Burger King in Gloucester

Driver drove onto my road and drove off without delivering my food but out as delivered on app

Food was late and cold. Rubbish

Food was freezing cold by time it arrived. No where near even warm yet the restaurant is round the corner.

Always on time and never forget any items

Order time went from 30 minutes to nearly an hour. Food was warm, not hot.

Food wasn’t very hot, Luke warm chips. Also delivery takes so long from the time I ordered

my food has been delivered to me but the app says it has! I've been waiting over 1hr and now it's saying delivered and I have nothing

waited over an hour for our food and it also arrived cold. I called the Burger King I ordered from and they said “it’s nothing to do with us” NOT HAPPY!!

order took over a hour to be deliverd. Was stone cold when it arrived although every time we checked it was saying prepareing your meal. unable to cancel order as it was showing as preparing for a hour at least. absolute joke.

Ordered because it states 25-30 mins . They changed the delivery time numerous times , after 1hr 10 mins my order was delivered stone cold, did not enjoy and will not use again , waste of money

I always stop at this Burger King on my way home from work, I was having a terrible day and when I got there I could not figure out how to use the kiosk to claim my free whopper (free whopper day). A kind staff member (I think their name was Tiffany? Or trinity?) showed me how to claim the whopper and was very patient with me, I hope this worker has a brilliant day :)

The burgers wasn’t that warm but the meals were still delicious.

I was 1st in for the morning after the breakfast menu,,, Ordered a large Whopper meal,, Burger pre-cooked and cold my chips pre-cooked and cold,, went back to counter,, i did not even get a Sorry,,!! (just a look from him)and he then said,, ,are you Sure!!!! ,.. next meal the exact same took it back to the counter again & he said i was maybe being a bit too fussy,,,.!! I Asked to to talk to the manager,, in which the manager response to me was. it was cook fresh!!. I then said, but it All still cold,,,but all i got was just a look of so what,, I asked to be refunded his response was you've had two meals sorry we cannot refund you on that,,, Not great is it really,, , so way next door to subways..

I always give the Courier a 10% tip, on the last 5 occasions I have not been thanked once, therefore I will no give any tips to any of your couriers in future

First time visit. It was spacious, clean and tidy. The food was brought to our table quickly. Definitely would visit again 🙂

Came in last week, service was fantastic, food came out quick and was hot. Had to ask a question about the Menu and Callum was a huge help. Definitely coming back!

Great seating options, Leon was a wonderful server, had him on drive through many times and he has always been wonderful, not rude at all. Food is always fresh, little waiting times

Didn’t tell me when arriving and didn’t tell me anything

I wasn't sure what to expect with the mixed reviews, however all I experienced was great service, wonderful staff, it's always a great place when you can see they all get along. I couldn't see anything reflecting the bad reviews, obviously people who decide to project their mood on clearly great people. I will be coming back, thank you to all at burger king !!

Took over an hour to deliver, when I did get it, the food was cold, the burger was very cold and hard, couldn’t eat the bun at all. Chips were soggy cold and lacked any cheese toppings. Dog ate the chicken nuggets.

Food was stone cold., not appetizing , Driver insisting that i sign my name electronically on his phone. I felt this was dodgy as ive never been asked to sign anything whenever having a takeaway/delivery.

Had to walk to their car in the rain to collect. Bags of food smell like cigarettes. Nasty.

burgers and fries were cold, doesn't help when the cold drinks are in the same bag as food, and the driver going the wrong way

Generally when I've ordered from here it's been quite good. But this time (according to the app) the driver was there for quite some time, and when it did the food was barely warm. Hopefully it's just a one off.

We called up Burger King. The general manager answered and he said this happens often. He checked back on the times when the delivery driver picked it up, that was 11:06, the driver didn’t arrive until 11:35, and it’s only a 5 minute drive to where we wanted it delivered to

Burger was fine but no milkshakes or any form of fountain soft drinks left with the choice of water or monster!

These people took over Half an hour to make some nuggets and chips ... and when we looked into the kitchen, we see sloth workers taking their time having a chat while customers complained about tardy service. Ended up with cold food anyway! Never again ... mc Donald's all the way

Lady was lovely who served us. But the food wasn’t nice at all, cold and like rubber 🤦🏽‍♀️ it’s expensive for low quality and so much salt on the chips.

My aunt and my uncle and me came to this burger king and was absolutely starving. Once we got in it was a lovely atmosphere to be welcomed in, however once we had ordered and been served our food, not only did they not have any other dr pepper flavours available, they got two orders wrong with our food. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets with 3 mayo pots, and i discovered i didn’t even get a single pot at all. Next my aunt had ordered a chicken royale, and wanted it completely plain as she doesn’t like mayo, however when she opened her meal, she discovered that there was mayo in her meal and had to come back into this burger king after we had just left the building, expecting our meal to be correct… So she had to come out of her way yet again to make sure her order was correct enough to eat. With my 20 nugget meal also, i ordered regular fries, and burger king is known for their delicious fries, however when i started to eat my fries, they tasted bland and had absolutely no flavour at all. I have visited this burger king before and had always been happy with my meals here before, however today has been appalling, and i will not be coming here again.

Food was hot and delicious. Order correct. Came in a timely manner. Delivered with care.

For speed we went to the drive thru. Restaurant quiet and no queue for the drive thru. Order was for 3 burger meals and one side. Despite being quiet we were asked to drive to the waiting bays and waited 5 minutes for food to be brought out. Checked receipt on the bag and it was accurate. Drove home and discovered one burger was missing from the bag. I don’t understand why it is so difficult for an order not to be checked as it is being prepared to make sure it is complete before handing the bag to the customer. This is solely for the Drive Thru of this Burger King outlet.

Got the wrong order , not the drivers fault, the Burger King in Quedgeley is shocking all the time!!! I caught the driver before he left, hopefully he brings my actual order!!

The food came cold and my drink was half empty

Great food and great service as always but one massive issue is that the employees there including the manager has been rude and has been raising his voice at me my friend and my younger brother due to making slight mistakes such as apparently you can’t refill drinks even though you can. Also when my younger brother came to put something in the bin he was speaking at a aggressive tone that the bin was somewhere else besides where he thought it was. And he was accusing a delivery driver that he may have been part theft even though he wasn’t. This was all by the manager by the way. So overall a terrible environment for a burger but service is good but still would not recommend going. Go to the macdonalds on Bristol Road or the Burger King near Gloucester Quays, they are very friendly!

It seemed to take forever to complete the order and when I eventually did get it everything was cold.

The food was fantastic and hot, staff so kind the place clean i take an order for my work lunch, i had chilli bites and they was the best that i ever taste. The prize wasn't to much and always burger king make me happy,i will always go there.

Chips were hot but burgers were warm
