this branch. Today we see her walking away from our block, throwing our pizzas in the back of her delivery car, shaking her head. We shout excuse me is that for us. We walk down 3 flights of stairs and she's very abrupt. "I knocked the door twice" . We live in a block with multiple flats and our address is not that hard to find especially being here so many times for deliveries. Our flat you have to ring buzzer to get in. Dominoes need to address this as she is very bad manored to customers and this should not be acceptable for a paying customer. We have complained to branch previously about this young lady and we are going through the same problems 8 months later. We will not be using dominoes again for such a terrible experience AGAIN.

Got a delivery during lockdown, on line order, good service, arrived promptly, doorbell rang, pizza left sitting on top of another box so not to lose heat into the doorstep, driver at end of drive. A wave, a smile and thanks! Fave pepperoni pizza swiftly devoured, nomnom!

Worst dominos ive every ordered from first ment to turn on Friday night no one ever turned up soundly order tonight Tuesday night gave us wrong order and will not answer the call from us now

Very friendly and prompt delivery service. the delivery tracking system is great and really makes all the difference. The pizza's however aren't always the best quality and on some occasions do arrive lukewarm and have to be reheated. 5 stars for the friendly delivery service but the pizza's really aren't the best.

I always have to search for deals as it is very expensive for four of us. The quality of the food is a bit hit and miss too, cold pizza probably 60 % of the time and the wedges are always like eating a raw potato but 40% of the time the food is very good.

Normally the pizzas are of good quality. I always order online and then either collect in store or get it delivered. Depending on the time of day, delivery can take a while so is easier for me to go in and collect. Inside it is clean and tidy with plenty of table and chairs if you decide to eat in.

Really fresh ,tasty accompanied by a tasty garlic and herb dip.......

Every single time I order from them the pizza arrives cold. Just wish I could order from the Brockworth branch...

Nice and clean inside with tables and chairs if you want to eat in. Generally a speedy service for collection but sometimes a bit slow on deliveries. Have had some issues with the pizzas missing sauces but have after speaking to the store this has been rectified.

Was dirty had a tomato hand print on my pizza box my pizza was sloppy it was under cooked did not taste fresh ended up binning half of it even my guests were ashamed of this branch of domino's would not recommend

Staff seem to think it’s good practise to handle money and then stretch pizza dough? There’s enough members of staff on shift to have one member handling cash/register transactions and others prepping food..... appalling. Staffs hands looked filthy too, flaky skin, do you not supply gloves? Sadly I wasn’t given an order ID but I ordered a large pepperoni and a large New Yorker at about 21:25 on the 08/12/18. I witnessed delivery drivers entering the premises and handling food from the oven without washing their hands. Filthy. Drivers registration is VN04 TLK watch out for him guys 👍🏻

Tables with dirty floor needed cleaning,the girl who served me didn't say please or thank you she didn't make eye contact she had never had a smile on her face she snaps the many and basically chucked back the change into my hand not happy with the service whatsoever would never complain about the food the food is amazing but the girl there this evening was miserable not happy I needed to be at home and not at work!!

We ordered a delivery from this domino's last night and it arrived very quickly- I'm not surprised because the food was barely cooked. The chicken strippers were cold, very very pale and soggy, the wedges were raw and the garlic pizza bread had practically no topping on at all. We couldn't eat it. Spent £20 on dinner and it all ended up in the bin. It was disgusting.

Always good pizza, service and timing has varied over my use. Only real downside is that I eat here far too much!

It was ok. Customer service could have been better. Kids behind the counter with better things to do than work, apparently.

Just ordered from here and never again. Pizza was soggy, owing to a swamp of sauce on an undercooked base. The crust was like dough and a more competent cut would be expected from Edward scissor hands in the dark. What a waste of money.

WORSE customer service ever! Never ever using again!! Kept waiting from 7.47 till gone 11pm for our food. 1st delivery arrived cold then spent an hour trying to chase a replacement over the phone. No refund give and no food replacement given!! Manager Hajni was appalling. We took our cold delivery back to the store and was told to wait. She ignored us and refused to do anything to help. When we refused to leave at 11pm as we hadn't been given our food or a refund she pressed the panic button calling the police out!! We were there with our 2 kids for god sake!! She accused us of being abusive and aggressive yet we filmed the whole 90mins of her ignoring us, shouting at us, talking over us. She said they were to busy to remake our order yet at 10.30 they were packing away when they closed at 11! She just refused to do anything!we finally left at 11.45 when the police told her to give us a refund. So apparently it's going back onto my card yet I don't believe it will happen!

It's great that you can track your pizza, 10 mins to cook it and 50 to deliver it half a mile. Hhmmmmm would have been the best freezing cold pizza ever if i had paid for it. Absolutely shabby service on a Wednesday night. I can't slag this off enough. Imbeciles.

Normally the pizza and service is very good, but the last couple of times I have ordered it's taken ages. Coming up to an hour now for one pizza and some ice cream. Edited Jan 2017 - gave it a couple more chances, only arrived un good time once. Today it took them 50 minutes to give me the wrong order. Girl on the phone took the order again so I can swap for the right order, probably another hour, but no mention of any refund or offer for the inconvenience. Never ordering from here again.

Clean and quite nice franchise of Domino's Pizza, have alwayd ordered for collection and always on time, orders on the spot are made fairly quick. Employees helpful and with good attitude. Only fault noticed there is no costumer toilets.

Originally this was Blockbusters which I went before Domino's Pizza. But blockbusters is bankrupted so closed down.
