Subway in Gloucester

It's a generic Subway fast food join. The staff just want to get your order, make the food, and get payment as quickly as practically possible. Food is alright, fills a hole when hungry, and there are healthier choices than buying cake. 6" are never enough for always need the full 12" to full me up.

Popped in on Tuesday at lunch time to grab a sandwich... Told "I'm eating my lunch so I'm not serving for the next half an hour, please come back later... Safe to say I went somewhere else...

Fresh, on time and correct. Courier was polite. What more can I ask for.

It's actually 7.30 it closes because they need to get out the door for 8pm said the arrogant bloke behind counter won't bother going again! Check rota who it was... 3rd June 2024

Great service, the gentleman there helped us use the App and food was nice and fresh would have lunch there again.

That was the worst subways I think I’ve ever had. Wrong order given, Cold chips that left a nasty taste in my mouth 🤢 & cold cheese bites. Overpriced for £20 can get something way better

Worst subway i’ve ever had. Whole peppercorns in sandwich, was inedible! Garlic bread was cremated and had little cheese on, couldn’t eat any of it.

The guy doing the toppings was very rude and made me rush my choices despite being the only person in the shop.

Seemed to get a lot less sandwich filling than when we go into the shop :(

Burnt bread, undercooked cheese bites. Not good at all.

With my experience, I felt bad for the driver as I forgot to change the delivery address to the correct address and wasted the poor guys time. So I’d like to give a big thank you to him for being kind enough to deliver it to the correct addresses.

We went in to the shop yesterday and I was asking multigrain bread but they said this is for tomorrow not for today He didn’t give me that bread He said chose other bread . why he said like that.

My subway wasn’t toasted as requested

Food didn't arrive at all and just eat will not refund as can not provide photos........ How can you provide photos of an order that hasn't arrived. Out of pocket and no food....

The driver was extremely rude and abrasive enough so that I beg you to never allow him to accept a delivery for me again. He did not follow the instructions for delivery and then started shouting at me because he was at the wrong place. WHY HAVE THIS OPTION IF THE DRIVER DOES NOT USE IT

Rang store after an hour and a half. They say driver collected order an hour ago. Driver nowhere to be seen, after an hour and 45 he turns up claiming that’s not true and he has just come from there. All hot food stone cold and inedible

I don’t have order and saying Delivered

Service is just not good. Telling them ingredients and putting on different ones and then starts gaslighting that you said certain sauces while you didn’t even mention any sauces. When I asked if he could make a new one as he put a mountain of mayo on it while I asked for lettuce, he refused and still had to pay full price. Had multiple times them assume my gender by writing ‘boy’/‘male’ or ‘girl’/‘female’ on sandwiches which makes me very uncomfortable. Not sure why I got back here a few times when there are different subways somewhere else where they help you a lot better. Just walk a few more minutes towards the docks or near the train station

Ordered 2 footlongs, they got everything mixed up in both sandwiches, wrong sauces and salad. Wasted £20 well done subway

Food was great but took 45 mins to get here so was cold

Didn’t put sauce on our sub, burnt hash browns and everything was cold, not even slightly warm. Asked for extra cheese and got none. Was expecting a few pinches of salt and pepper and there was so much salt i couldn’t eat it ( and I love salt)

Came quickly and called to say he had arrived. However ordered and paid for a foot long but only got delivered six inches.

Ordered nachos just had delivered only Doritos in a box!!! No salsa no cheese nothing!! Just Doritos absolutely disgusted I’ve paid nearly £5 for a bag on crisps in a box!!!!!

Food came in amazing condition, got here a lot earlier then expected and was all still hot. Amazing service from both companies

I got nachos stone cold and could pick it up like a frisbee.

I had a fly in the same box as the sandwich.

Amazing service from this subway they bend over backwards to give you what you ask for. Thanks so much guys. Unfortunately one subway was damaged but not your fault.

Food was stuck on assigning a river for 3 hours no drives spoke to restaurant multiple times for food for me and my kids to turn up 3 hours at 8 o’clock and it was stone cold I want a refund IM FUMING NEVER ORDERING FRKM HERE AGAIN 🤬🤬🤬

Lovely staff in there! I was in there when there was a customer being horrible to the staff about something that happened on just eat and the manager handled it so well! Hopefully the nice customers make up for the horrible ones! Definitely recommend

Sadly didn't catch the people's name. But the staff were ever so lovely. And I really enjoyed my salad and sub. Will surely go to this subway. When I'm next in town. Thank you for the experience and great food.

Ordered a foot long and 2 six inches , received 3 six inches insted

"Italian white bread" is just a plain soft white roll, no salad or "all the trimmings" with the turkey (as illustrated) nor with the pig in blanket and very few hash browns. Not good value, not as advertised.

The salad was not fresh as the cucumber was dry and pale, did not eat... lack of spirits ach only 5 leafs. More lettice and tomato than anything else I wanted..the mariana sandwich was done fine

Not only is this late but this has been delivered to a completely incorrect address the driver has been on my road not to my property marked as delivered and drove away with my order this is a joke I am fuming I want a full refund for this. This is not the type of service that should be conducted from any delivery driver. I want a response and a full refund ASAP.

Disappointed! Had to order from another Sub Branch as my local mysteriously stopped taking orders so I could not then benefit from 20% Disc. My order also arrived missing items - the service standard keeps dropping.

Asked for toasted and with cheese but it didn’t come with that, along with being late.

This subway never skimp on filling. Some rolls only put a tiny amount in the rolls but not subway.

A touch light on the veggies maybe but otherwise spot on. Super fast delivery too!

Two teaspoon size scoops of tuna with half a box of salad for £5+! 7up was missing and nachos were burnt and inedible. Tried phoning and constantly goes to answer phone. Would give zero stars if I could! On the positive side it was delivered on time, possibly because they threw it together!
