Our grandchildren are spread across the country from South Wales to Kenilworth, so after detailed research on Trip Advisor, we decided to meet for a family picnic at this park. After lunch, we went for a long and challenging walk and returned around 4.15 pm desperate for a drink for the adults and ice-creams for the children. In fact, the thought of this kept us going on the steeper climbs! We were SO disappointed therefore to find the cafe was closed! Why build a beautiful new building and then close so early, in the middle of the school summer holidays? It was a real anti-climax to what, up until then, had been a really successful day. Please, please re-think the opening times or have signs indicating that there is only a short opportunity to purchase food and drink there.

Took a group of 43 to see the spectacular view across the Cotswolds at Crickley Hill. Some of my group visited the café, which is unfortunately run by a very rude and aggressive man. As soon as my group finished their tea, we left as quickly as we could. I have a complaint in about his behaviour with Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust. The view is stunning, but I'd avoid the café and take a packed lunch!

Went with the London Cultureseekers Group as part of a tour around the Cotswolds. We came here to see a fantastic view and to stop for a tea in the café, unfortunately the aggressive Café Manager took an instant dislike to us, he forcibly removed Robert, our group organiser out of the café and was bad mouthing him in front of other members of our group, highly unprofessional. Obviously this café is not interested in people coming in and spending money

Small cafe near car park on Crickley Hill which is excellent for a quick cuppa and piece of cake after a spin around one of the signposted walks on Crickley Hill.

Arrived at 9.40 on a Sunday. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and the only veggie option sold out yesterday. I asked if he would mind making a cheese toastie instead and he said no, toasties from 11am only. I said ah well and we left him to do nothing with his zero customers. Can't recommend here with such a poor service attitude.

Dropped in on Sunday afternoon, cold febuary day to find a queue to the door. Staff overloaded and not able to cope. Commented on the slow service and was told, by the manager, theres only one machine to make 2 coffees at a time, and if I dont like queing, dont bother coming on a Sunday. Expressed concern at his agresive attide and was told not to be rude. Will be taking his advice

Lovely walks for couples and families. The cafe has friendly and hard working staff. They serve some lovely local produce. The only things they could do to improve is not burn the coffee 😳! The toilets are metal and freezing aswell. But overall love coming here, and visit frequently

New cafe - service a bit slow but not a problem. Friendly, good snack type food (jacket potato, toasted sandwiches etc), good looking cakes and great coffee and milkshakes

Three of us had come along to look at the area regarding the limestone and it s geological history and when we saw the cafe we couldn't resist popping in and having some refreshments. What a treat. Home made cakes. Spotted the Rodda clotted cream from my home county. Unfortunately our plans included evening meal in a pub for a meeting two hours later so it had to be a snack and couldn't resist my favourite cake. Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Hope to come back when backk in this area and explore the many trails. Loved the location

A new gem of a Café for Gloucestershire countryside provided by Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust. Buildings, including an Education Centre, have recently been refurbished. (Aug. '16) Inside plenty of seating; outside benches for those happy to 'take-out'. Good menu displayed on a blackboard opposite the entrance. As well as drinks the menu offerings include Breakfasts, Toasted Sandwiches, Baguettes, Salads, Jacket Potatoes and Ice-creams. Modern barista catering equipment ensures coffee does not take an age to make. This Café will brighten any visit to this wonderful Country Park. I shall be going back regularly.

As a visitor to this play over 20 days, I found the staff really friendly, the food as expected but better than average for a Spoons. Service great. I would like to thank Brandon especially for his customer service and going beyond his job. He went the extra mile. But everyone was great also. I just wanted him to be recognised more. Thank you to everyone for a pleasant stay.

The guy on the till was too busy singing and dancing to listen to our order. My drink was ready 10 minutes before my dad’s drink even though it was on the same order. The girl making the coffee was clearly having a bad day and kept making the drinks wrong. She then accused my dad of changing his mind when the manager questioned the drinks she made. My dad then received his latte and she accused him of stealing someone else’s drink, so loudly that everyone else could hear what she was saying. When walking out of Costa, the staff behind the counter were talking loudly about us and glaring over.

This place gets super busy. Staff are always friendly here. Can be a bit slow on service sometimes but the nature of fresh made coffee and food cooked for you. Nice place to meet your friends. Has free WiFi for those wanting a drink and to work.Only fault ever is the toilets could do with a better clean.
