Pizza Hut in Gloucester - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I ordered 2 x Pizzas and a box of breaded chicken strips to be delivered. Chicken wings were delivered instead of chicken strips and upon phoning the store, I was informed that the breaded chicken strips were out of stock. I asked for a refund as my family do not eat meat from a bone and so they would be wasted. I was informed that as I had ordered online I would need to email customer care (there is no phone number to contact them on). I emailed customer care and asked for a refund to be told that they would offer be a £5 E-voucher as a "gesture of goodwill". I do not understand how they can call it a gesture of goodwill when they sent an alternative product that I had not ordered. They wouldn't even give me a voucher (not that I wanted one) for the full amount that I paid for the chicken strips which were £6.79! I have had numerous email correspondence since with customer care, who are utterly useless and needless to say I have not received a refund from them. I have now contacted citizens advice and will be taking this matter further.

Long wait for food but we’re not advised of this before seating. People who were seated after us were served first. Had to chase up drink for my son. Wanted to order desserts but could not get staffs attention so just went up to tills to ask to pay and left. Will not be going back.

Los pedidos tardaron entre 45 y 50 minutos en llegar, de modo que terminaron siendo las 10 pm Cuando abrimos las cajas, la pizza donde estaba fría y seca, ¡podríamos incluso masticarla! ! ! No había salsa barbacoa en mi pollo barbacoa pizza el pollo estaba demasiado cocinado, tuve que quitarlo de mi pizza en total, comemos la mitad de dos pizzas totalmente desperdiciadas de nuestro dinero llamada señora nos ofreció otras dos pizzas pero hasta ahora, así que la única opción que teníamos era obtener un pedido gratis para la próxima vez, de lo cual preferiría que me devolvieran mi dinero, pero que ni siquiera tenía esa opción.

¿Cómo puede un nombre de buena reputación hacer las cosas tan mal en más de una ocasión? En julio enviaron no solo el pedido equivocado sino también la pizza quemada. Les di una segunda oportunidad unos meses más tarde y entregó las pizzas equivocadas una vez más Supongo que al menos son consistentes. A pesar de que; ¿Tienes que preguntar cuán ineptos pueden ser realmente?

I order pizza from here once a month as a family treat and I have zero complaints. Always hot and fresh and quickly delivered.

As part of our order ( to be a family Sat night treat ) we had a large margherita pizza and 8 brownie slices. The margherita was over cooked and the cheese topping was an unappealing brown colour. The brownies were burnt, one so much so that it was inedible. Not much of a treat after all !!

I took my kids here and the place and food are ok. Do not expect a 5 star service but the staff is nice and food well cooked. Kids always enjoy visiting Pizza Hut. My kids love the ice cream factory. I recommend it.

I went to this place with my daughter and her husband and his daughter. Food was nice and service was very quick. I loved everything. I will come back next year.

Absolutely terrible!!! Arrived at 2pm after lunchtime rush. Short staffed, restaurant messy and disorganised - which wouldn't have bothered us if we'd had some reasonable service. However the waitress was very rude us and made us feel bad for turning up. Dispite me putting on my nicest face to try to win her over she continued to be very short and blunt and generally making us feel like the most annoying customers she'd ever had the misfortune to serve. There were no soft drinks available only expensive fruit juice for my son and his friends. She pressurised us to order the buffet menu which finished at 3pm and then said 'maybe you like to go somewhere else'. The only reason we didn't walk out then was because it was my son's birthday. We soldered on though there were very few pizzas appearing for the buffet. When I asked for a jug of tap water she bit my head off saying there was a water despenser round the corner...as if I should have know. £66 down the drain. If you want a relaxed meal in a place with a warm welcoming atmosphere..avoid this place like the plague.

One of my favourite places to eat out in the local area, and where we usually end up going first before going to watch the latest blockbuster over at the new Cineworld across the road at the Gloucester Quays development. Not quite as good as the branch in Worcester, but still a great standard of service with clean facilities, a constantly restocked salad bar and friendly, efficient staff. I've only experienced one minor mistake here when a pizza arrived with only half of the toppings I ordered, but other than that the service I've experienced here is usually first rate. Highly recommended and I'd certainly choose it over both the Burger King and the Angel Chef which are also present on the same retail park.

Pizza was great, but service was very slow. We had takeaway, were told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes we asked and were told it would be 10-15 minutes. Obviously a large party in the restaurant, who arrived after us, got served first!! Not impressed, although staff did give an apology.

Staff very friendly and helpful food arrived quickly I had a meat feast pizza which was nice my wife had roasted vegetables pasta which also nice I think it is abit overpriced and the place could do with a bit of updating but other than that I would recommend this place

Visited on 27th March 2015 for my Sons 16th Birthday meal at 8pm Friday evening. The service was Great and there were 12 of us, with a mix of adults and children. The food was good but the service was great. The lovely waitress allowed us to use a special one day 33% of the food bill Voucher for all 12 of us (terms were only up to 8 people on food only and excluding drinks) & including drinks which was very nice of her indeed. Thank you it really brought the price down for this birthday meal. The only slight disappointment would be the salad bar was very low on some of the containers and didn't seem to being replaced on my visit. I am not a great fan of pizza but I would go back again for a special occasion like a birthday meal. Unless you have a voucher or pizza hut are doing a special promotion, it could be a little expensive so keep your eyes peeled for offers. My son really enjoyed his baked pasta meal and everyone else seemed to enjoy there food. The waitress keep us well stocked up with jugs of soft drink on the table , a nice touch and was very friendly. Great night out overall.

been here before and the pizza was poor, tasted like mouldy dough, sad to report it was the same again. Nevermind! at least the salad is good!

We recently had lunch here to celebrate my sons 12 th Birthday. Pizza Hut was his choice and we went with it under some duress. Historically we have had very poor slow service in this restaurant. On one occasion they forgot to place our order and we left after an hour having given up. However on our recent visit we had a great experience. We restaurant was very quiet which must have helped. The menu seems to have had a refresh. My husband who is dieting was pleased to see a light choice pizza listed. The children particularly enjoyed the drinks dispenser and the ice cream machine. Our food was yummy and arrived promptly.

After a shopping trip we popped in for a quick bite to eat. The greeting & service there-after was fab, we were checked on, drinks were kept topped up and I noticed them keeping the salad bar clean.We went for the meal deals a pizza, pudding & drink for £14. Salad was good, pizza was good and the cookie was delicious (sickly but delicious)

Terrible. Just simply terrible.We arrived at 4:15 on a Sunday and the restaurant was fairly quiet with 5 or 6 people serving the customers. We waited for a table (plenty of free tables) and when we were seated, our waitress came and took our order. After around 20 minutes our starters arrived and was wrong. We pointed this out to our server who apologised and gave us the wrong starter on the house. So 4 starters for the price of 3.After nearly 40 minutes after the starter arrived our pizzas arrived. One of which was wrong. The server took the pizza back and told us they were making a fresh one and would be out in just 3 minutes.At this point we had to ask for a plate for the one pizza that had arrived, one arrived and was dirty. Rather than complain and wait another 20 mins we just used a napkin over the plate.15 minutes after the first pizza arrived we complained about the poor service and asked for either the bill or the pizza. Shortly after the pizza arrived with the bill. Once again we complained and had a reduction in the bill.Never again.

I recently ate at this restaurant with my mother and it was a disaster. We were excited and pretty hungry so we were eager to eat at Pizza Hut as everywhere else its a nice place to eat. When we first sat down we were greeted by a friendly waiter who offered us drinks and gave us the menu. We received our drinks and ordered our food. We waited for about 25 minutes for our starters to arrive. During this time we noticed many other diners returning pizza and other food to the waiters. They kept apologising and reassuring they would receive this pizza for free while they corrected the orders. The starter finally arrived which we thoroughly enjoyed but then we were waiting another 25 minutes to receive our pizza. We also noticed that diners who came into the restaurant after us had received their meals before us. When we questioned this we were told that because we ordered a starter our food would obviously be delayed and we would have to wait. To make matters worse we received the wrong pizza and when we told the waiter we were told it was what we ordered, eat that pizza and we would get the one that we originally ordered for free but in another twenty minutes when it was cooked. We were disgusted and really annoyed. The restaurant seemed understaffed and most diners were complaining and sending back food. The staff were polite but overall the experience was a shambles and I wont be returning again.

Visited a few weeks ago and I have to say I was really impressed with the service and the food - the pizza was wonderful. They have increased the amount of options they have available at the free salad bar which really enhanced the whole pizza hut experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made us feel cared for. The only downside of our evening was that after we had ordered two ice cream factory desserts we found that the ice cream machine was broken. We mentioned this to the waitress who (without us requesting) immediately brought us two large bowls of ice cream from the kitchen which she didn't charge us for. I was very pleased with everything and will definitely be returning.

Dinner for 8 young well behaved teenagers, at 5.30 pm Saturday evening. Staff handled very well. Drinks and food came quickly. Staff were very pleasant and kept them happy with the endless cold drink offer. It's great for this type of event and left me free to sit on another table without any fussing. Thank you.

Visited here for my birthday, the service was extremely slow and the staff looked very uninterested to be there on a Saturday! Lots of tables needed to be cleaned and a Que. of people waiting in the doorway, we only had main course and ice cream for pudding no starters, our daughter got extremely fed up of waiting in total our meal took 2 and a half hours! We were extremely disappointed to say the least

Not impressed. Service tardy. Food tasteless.We went Saturday lunch time. The place was clean and food came prompt, almost to fast, still had salad and shared starter on table when pizzas came. I did like the slates the pizza were Served on. But the pizza itself was tasteless, we had Veggie and pepperoni.We will not be going back.

Stood at the door for an age waitress just walking by tables dirty and the celling looks like it's rooted Brown marks all over toilets leaking know wonder kids eat free

they do an all you can eat buffet. Very good value you get what you pay for. I have only really been for this lunchtime offer. Fully Wheelchair accessible
