Missing 90% of order. Driver made 2 minute journey into 20.

The portion size of the salad was pathetic. As a regular, I know it was nothing like it should be. Best to go in the shop so they can't cheat you.

If you guys can’t make food for deliveries Don’t accept it Rude staff think that they own entire UK and delivery drivers as beggars

The amount of salad wouldn't feed a child. Very poor portion compared to what we usually have.

Food Was Lovely And On Time, Driver Was Friendly And Polite.

I was amazed how much the employee could care any less to serve me and even hear what I ask as the experience was like this: (he was on his headphones) Hi do you have the one slice of bread with cheese and pepperoni, don’t know if you are still doing it? R: oh I don’t know what you mean, I don’t understand what you are saying! Oh, I mean the one slice of bread with cheese and pepperoni…? R: oh this one here?! ( he then made the effort to show me) Until then I am okay… but then I asked even though he still cheated on his headphones with whom ever was. Then at the end I asked: May I have 12 double chocolate cookies please? Actually may I have 10 chocolate and 2 macadamia ones please? R: Oh can I do 6 of each? I asked why is that, I am sure you have more than 12 in your display ( about 20 chocolate) and lots of the other flavours too His reply: - humm… because I have to have some for the next customer and it’s the end of the day you know ?! I was surprised and completely and completely confused, and I asked: - what am I then ? Aren’t I also a customer? So as I have to justify and even discuss the reason I decided to not have it all and then I told him I was very disappointed and surprised with the customer service that I received… also asked his for his name as he did not have any name badge and reminded his that with his attitude now he has his 12 cookies to sale to his customers! I am sure there is a lot wrong on this and I wish it wouldn’t happen again…thanks Perez even if that is your real name as I am not sure if you have then correctly

One of the best Subway salads I've had and i eat them regularly. Delivery quick but once again instructions not followed. i had to leave a busy work call to answer the door despite asking that it be left at the door. this isnt the first time. the driver was apologetic but it's a PITA if you WFH.

have ordered from here a few times, this time round how ever on one of the bites of food i started chewing and there was something very hard so I spat it out and there was a small piece of wood, similar to wood from a wooden fork or something, contact just eat sent pictures across but got told I wasn't able to have a refund even though I had to throw the food out as I wasn't risking eating anymore.

Staff unfriendly, and not pleasant. Asked if they do hot chocolate and she said no but hot chocolate box was behind her on the coffee machine.

nice but as it was delivered so late the fries and sandwich were stone cold.

Chicken bites and meatballs were stone cold and the bread wasn’t toasted - the only reason the order was on time is because it kept changing.

A pleasant enough service from asian folk but with some difficulty lost in translation. The food and drink was a disappointment, however, and not up to the usual Subway standard I normally experience elswhere. First off, the Italian bread I chose was so dry, it was disintegrating into bird-crumbs so clearly very old, probably frozen too long and thus going stale to all intents and purposes. Americano came without milk. I wasn't asked if I needed milk but I did ask for white coffee and was asked what kind. The milk poored at 10:55am curdled leaving specks and spots of a coffee that tasted okay but looked aweful. At home you would make a fresh cup. The specks clung to the side of cup once finished. These guys are not looking after stock and keeping things fresh. The best part if there was one is that I got what I asked for food was lacking quality. Hope this helps.

The two ladies were really rude I asked for a garlic cheese slice and pepperoni slice which is 0.99 and 1.69 one of the ladies have been working there for ages and still doesn't understand what she is doing charged me 7 pounds for it when I was ordering one of them rolled her eyes at me because she didn't understand her mistake... I asked for 3 cookies which would be 1.49 the whole order cost me £9.00 when it was supposed to me 4-5 pounds she sarcastically gave me a broken cookie for free which I declined the offer bc she was so rude. The food was nice but not gonna order from them again customer service was really bad and don't recommend.

Tasty food, great staff with friendly and helpful talk. Yalini & Sam were very talkative, lovely staff.

Not sure why subway has stopped doing ham or honey mustard dressing.they have changed their menu . But very tasty and fast delivery.

i always go to subway in longlevens, I am frequently served by Thomas and Simran, who are both amazing and take great care, they are both always polite, very welcoming as well as super friendly. Simran and Thomas are brilliant and both of them have made my subway experiences super positive! Overall a great experience when being served by Thomas and Simran. (& they make amazing subway sandwiches)

There are some really negative reviews on this place and it really surprises me because I go in here all the time. The food is always fresh and prepared nicely, but it’s the staff there that makes the experience so lovely. They are all so helpful and friendly especially Thomas and Simran, they always have smiles on their faces and really go the extra mile to be so welcoming.

That woman has been working there for ages and still she doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing… and do they not understand that when they scan the offer on subway app that it should’ve been £3.99 rather than £7? Ridiculous. Subways a rip off.

The food here is great, but one of the employees, Yalini, is the most insufferable woman in the world.she does get absolute best to keep the portion sizes minuscule, when you get a sauce pot she fills it less than halfway, it’s just really annoying. The rest of the employees are lovely.

Hair found in food due to no one wearing hairnet or hat. Gloves were not changed throughout touching meat to then touching vegan toppings.

Right by a petrol station, this quiet Subway gives good service. It has an EV charging point space by it.

Man was wearing a mask on his chin Didn't put the order through properly, meaning we had to pay again but didn't get the meal deal. Not impressed.

Lady behind the counter doesn't wear a mask. She was extremely slow and gave me meatless meatballs with the mega meat sub. Won't be going here again.

Nice place to drop in a grab a cookie or maybe some actual food. 3 of some of the better cookies I've had for £1.20 is a great deal!

Time and time again I have had to tell the staff to change their gloves after handling meat to then making my vegan subway, and I’m tired of it! I can see comments from last year where this was raised so why hasn’t it been rectified? It’s simple and basic food preparation/hygiene and if they can’t get this right (multiple times) then it makes me concerned about all the other stuff that they’re not bothered about. I’ll now be travelling further afield to a more vegan friendly store.

Staff don’t know what they’re doing, that includes how to wash their hands. Handling meat with the same gloves they prepare vegetarian options? Go back to school dummies.

Very stingy on salads. I go to alot of subways and if I ask for a little bit more of veg it's never an issue, whereas here it was a tea spoon limit for blush tomatoes, beetroot. The salad box was not full. Won't be returning

Its always like no one know what they are doing!! iv tried to give the benefit of the doubt and have been back a few time. Never changes! No consistency, don't know their own menu! one salad with 3 slices of cucumber, one with 10, children's meal was a 6 inch with no toy and no yoyo, no offer of which drink wanted put one in the bag. i repeated myself approx 4 time for everything that was said. Some people should not be left to work on their own!!!!!
