Wok Express is without doubt the the best Chinese in Gloucester. Been going here for years and would highly recommend it, love it. 👍😁

Really not good food. Cauliflower cheese was swimming in water and was just horrible. Wings flavour tasted ok but were absolutely tiny and meat was all grey and not good. Spent only £7 thankfully because I had a voucher whereas would have been £17 otherwise.

Be warned, They cancel event ) Queen Band ) and take 10% from your refund ! Not a fare way to treat people , make £1000s. In charges for cancellation

Having used this place on and off for 7 years I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the food they serve but thought we would give them the benefit of doubt and try them again but everything had so much chilli which I can only assume was to mask the tasteless poorly cooked food it burnt my mouth to point of not being able to eat it, considering one dish was satay chicken skewers it definitely shouldn’t be like that. Spring roll which was the only non spicy thing was burnt on outside and sloppy in centre. Poor response from person on phone when we called to discuss issues and no offer of replacement or refund. £30 odd wasted and won’t be retuning.

It's a generic Subway fast food join. The staff just want to get your order, make the food, and get payment as quickly as practically possible. Food is alright, fills a hole when hungry, and there are healthier choices than buying cake. 6" are never enough for always need the full 12" to full me up.

Whoever runs this place wants to be ashamed seriously, the girl behind the counter clearly has some mental and physical difficulties and is unsupervised at all times. She had got my order wrong on a few occasions however that is solely not her fault.

To my surprise, my friend and I wee had a wonderful dinner a month ago at Pizza Express. Everything, the food, the service and the atmosphere were wonderful. Highly recommended in Gloucester Road 👌

Takeaway was late by about half an hour. Okay, can live with that but this has to be the worst meal that we have had in Gloucester. What happened? Kebab meat all dried up and gristle in the chicken. Salad was lettuce and cucumber only. I was starving and normally I'd eat a rabid horse. With this we had pot noodles after. Never again. Buyer beware

The last new menu including omelette was a very good meal,also the cottage pie,both have disappeared from the newest menu which is rubbish...

Discraceful really bad I got food poisining I was throwing up all night made me not go to work as I work in a kitchen.

I ordered 2 x Pizzas and a box of breaded chicken strips to be delivered. Chicken wings were delivered instead of chicken strips and upon phoning the store, I was informed that the breaded chicken strips were out of stock. I asked for a refund as my family do not eat meat from a bone and so they would be wasted. I was informed that as I had ordered online I would need to email customer care (there is no phone number to contact them on). I emailed customer care and asked for a refund to be told that they would offer be a £5 E-voucher as a "gesture of goodwill". I do not understand how they can call it a gesture of goodwill when they sent an alternative product that I had not ordered. They wouldn't even give me a voucher (not that I wanted one) for the full amount that I paid for the chicken strips which were £6.79! I have had numerous email correspondence since with customer care, who are utterly useless and needless to say I have not received a refund from them. I have now contacted citizens advice and will be taking this matter further.

Ordered a coffee and cheese and onion toastie . Coffee was lovely but very dissapointed with the toastie as they were very sparing with the cheese and onion so was nothing to get excited about . Would have expected better for the price . Staff were very friendly hence the 3 stars
